Katie is a gem of a human. From the first time I reached out she was incredibly calm with all of my scattered thoughts. Once I finally got a little organized, she very quickly and equally (meaning in a more organized way) helped me go through each property based on what I had told her and explained what I would / would not like. I am relocating from out of state and took a trip to look at properties in which Katie immediately set up appointments and met me at one of them to walk through units with me. The leasing agent was pretty uppity and made me a bit stressed. Moving is a big deal, especially moving out of state, and Katie immediately calmed me down after my experience with the leasing agent. I cannot thank her enough for her cool, calm, and collected demeanor in the midst of trying to make a really big life decision. In general, Katie is great at what she does and a great person. So glad I found her!

We recently worked with Kristen from Texas Relocation Experts in San Antonio. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would gladly have given her a 10! We had already arranged for an apartment in San Antonio when we were told the pipes had burst due to the cold and the unit was not available. The property managers offered us a similar unit - which is when we found out our original unit was smaller than we were actually quoted and signed the lease for. At this point in time we had movers coming in a week with a move in date of 1/6/22! Kristen had less than one week to make this all come together! Within ONE DAY she had six viable options for us, each of which would meet our move in date. We chose a great option, completed all the paperwork, and were able to quickly sign a new lease. Phew!Kristen is knowledgeable, understanding, great to work with, and really cares about her clients! She completely bailed us out of a very difficult situation and did so in the middle of the Christmas / New Years Holiday. Michelle Iruegas is by far second to none when it comes to finding you a new apartment. She’s committed to finding you a new place with any and all specifications given in a very timely manner. She made my moving experience as simple and hassle free as it could’ve been. As a very busy business manager as well as all the “New Normal regulations, restricted times and appointments” trying to find a new place was dreadful on my own. She took all my preferred details such as location, amenities, size, price, layout, and was able put together the very best options for what I was looking for and got all my appointments made without me having to do anything! I have never used an apartment locator service. I was a little nervous, but I was feeling overwhelmed with the search, especially because my credit is not so great. Super easy and helpfull!!! I needed help looking for apartments in SA and didn’t know where to start. I went in for a scheduled appointment to which I found out that the person I scheduled with was no longer at that location. It was not a big deal to me but the staff seemed very annoyed and definitely made me feel like an inconvenience for them. The manager ended up “assisting” us but was not much help. Once we told him that my partner had a broken lease over 3 yrs old and we had a pitbull it’s like everything was out the door. He was suggesting the worst of the worst apartments, and made it seem like we had no hope in finding a new place. He even suggested that we rehome our dog and gave us a business card for a pitbull rescue. We have an adequate income and are able afford a decent place but we were given bottom of the barrel recommendations based on the little information we gave him. I would not recommend.

Richard Shea was amazing! I live in the Austin area and signed on my lease today--after just two phone calls and one apartment showing.I called the Texas Relocation Experts number earlier this morning and told Richard what I was looking for, and in less than 10 minutes I had a list of 10 apartments that looked perfect. We let him know our top picks, and he called us back 5 minutes later telling us what he thought about them. One apartment was super-small, but the apartment person said that there were a lot of great features. Richard said to me, Look, at the end of the day a box is a box. You can bedazzle that box however you want to, but even a bedazzled box is still a box. :)He then helped me choose which apartment would best fit my needs, and by the end of the day, I had a signed lease! It was the only apartment I looked at, and it was perfect. Ive moved SO MANY times in my life, and Ive never had this great of an experience with an apartment locator helping me out. Also, and this is HUGE, Im in the Austin area, and I think he was in San Antonio. So not only was he able to get me a place to live, but he did so from hundreds of miles away and all by phone. I had been looking for apartments for me and my family and getting frustrated with trying to find a place. I contacted Texas Relocation Experts on Instagram and got a text from Samantha Zimmerle. She asked what was I looking for and by the end of the day gave me 4 options. Used Gavin St. Louis and his resources for a second time because they were so helpful the first time. There were probably 50 apartment complexes in the school district I wanted. Its a lot different...for the better... Working with someone like Gavin face to face than reading reviews. You can ask questions about the area and not just read complaints. What happens in the apartment office is all that ever gets reviewed. Asking Gavin everyday questions like... What a good pizza place that delivers there. Or. Is there a grocery store near by. Or during rush hour is there a secret way to dodge traffic to get home. All things nobody says in online reviews. Gavin is a retired Vet so youre also supporting a great business with using his services! If I move in San Antonio again Ill be using him

Well he wasn’t....he never called me back, never sent me the properties he had found... basically dropped the ball hard. Hi, I recently moved from Canyon Lake, Texas. I tried to find an apartment to move into, I had probably looked at 15. With no luck and didnt like any of them. The moving crew from In and Out Moving Services are the BEST by far Ive ever had move my family!!! The men from this company had the MOST positive attitude the ENTIRE time and moved VERY quickly up and down three flights of stairs. He is AMAZING, people! I went in March of 2015, and, since I have anxiety with making decisions, he helped me tremendously. Rickey contacted every place and ensured that everything met my specification before he sent me to them. As it took me three months to make my decision, he never once tried to push me to make an early decision. He even went to a location and toured with me. He and the people at Texas Relocation Experts made me comfortable every time I visited: They are affable, benevolent, and enjoy conversing with their customers. I worked with Kristen Apartment GAL and she was so responsive and helpful. She pointed me to a property I wasn’t even aware of. The property is so beautiful. She worked with management to even help me apply and get approved. I had tried contacting several other apartment locators but none were responsive or informed. I didnt find what I was looking for this time around but I am very thankful they went above and beyond to try and accommodate me and my zoo. Unfortunately Covid and new pet owners let their furry babies use their homesteads as chewing toys and therefore it is not that simple to find a home that will allow 7 dogs, 3 cats, flying squirrel and a hognose snake that easily. I highly recommend them, Im not upset they couldnt find me a home with all my zoo and my budget but I know they did try. So thank you guys for trying, my family appreciates your hard work !

Samantha went above and beyond, was constantly in contact with me, and constantly kept me updated and sent me multiple apts at my asking price and even some she reached out to by my request. Our relocation agent was Mandy and she was immensely helpful! We were relocating from Illinois to Texas. Right away she sent us some places we would be interested in and within a couple of days, we were able to sign a lease in a great location. This is my second year working with Ale on finding an apartment. She is by far the best locator I have dealt with. Ale worked with my sporadic communication methods switching between email and text and all were answered in a timely manner no matter if it is 6 am or 7 pm. I have utilized this business 2 times. First with a lady named Yolanda Hernandez about 4 years ago. She was fantastic and found me an apartment at Briggs Ranch and had I not decided to wreck my car I’d still be living there. Based on this experience I went back hoping to use Ms. Hernandez again but she is no longer working. She referred me to a lady named Yiza Silva whom was totally useless and unprofessional. To be short, she would never return my phone calls and would tell me “I’ll call you right back” but never, not once, did so. The final straw was yesterday when I called twice and she would not answer but when I used another phone she picked up on the second ring and was surprised I was on the other end. I proceeded to let her know I did not appreciate her unprofessionalism and how she treated me. I would never recommend this particular agent to anyone whom needed assistance finding living arrangements.
