Cindy Gish is a very nice person. Easy to talk to and she does she job well. BUT! She will “mislead” you. Don’t be fooled when she talks about full reimbursement. It wouldn’t have been so bad for me if I wasn’t counting on that money. Over the two months of working with her I brought up the fact that I couldn’t afford the $150 application fee. She told me multiple times that she would reimburse the entire fee. But she reimbursed only $50. Had I known I would not have chose this apartment complex Only because they do not accept relocation assistance from the city of San Antonio.

Yiza Silva was able to find me an apartment that accept broken leases. Within a few minutes . We got approved the same week. I definitely recommend going to Texas Relocation Experts if you’re trying to find a new home. Especially if you’re worried about not getting approved they will help you!!!

Nice and smooth process, Jeffrey was really informative and easy to work with. I was given a few options which is nice & once we locked in on a location I was notified within 24hrs and moved in by the weekend. Yiza Silva is the best. My boyfriend and I came in during a rainy day but that did not stop us from seeing properties. She stayed on budget and found properties that met both price point and square footage. And even thou we dis a 180 and asked for a townhome feel instead of apartments she did not miss. Ms. Cindy Gish was our relocator. She is so sweet and was very attentive to our needs. I had the opportunity to work with Mike Ling during the PCS season as a military personnel, which can be quite stressful. I was able to communicate my preferences to Mike in terms of location and amenities, and he provided me with multiple options. What I appreciated most was that he was not overly aggressive in his approach. During the busy PCS season, I sometimes forgot to respond to messages, but Mike was patient and did not overwhelm me with constant emails like some other realtors I have worked with in the past. Yiza was absolutely wonderful. When my wife and I decided not to renew our previous lease, we ended up needing an apartment pretty last minute. It took her no time at all to give us a very concise list based on our preferences. She was able to find us exactly what we were looking for, within about an hour. I have to ask. My daughter has contacted several different rental companies to locate to a new place to live. She has good credit. A decent income. A reliable job. Several have told her they had places for her to look at. This business being one of them. This business she contacted on March 1st. A man contacted her back on March 6th. 9 days later he called her, (being today). Is San Antonio so saturated with no rentals available? Or are all of the relocation businesses that lazy because they get paid whether they rent places out or not? Truly disgusted with the way many of these companies do business. Thankfully, she located a place on her own yesterday after getting completely discouraged with relocators and rental companies.

Yiza was fabulous! I spoke to quite a few locators however she was the ONLY one that actually listened to me and took the extra time to visit the properties with me vs. sending me blindly. The properties she found were nice but it was her service that closed the deal. If you need help, Id definitely make sure to give her a call first. You wont be disappointed.

Yiza was excellent!!!! I came into the office with a strict budget basically stressed due to the fact that my apartment search was not going well at all. I met with Ms. Yiza and she took down all of my needs, and literally called over 10 apartments in order to ensure that I got the best deal. If you are going back go to Yiza she is the best one there in my opinion she made my job soooo easy.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to find an apartment asap! Yiza helped my girlfriend and I move into our new apartment even with the limited amount of time we had till our lease was up with our old apartment. Yiza was the locater that came to our rescue in our hope of finding the right apartment. My husband and I had looked at a couple of apartments on our own and were in San Antonio for only two days from Dallas, Tx so on limited time. We decided to call the Texas Relocation Experts and spoke with Yiza. She asked me what our specific needs/wants were and within an hour, she had some apartments for us to check out. She called a couple of times more to give us more listings to check out as well. It was one of the first two apartments that we chose and cant wait to move in. 3 Months After Move Update:Upon move-in day, I had numerous issues with the apartments Yiza assisted me in selecting. It was not move-in ready, had serious maintenance issues and pest management problems.When Yiza reached out to me the following morning asking how my move-in was going, I explained the situation. She espoused sympathy, claimed she would reach out to management right away to see what could be done, and would get back to me promptly. She never again contacted me, despite 2 later attempts I made that day.I was at least lucky that management, after much communication and negotiation, was able to fully resolve all serious issues (replacing baseboards that were so warped they presented tripping hazards, retiling kitchen & bathroom, retacking carpet, pest fumigation and management).However, it took a full month and half to successfully see all of this complete.**As such, I do NOT recommend Texas Relocation Experts.** I had no support when their “product” turned up to not live up to expectations and I expected to have a better guarantee going through such a company.________________________________Original Review Pre-Move (4/5 Stars):I was able to quickly find a suitable apartment within budget with the aid of Yiza, a locator with Texas Relocation Experts.For my move, I was moving from Tennessee to Texas and relied on Yiza to provide leads on apartment options. She helped to connect me with an apartment that met my general requirements and met my aggressive move timeline (an out-of-state move planned with 2.5 week notice). Yiza was professional and responsive, helping me sign a lease within one week since contact.As someone who has moved many times, it was challenging to go through an intermediary. Yiza was very responsive and the process was fast, but I’m used to being able to source my own leads at my own pace. Even though I felt limited by the pace, it was worth it as Yiza helped connect me with options I may not have considered through my usual sources.
