I have not contacted Noras Agency in about 3 years and when I did (back then), I would leave voice messages that were never returned. Today I received my renewal and the premium for the year almost doubled. Ill be calling Monday. Hopefully, I dont have same experience I had in the past.

I’m very disappointed with this agency because the ladies that work there are very lazy , I was going for only one card and they told me , they can’t do it because they were busy whith cheks ,, that they will be available until the next day ,and if they can’t do nothing else they should close the agency. I then went to a different place, and they made me the card in 15 minutes, I don’t recommend anyone to go to this agency, they are very lazy, would rate it 0 stars

The worst experience in accounting.If you are a client or future client, be careful, last year we paid several thousand dollars extra in taxes that we should not have paid.They were so late on an income tax that they charged a fine of 1,600 dollars, and since the beginning of the year we were saying what documents they needed.Now they are not responsible for their mismanagement and mistreatment,treating me like a fool every time they could (apps that I didnt understand and they were told and they only answered very haughty)It is not fair that every day you get up to work hard to be able to move your small business forward so that the people who should help you1.- dont believe what you say2.- say that we sold exaggerated quantities (which we have never reached)I was 19 years old when I started the business and I asked people for help to be able to do all the corresponding procedures and then I only questioned their work, asking the people who help me that they couldnt continue working if I was in the business. since I did that business (I have all the documents Im talking about. And they still havent given me many other documents)
