The best property managers in the game. Kraig has been my property manager at two different properties for several years. A+++ service. Professional as all get out. He is always available, and quick to respond. I operate 40 retail sites, in three different states. There is not a site out there that is managed better than what Kraig can provide. I have been close to this company from its inception. If you want a company that will not drop the ball and the customer is what counts this is the company for you. This company is young and hungry, with a surprising amount of experience. Im stuck leasing in Summit IV. Sayeed Khoja, the manager, is terrible. I can never get anything fixed on a timeline less than several weeks. He is never here, never answers his phone, doesnt open mail when we put in written requests for repairs. I have to send certified letters to get a response. When it storms, it leaks. One time, the ceiling flat out caved in and half the building was flooded. It took months to fix. Sayeed took my trashcan to catch the leaks without asking. The cleaning lady doesnt follow instructions and kept barging into client appointments I was in right at 5pm so many times, we have asked her not to come in at all. All other tenants flee as soon as their leases or up. I am next to join the mass exodus. Dont rent here.The sign out front says Foresite manages as well as leases this property, which is why Im leaving the review here.
