I love living here. Maintenance has been great always fix things in a timely manner. Mgmt always has been helpful and friendly. The great thing about living here is that it’s very convenient to everything. You can’t go wrong with choosing Carmel at Deerfield as your home.
While I have enjoyed our time here let’s be real these are older apartments and in need of repairs. You can request repairs but that doesn’t mean they will get done. Also the gym equipment needs repaired and the pool always needs to be cleaned. The staff are very friendly and always listen to you but repairs are out of their hands and it’s the owners who really decide what happens.
I’ve been here for about 3 years now. Have had no issues at all. Neighbors are nice. Everything is clean. Maintenance is friendly and fixes issues in a timely manner! Office staff is kind. You would not be disappointed if you moved in!
When I came to tour this apartment complex the manager was amazing she was very helpful in finding the perfect place for me and my husband! I have had a few maintenance issues but shorty and his team have always been very helpful and quick with fixing any issues! I love the pool even if the trees always throw leaves in the pool but nothing crazy the parking is easy always have a spot available and the gates are always reliable and I never have to worry about stolen packages from my door the community is quiet and it’s perfect
Moved here in early February! I have to say I have no had any issues and if I have the team- Stephanie and Leonor have been so helpful. They take care of the tenet and take care of any issues. I had a fan, A/C and sink issues which they took care of ASAP, depending on the parts and how long they take to get there. Their staff for maintenance is small but great because they get things done. I really enjoy my time here I feel I can really come to the managers for any issues and be seen and listened to.Update:I just wanted to update y’all. Love it here still. No apartment is perfect but this one comes pretty close. I like that the maintenance and management staff if responsive still. The building are old (at least the one I live in) but they’re still sturdy and that’s to be expected. I would recommend someone living here. :)
Worst experience I’ve ever had as a renter. I lived in 2 units in the same building and the first unit was not move in ready when I got there, a/c did not work for 3-4 days in the middle of summer. Then fast forward to the worst part. When I moved into the first floor unit that they said was “newly renovated,” it also had no working ac in the whole unit. I was forced to use a window unit to cool my room. Their explanation, “poor ventilation” which was never explained to me before moving in. The unit was patched together and falling apart (literally the ceiling was crumbling) for only a mere $2k a month! Wow! The downstairs outside area smelled like dog urine or bleach everyday because of the 3 dogs crammed into the unit across from me. Staff is friendly but never addressed any of my major issues, took months for most maintenance requests. I’d definitely look elsewhere if you’re looking for a place to rent.
I had the privilege of living at Carmel at Deerfield for 5 years. In that time, we went through 3 different management companies. The current management, Anterra, blew the other two out of the water. They have made fabulous additions to an already cute and quiet property (pool upgrade, exterior paint, hot tub, dog washing station) and a fantastic office staff to boot. You can tell how much Stephanie and Lenore care to provide a welcoming atmosphere, as proven by their addition of regular resident events and their willingness to always help with any issues that may arise.Any maintenance issues I had (the very few of them) were always promptly addressed by Tony and Shorty, who have been at the property for years. They have always done wonderful work and provided the best service. My only reason for leaving was that I found a larger space with a yard for my pups. I no doubt would have stayed if this opportunity did not present itself. There is really no place like Carmel at Deerfield, and I am sad that my time there has come to an end. Thank you for years of wonderful living!
This place has been amazing to me. Maintenance is on point and have a track record of staying long term and doing a great job. They always work hard and are very honest! The staff in the office has been wonderful and get back to us on a timely manner. They are very helpful. It’s been peaceful here since 2016 and it’s a small rental property which I like very much and if they would kindly turn them into condos I would love to stay forever.
I moved in a month ago and it’s been great! The complex managers Stephanie and Leonor are very sweet! They are just great people persons they love to talk! My move in process was very smooth the application was simple. If I had any questions or concerns they emailed back very quick! I had a few things that needed maintenance and the maintenance men are excellent they were quick but also took their time to make sure it was done correctly! My neighbors are all very nice and quiet people. There is so many trees and plants and the new paint on the buildings is just beautiful! It’s a very beautiful community I just love it! The location is also great! 15 minutes from the North Star Mall Walmart and H‑E‑B are no more then 10 minutes away! Lots of stores and restaurants in the area! Highly recommended!
The office staff is helpful but the problem here are the tenants that have been here for a long time. The main problem with this place are the tenants. Weve only been here for less than 6 months and since then 1 long time office employee has left, a lot of the mail boxes have been broken into and the main gate has been purposely smashed through multiple times (even the back unused gate). If you are choosing to stay here, know that the walls are paper thin and there are a lot of paranoid, passive aggressive, drug addicted (mostly marijuana users), con artists here and youll smell marijuana creeping into your unit usually late at night sometimes (specifically building 4, first right building from entrance).People online looking to move in as a roommate, stay away from here. The only good connection service they have is Spectrum and you need the tenants permission to get your own Spectrum router service in the same unit. If you use the tenants Wi-Fi that you pay them for, they will be monitoring your internet activity and will cut you off then gaslight you to get you to leave so they get another down payment from someone vulnerable.Matthew 7:15
My experience here has been great. It is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and everything works. The common areas are kept clean. I also enjoy the peace and quiet. The staff has been very attentive and that is something I appreciate. Im truly happy to be here.
I have lived here since March and I absolutely LOVE it! Maintenance is fast and courteous when they come in, and its super easy to put in requests.Ive never had any problems with management or anyone in the office for that matter. Roxanne, Aaron, and Erik are all friendly and professional. Ive never had a better experience with any front office. Even before I moved in.I had planned on moving here a year ago, but unforeseen circumstances hindered that. But Roxanne remembered me when I came back in after that lease was up and they actually had the perfect apartment for me.Seriously, give this place a chance. Its in a great location, inexpensive, and most of all... quiet.***Update: moved out in May of 2018, and now they are under new management. But it still seems very affordable, and I’m sure they would still make a nice home.***
Priced well, friendly Leasing Office Staff, they are good at communicating with residents and will work with you if there are problems. I really like the surrounding area as well, and the place feels more remote as it is surrounded by trees and nature
Apartment tried to charge bogus cleaning fees upon move out. The apartment was cleaned from top to bottom before moving out and then they sent me a cleaning bill. They claimed the carpet was dirty, have a dip where the bed wheel was at and it needed to be stretched. It appears to be a routine scam by the management company. Avoid this place and any place managed by Greystar.
I live at Carmel At Deerfield apts. in San Antonio Texas. This is a really good place to live. Everyone is so nice. It is clean and well maintained great maintenance. dept. The staff is great and no crime that I can report. We have a bunch of good stuff like a new pool pet washing station bbq grilles ,spa next to pool. They even have a exercise gym room open 24 hours I would tell everybody to look at THE CARMEL AT DEERFIELD before they rent any where else. My place even has a washer/dryer in unit. the rent is no more than any other place I looked at.
The office staff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly. The apartments are older but nice. Workout room is nice and clean. Community is great and safe and location is wonderful and no problems with crime. Maintenance staff is on the ball and very respectful. Great service for the price and the reviews were better than other which is why I chose this place and I made the right choice. Going to upgrade to a two bedroom soon and plan on staying for a long time.
If you are a single female looking to rent an affordable apartment in a super safe and enjoyable environment look no further. Another resident has complained recently through review about the poor customer service but I find that hard to believe. I have lived here three and a half years and havent had any issues whatsoever. The residents in my complex are respectful and super friendly and the management team ( Roxann and Aaron) are prompt with taking care of any issues that arise. The complex also has holiday pool parties which always results in a big turnout of residents which Ive found to be a fantastic way to get to know your neighbors. Overall I highly recommend Carmel and will definitely be staying put for a long time to come.
Before you lease, make sure the toilet flushes properly, this complex has outdated toilets..not a deal breaker, just double check. The hot tub they advertise has been broken and collecting rain water for quite some time. With that said, Leonor and Stephanie are a gem, and so are the maintenance guys! I’m sure if it were up to them they would update many things around the complex.
I love it here!! As a first time apartment owner, Aaron has been helpful every step of the way. I’ve been here for a year now. The community is also very quiet and neighbors are so nice. My only complaint is when I had vandalism on my car from outsiders, the cops asked me to get the security tapes front the office, when I asked I was told they don’t work. So why have them?? This is an important safety issue. Other than that I’ve never really had any other problems here.
I highly recommend these apartments. I lived there for 6 years, and for the affordable price and location you cant beat it. The staff was always friendly thank you and courteous, and attended to my needs immediately. These apartments are quiet and peaceful. I always felt safe. Out of 6 years, I can only think of maybe 2 or 3 problems, and the staff was fast to respond and meet my needs. A great place to call home!
I had gave them one star before. But now I have to rewrite my review since they removed it. Why i gave them one star.. my car was broken into Because the gate was broken for the longest of time. The management during this time.. just shrug their shoulders and pretty much made it a my problem. The manager before was cold. And shouldnt have been working in a place that interacts with people. She made the my home feel like work and she was the mean boss. But now their is new management for the 5th time... Ive been here for almost 5 or 6 years. Ive seen it all.Now fast forward to now .. the gate is fixed.. management has more personality and welcome feeling. I personally love it here. Its quiet good neighbors at least in my building 👍.The repair guys are great 👑❤️ they are the ying and yang of keeping the property going. They really do a good job and care as always.Parking can be an issue sometimes.. so if your a late night person after 1am then buying a parking spot will make it easy for you. Other then that its a good place.I will continue to live here 💖 its the trees and nature that keeps me the most. Also please i know you read this management.. can you make the dog park small dog friendly... Small dogs can slip through the bats near the main street. Maybe a little fence corner area for small dogs.. please pretty please. 😍❤️🎉.If you decide to move here it would be a good choice. Its close to everything.
I just resigned my lease, here. This place is great. Safety and cleanliness are top two on my priority list and this place offers both. It’s somewhat secluded from the road and in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. If I need anything fixed or checked out, it’s generally taken care of, same day. They are always doing upkeep on the property. Not to mention, the office and maintenance staff are great. Super friendly and helpful(even after you sign the lease).
Office staff is wonderful and property is so nice and quiet. Maintenance is on hand at a moments notice. Neighbors are amazing.
The complex is nice and the office staff is very friendly. But the walls are paper thin. Every time someone in another unit uses the shower or flushes the toilet I can hear it clearly. When the people upstairs are playing music and clomping around at 2 a.m. I can hear that, too. Its annoying but I couldnt have known it until I moved in.
Beautiful Oaks welcome you as you enter the grounds of Carmel at Deerfield. They bow in greeting of your arrival...There is something very special about this property that is found only here... Earthy with our own forest at the entrance and a really great dog park! Our office staff new manager Kurt Gilpin, assistant manager Kiotti and leasing agent Jessica..greet you with big smiles making you feel welcome.. And they mean every smile... Head maintenance Tony ( very nice) is no stranger to Carmel at Deerfield having been here several years and new maintenance Shorty ( I call him Sunny because he smiles so much) our maintence staff are quick to fix any problem for you so you are all set..Neighbors are very friendly while still respecting privacy..Apartments are warm and cozy while at the same time have tons of storage space!! Every apartment has a patio for decorative plants!Plus we have a really nice gym for workouts! You will feel like family at Carmel.I have lived here 6 years and guess what? I still have a lot of the same neighbors who were here when I moved to Carmel..Honestly the staff we have now, both office and maintenance are the best ever⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
To be clear I do not yet reside in the complex; but am reviewing the process of getting an apartment here.AMAZING!I did schedule an appointment online, which had some communication issues so was missed (by me!). Even though I had stood them up for a scheduled tour on a weekend when I went to meet with a person on the following Monday, they were super helpful and understood how the communication got muddled.I worked with Valeria as my main point of contact, she gave me the tour answered all my questions; took time to show me more than one apartment though Id only originally asked to see one. She was super friendly, and nice throughout. The application process was a breeze, they communication was good and they turned around the application quickly. I had a hiccup with the login (evidently technology and I are not working well this week) and had to go in to pay the fees for application. Ellen and Laura were both super helpful, and friendly when I went in to do this.Overall the staff and experience was top notch; and I cant wait for my move in date!
Moving here was a big mistake, but I had to for my job at the time. I moved out back in November, and am extremely glad I did. When I first saw Carmel, I loved the treehouse look. Naturally, I scheduled a walkthrough. The leasing specialist did not have a 1-bedroom unit to look at, so she decided that taking me to a 2-bedroom unit and closing one of the doors would suffice. I liked that look, so I signed the lease. They even were allowing me early move-in. Now, there were a couple of things that became apparent upon move-in:1. The unit had not been remodeled. I was guaranteed (as I was signing the lease) a unit that had new carpet as well as hard floors near the front door. My unit had old-matted carpet and no hard floor outside of the bathroom and kitchen.2. Appliances and cabinets were old. The refrigerator had rusty areas.3. The bathroom counter was stained with a cracked cabinet foundation.4. The make-ready was not good. I found hair, old cotton swabs, old make-up containers, etc. I had to wipe down the refrigerator and oven myself.5. The walls were very thin. You always heard showers.6. The complex only has one entrance and one exit. That is a safety hazard. It soon became apparent that my A/C unit was not keeping up with the rising temperatures of Texas. You could tell it was old. I called the leasing office and had them send out maintenance repeatedly. Nothing they did worked. It soon got to a point where my electric bill was steadily rising because the A/C was not cycling. I organized a meeting with the apartment manager who ended up calling in the lead maintenance man to listen. As I finished up saying what was going on with the A/C, the maintenance man smirked and chuckled. I asked if it was funny to him, and he said yes. The apartment manager had to call an outside company to investigate. They could not find anything wrong outside of cleaning my outside A/C unit. The toilet always took multiple flushes for everything to go down. I had to call maintenance to snake the toilet and clean the weep holes multiple times. It never flushed like a normal toilet. The apartment dumpster in my section of the complex, the middle, was always full. There was everything from garbage to pieces of furniture. It made Carmel look very trashy. Then, there was the parking. After 5 PM, it was virtually impossible to find a parking spot in my section. Yet, the front and back had parking spots galore.Communication was bad. If the water had to be turned off for as repair, tenants were not told until the day of. One example was a simple water heater repair taking multiple days because they had to order a part. Tenants were told the repair would be only be a day. The leasing office staff was a constant revolving door. You are told that you will receive an email every time the office receives a package for you. This was not true. About 50% of the time, I would have to call and ask if I had any packages. The front gate was broken a lot, and there was never any communication stating that it was. After I had moved out, I received a final bill from the Carmel at Deerfield. This was weird because I had paid the final months rent. I called up the leasing office and was told that I had damaged the carpet. I had taken pictures before I left, and the carpet was still matted and old. You could also notice the damage. It was normal wear and tear from high traffic areas. I was billed $300 and told that they were only willing to do a pay plan that consisted of 2 payments. The bill also stated that if I did not make these payments as quickly as they wanted, then they would send me to collections I ended up calling the leasing office and was connected to the Assistant Manager. She was very rude to me. I was not allowed to explain my side. She even went as far as hanging up on me because I can call her back on Tuesday. I filed a BBB complaint with Carmels management company Harbor Group Management. I no longer owe these people anything.
I visited Carmel at Deerfield apartments because of its great location. I really liked how the apartments are kept really clean and neat. The staff was super helpful and patient with helping me find the right apartment for me. Roxanne and Aaron the two employees there are great. I plan to return when my lease is up in Jan.
Ever since I came across this property I’ve had good experiences. A lot of it has to do with the fact Roxann was the consultant that I met and assisted me that day. Her professionalism is great especially because she’s able to add authentic friendly customer service. Aaron has also assisted me and has always gave me assurance that the reason for my call will be addressed. I really appreciate their level of urgency, professionalism and just being straight up courteous. Aside from that the property is always maintained - maintainence calls are always responded to in a timely manner, the property is quiet. Great job guys!!!
As a prospective resident who wanted to move into these apartments, my experience trying into get into one was the worst. Dont get me wrong, Aaron is incredibly professional and extremely nice, but it seemed like no matter what he was not interested in getting me into the apartment I needed. What happened was that I first looked here back in July when I needed an apartment and I was looking at the A1 since that was the cheapest and the one I really needed. He unfortunately didnt have one in the time available. When I was looking for an apartment again in November, he unfortunately didnt have one but I gave him my information and he texted me telling me there was an apartment available. One big problem I had was the one-sided communication I had with him. After showing incredible interest to the apartment telling him I needed it by the 21st of December, all he was able to show me was one of the other models. The biggest problem I had with this whole process is that for an expensive looking complex, there were no model apartments whatsoever, and I wanted to look at the A1 before signing anything, and he told me once the apartment was cleaned up after the tenants moved out, I could view it. Unfortunately, one of the tenants apartments had flooded and they had temporarily moved said tenant to the apartment I wanted to view, and he told me he would get back to me, even though I told him I had to be moved in by December 21st. That was over a week and a half ago, and even after finding my own apartment, which I never told him about, he still never got back to me. Overall, the one-sided communication and seemingly lack of interest in actually getting me into the apartment is what turned me off especially considering I wanted to move into the apartment, but fortunately another complex was available and they were able to show me the apartment I needed the same day and I signed the lease. If youre expecting to move in here, dont expect much communication from the staff because I rarely got it, and frankly, after viewing the apartments, I would most likely view somewhere else because they werent worth as much as they were asking for in rent.
Moved here with my husband as a newlywed, so far we have no complaints.. Everything is working good. I really like this apartment, its such a cozy ambiance, a resort style, love the pool and hot tub and the area is really great, away from traffic but very convenient through shops and dining, HEB is just 5mins away. Our apartment is kinda tight but we just chose the 2nd to the smallest sq ft for our budget.A little hard to find a parking late at night though. I just wished they have an attached garage. It would really be perfect! But I suggest this apartment for your first time move-in.
I’ve I could give this place ZERO stars. The management never answers the phone or returns emails. The maintenance staff is awesome! The management is HORRIBLE. The manager won’t even come out of her office to talk to you she’ll just tell from her office. The only nice and helpful management is Valeria. I DO NOT recommend these apartments. We transferred to a diamond upgraded apartment and it is FAR from it. Paint spot all over the wood floors, door frames chewed for previous over owning pets, lights and outlets don’t work. Very dirty. WORST MANAGAMENT EVER!
Love our pool at Carmel! It’s a great place to spend with family and friends. Spent the entire day this past Saturday soaking up the sun and enjoying the time in the pool. So relaxing ☀️🌊 Thank you to the staff for maintaining the entire area! Love that I can trust having my granddaughter in a clean pool! 🙏🏼
I went to Carmel at Deerfield in search of an apartment for my dad. After a day of searching and looking at at least a dozen apartments we were exhausted and I didnt feel good about any of them due to my dads visual disabilities. After being displaced a couple years ago due to the Wedgewood fire the last thing we wanted to do is get him into a place that we were uncertain about. After be greeted by Aaron so graciously and all of his help, his patience with our million questions and his impeccable professionalism we knew this was the place for my dad. My daughter and I left excited and at peace. It was love at first site with this complex and surroundings. After all that we didnt think it could get any better. Aarons communication made everything effortless and the whole process took less then 24 hours. We are excited to get my dad moved in to his permanent home. Thank you again Aaron, we appreciate you!- Cassondra & MichelleEdit***my poor elderly blind dad. Though the staff is GREAT, the apartments themselves are invested with roaches, they say they come out and spray however, the problem is much much bigger than a simple spray. I am so glad we got him out of there!!!
Great Location, average prices. But it is not a secure place. My car was stolen from parking lot, some other cars were broken in to. The gate sometimes dont work for long periods of time. The saddest part is when you move out. they tried to charge me for stuff i wrote in the move in assessment along with extremely high cleaning fees so they kept my deposit i had to pay more than 150 dollars on top of that otherwise they will affect my credit.
I would leave NEGATIVE 5 stars if it let me! Multiple Vehicles have been stolen and/or broken into. They claim the gates are fixed but they are still broken and the exit gate is left open every night... They dont care about their residents or do anything to show they care. They dont incur any extra costs, but we have to waste our own time to make an insurance claim making OUR own insurance rates going up all because of THEIR managements ignorance... Do not move here a homeless shelter would take better care of you...
I think these apartments are GREAT! The dog park is awesome and the weight room are super. The pool by far is really cool. Only thing is the HOT TUB.... Someone please fix it. For as much money the apartment community pays monthly they could afford to fix this issue. I would rate this place 5 stars....just fix that hot tub. Its embarrassing to have friends over and it doesnt work. CARMEL FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!!
Having issues with the ac for months now. I have a baby & they haven’t fixed the issue. The main manager is nice & also the ladies who work . I hope he understands . I need people to know why a 1 star. I also didn’t lk how the gate is always broken. The sinks in the bathroom leak all the time . I hope they let me cancel ASAP. I have until Aug 31. I don’t want to pay $1,300 more or less if nothing can never be fixed. 😔
I was looking for a new apartment closer to school and a friend recommended Carmel at Deerfield. When I walked into the office I was immediately greeted by Roxann and Arron. They were by far the most professional and courteous Leasing Agents I have ever dealt with. They made me feel at home instantly. Needless to say, I move in to my new home on 9/5/2017.
In general the community is very quiet and it is nicely kept. Leonor is a peoples person, just the vibe that you get when you walk into the office is very pleasant. Never had an issue with anything.
Been here for 2 years pretty quiet place and feels safe. Nice gym and a big pool.
Fantastic crew, front office, affordable, amazing service especially maintenance with Tony and Shorty
New to the community, but this place already meets my most important criteria: quiet neighbors, attentive/respectful staff and clean units/facilities. From start to finish, Aaron and his staff made my move a breeze by providing thorough information and by being super responsive via phone & email correspondence. Many kudos!
#1 Reason I wont be moving here. Dont offer in unit connections or in unit washer and dryers units. Here are yours options. Pictures taken 1/2/2023.
I must say that I had the most successful experience when I visited Carmel at Deerfield. All the staff, including Roxann were very knowledgeable in these apartments and now that Ive seen these, I know I am making the right choice to move in as soon as my lease is over at my current apartments... Keep up the AWESOME JOB Roxann and other staff... See you guys soon. :)
I have no complaints, very nice area, safe apartment complex, well maintained, reserved parking spaces available, dog park, tennis court, gym, pool area, and a great management team. Highly recommended.
Moved in on 12/21/19. Was offered a deal of $500 off first month rent.Paid my prorate for the 11 days between 12/21 and 1/1 of $262.23Current balance as of 1/1 is $684.80. No $500 off like I was offered. Will not recommend moving here
I stopped by the Carmel at Deerfield Apartments off West Bitters and was greeted by Roxann. Not only did she answer all my questions she made me feel at home right away. Once my current lease is up I will definitely be moving here!
No security. .they still my tires off my car and the manager dont care. They are about 7 car damage in less one week. Gate dont work for 3 week and we still waiting to the office decided to take cara. We pay high rent for nothing. Manager antisocial we the peoples. Very sad.
We have lived here going on 4 years now and it has been one of the most plesant experiences ever. Whenever we need help or have an issue the staff are always quick to jump on it and support us however weve needed. The current building we live in has residents who have lived here for over 20 years and we hope to one day be saying the same.
I pay pest control for my apartment walls to be completely infested with rodents. I am being exposed to diseases and parasites being carried by them, therefore its unsafe to even be living here. Ive been trying to have this fixed for TEN MONTHS. Do not recommend.
It is my second year living here it is good, the new management is great they are really working in everything and if you need anything they help you quickly, it is a quiet and good environment in these apartments
The staff is really great here. Unfortunately there are some current residents, that think it’s okay to break into other people’s cars. Other than that this place is cool. However this is a pretty big problem to deal with.
I have been living here for a couple of months now and I am beyond happy i made this choice to live here, everyone is courteous and the place is nice and very clean, even better would be the office staff that lets me know by email whenever I have a package and maintenance requests are always responded in a timely matter :)
This is an awesome community with amenities like a dog park, tennis court and pool / grill area. Not only this but the leasing staff is super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Roxann for being extra awesome!!
Been here 9 months, the staff are great, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, the pool area and grounds stays well kept, and the squirrels are funny!
My fridge has had problems for some months now on and off with condensation inside and leaving my food soaked I have talked to office and was told I would get a replacement that was 2 months ago i also suggested that I would pay out of pocket at first thats how bad I wanted the issue resolved and was told that was not an option at all they make things so complicated for people and this is not including all the other issues with unit put thats aside.
Very quiet and comfortable place to live! Great location and the staff is so helpful and pleasant. Jessica and Kiotti are so awesome and helpful!!
So when I first moved here there were some ups and downs, but since the new staff and management came in especially Kiotti have been incredibly helpful. Thank you guys for all the quick responses and help.
Loved the apartments, but your breed restrictions suck. Goes to show what kind of people own/work here
Great experience from the first day I looked at an apartment. Roxann and Aaron were amazingly helpful and courteous with everything.
Best pool party ever...food was great, and our Carmel hosts were awesome.
Awesome Team in the office all ways nice and the office is spot clean. maintenance C3ewu always on time and friendly.
Great place to live! The staff is very friendly and very detail oriented I highly recommend this complex.
Good place but very old!No bubbles in a jacuzzi , dirty
Lived here for a year. Had fun, met great people, and loved the staff.
Covered in cockroaches. And Management doesnt care.
Doesnt care about the tenants. Does not fix things in a timely matter
Good 👍
Carmel has friendly neighbors.
Beautiful place
TRASH APARTMENTS
A quiet place to live, the new administrator Leonor is very attentive to all needs and responds quickly to requests, highly recommended and the place with good amenities.
Simply beautifulCleanliness, attention, tranquility, a simply spectacular place.Efficiency and friendliness of everyoneI am delightedIts everything Ive been looking for💖🥰
I really liked the service, very good attention from Miss Leonor Garcia, I recommend her.Very good presentation of the unit and the apartments, I congratulate you
