Hunters Glen Apartments

As of today, January 30th, 2025, It’s been a week and a half (since January 21st, 2025) since I’ve had consistent hot water in my apartment and they don’t seem to be in any rush to fix it. I called them after two days of not having hot water, and the person I spoke to was very nonchalant about us not having hot water in the building. The night of January 24th, 2025, we had hot water again, but it only lasted a couple of days. I am having to travel to friend’s and family’s homes just to take a comfortable shower. My dishes are getting washed, but knowing food safety rules, I am super grossed out by them. I’m still getting charged the entirety of my rent though!!

Ive been living here for a year, and the experience has been fantastic. The services are excellent, and the leasing office staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They demonstrate outstanding customer care skills. Overall, everything about these apartments is perfect!

I lived here for 4.5 years. The first 2.5 years were great. In 2023, conditions rapidly went down. Trash everywhere, laundry facilities became nasty and would frequently be inoperable. Gates were being ran into lol I kept hoping an idiot would hit me while trying to go out the entrance and in the exit. Gate code never changed during my 4.5yrs. Hvac system was shot - heater wouldnt turn off and ac wouldnt cool below 76 on a spring day(one of 3 main reasons I left). Maintenance knew the system was shot and would just overfill the coolant and say it had a leak. I had no issues with the leasing office at all.I do not believe this place is worth the asking price of their units. Zero amenities (that tiny pool doesnt count lol), super high power bills, hvac systems all need to be replaced (its really that bad and serious), walls are super thin (I could hear my neighbors peeing), filthy/often inoperable laundry rooms.

DONT GO HERE!!! If I could rate this place lower than a 1 star I would. They dont care for anything but money. Your apartment may be legally unlivable and they will still tell you that you have to pay rent instead of fixing the issue and making it livable. They have a roach issue and the exterminators wont enter the apartment if someone isnt home. Dishwasher leaks, but youll be told its fine. HVAC sucks! In winter you will be cold, in summer youll be dealing with heat exhaustion. You could be on your death bed and theyll still ask for money! NOT WORTH IT!!

Honestly if i could rate this lower then a 1 star i would. Were to start- stray cats galore and now skunks and raccoons and ants everywhere- laundry room only 2/4 washers work and the building is gross- to many people walking in middle of street not looking when cars come by leaving trash out and loud at like midnight- people cant park so i fear my brand new car will get dinged and it has been- i left a voicemail to the office over a month ago how im not gonna be renewing my lease they failed to tell me to come in to office to fill out a form and told them i work long hours there lunch time is when i have a break so they are not in the office. Someone called my mom When i did not even leave them her number and they said they did not have my number updated when the resident portal had my new number on there. Been living there for over 2 years and you dont have my number? Rude staff in the office. Cant trust there system. I asked if she can leave whatever i need to sign on my door cause i do work long hours and she never did- kitchen falling apart when i dont even cook. Cabinets not functional. Dishwasher gross dont work properly- mold coming from ceiling of the shower- hvac sucks- everything eventually just falls apartI can go on and on. Not worth the price you pay and the area is terrible and the people in it

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been amazing. Office staff is great and they always make sure that we are taken care of!

We are currently giving another notice we gave a verbal one in the middle of the year when our HOT water was not working for 2+ months and our ceiling was moldy and our carpet was soggy from a leaky air condition from the unit above us and now they made the mistake of renewing our lease for another two months and they’re asking us to pay for that and we’re not prepared to pay for it and when I asked the lady in the office for the manager, she said she wasn’t there and she couldn’t give me a corporate number I asked for a corporate number after she told me she couldn’t help me with this problem. She straight up, told me no I cannot help you. I feel very scammed, I’m not gonna allow it. Can someone help me?

I have lived here going on 3 years never had many maintenance issues. Currently w in the past month I submitted 4 service complaints and including my ac still currently not working they continue to close my work orders w out thoroughly fulfilling my requests! My kitchen sink broke and since they weren’t fixing it i had my brother fix it so I wouldn’t have to wait! I continue to call and am STILL being ignored . Currently contacting 311 on this matter.. today is my birthday and I had to take a shower in cold water once again! I submit work orders and they are never done this current work order. I’ve had for the past two weeks for the water !

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I cant say loudly enough to RUN as fast away from this place as possible & do not give them your money. I lived here for over 7 years; I was in a place where I could not move or I would have left them as quickly as I could. The apartments are old, outdated and there are always plumbing/septic issues. Roaches are a constant, even if you are the cleanest person possible. The security gate rarely worked. The management/property staff is incredibly rude & they always seem annoyed if you arent coming to them for something positive. Very unprofessional & disrespectful to tenants which is sad. Thankfully I moved this last year, but unfortunately, they are now trying to charge me for items that were listed on my walk through as previously damaged and damages that happened while living there because they never properly fixed or addressed anything. They have to look into it when they should have verified this prior to attempting to charge me. RUN fast & far away. Save your money and please do yourself and your family a favor and sign a lease elsewhere that will treat you right and put money into their property.Update as of 4/18: I am still trying to get an answer from management regarding my situation. I finally got a hold of her; she was interrupting me, would not let me finish my sentence and hung up on me no fewer than three times. The office staff led by management is so incredibly rude. As previously mentioned - RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE & please do not give them your money. Invest somewhere that cares and treats you right.

I have been here only since February and it has been a real struggle getting things fixed since then. Well yesterday my ceiling started leaking and I called the after hours service twice and got no response so I put in a maintenance request on the portal and still nothing other than my ceiling is leaking still. It’s a health concern and I will be contacting my doctor because whatever is leaking out is yellow and I can’t imagine me breathing it in is very good for someone who is dealing with 2 forms of cancer at this time. Today is now day 7 and still nothing has been done. The very rude office staff says it will be looked at when my work order comes up. So pipes leaking isn’t a emergency to them.

MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE!! If I could give negative stars I would, I honestly wanted to love living here. The rent is normal for San Antonio cheap even. I lived in a two bedroom for 1050, with electrical and water however it ended up being 1290+ and I was barely even there with everything unplugged and off. I had to break my lease for deployment and let the office know months ahead but when I came back from deployment I found myself in collections. Confused I asked the office why this was occurring since everything had been paid before I left they didn’t know but when it came to proving my sufficient notice the acted like they lost my leasing history. I could sue but chose not to, but this is a shady place where people get murdered and killed and even though the office people are nice they back stab you and scam you out of money. DONT LIVE HERE!!

Don’t move here! Leasing office doesn’t care! You’ll have no ac for a month during a heat advisory warning when legally they need to fix that within 3 days. They Won’t fix anything. Maintenance will enter your apartment for one minute and leave and then close your maintenance request after they haven’t fixed anything and will continue to this for months until you cause a scene. When I mentioned this to the leasing office they ask why I didn’t say anything sooner and I literally did! If Calls really recorded like they say they are, they would know this! I just didn’t cause a scene like I did today! I put in work orders for all of these issues and they don’t fix anything! my tub is still leaking from months ago! neither of my doors close all the way and they just keep telling you to add another work order after work order after work order after work order! I leave in Nov I can’t wait! Don’t move here! I wish they would just let me terminate the lease and never deal with each other again! Also forgot to mention how they raised the rent without fixing a single thing. I understand that rent has gone up around this area, I have no problem paying 1,000 apartment that is worth it but also in this area they renovated! this apartment has not done that and when I asked they told me they don’t plan on it either!

Maintenance is the main problem, it takes them months just to get things done. We moved in in June and just thought the apartment was hot cuz we were moving and unpacking, Nope the A/C wasnt working and it didnt get fixed till the end of September, they offered to get us a window unit but Never did get us one,we got one ourselves, spent over $300 on fans alone and you dont get reimbursed for any of that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Hunter’s Glen is truly a hidden gem! Of course, no apartment is perfect but what I can say is the fast turnover time to fix things is truly a blessing! The office staff is so professional and the maintenance team is top-notch on point and handles business!

This place was awesome 3 years ago. But now if it doesn’t bother you to have cold water to take a shower in cold days with medical conditions then this is the place for you. Things don’t get fixed when you expect them to. Staff make bad decisions when it comes to repairs, and will make you wait until they’re ready , and if it’s Friday expect to wait until Monday or another week or longer it depends if they’re up to it. I’ve been having to find places to take a shower and it’s costing me money and time, there was even days I didn’t have time to take a shower because having to make the drive to a friends place to take a shower and inconvenience them. Apartment management seems to show no sympathy towards the tenants and your still told to pay full rent regardless of your time and money spent due to apartment issues. There’s no corporate office number that they’ll give you. They say there’s no corporate number. So is this owned by an individual or is it a franchise? I sure wish we had the crew from 3 years ago and before, they were awesome and got the job done immediately. I hate putting negative reviews on anyone. But I need someone to listen to what’s happening here. I will update my review if things improve around here and I’ll give a much better review.

I lived there for one year. When I lived there I had my apartment flood 4 times from different pipes bursting and one time when the kids who are not watched threw rocks down the sewer drain. When that one happened we were without water for a whole weekend. They did not care at all.I have seen on here about different people having trouble getting back the deposit. This is very true. It took me 76 days to get back my deposit after I had to call and go down there. The manager is never in so I basically got the run around the whole time. I finally had to start getting rude and start the process of taking them to small claims court. To save you trouble if you do not get your deposit back within 30 days (TX Law) and you know you should be getting it back send a certified letter right away so that you dont have to go through the long process.Better yet if you can avoid this place all together.

Horrible place to live. Car towed three times for no reason but they don’t care. No laundry mat that works unless you walk to the other side of the complex. The paint they used to paint over the walls is a minimum of 30 layers thick. So thick that the cabinets don’t stay closed. Rusty water that destroys anything it touches... pots, pans, towels, clothes, etc. I’ve complained about a leak under my sink since June ( it is now April of the next year). Not to mention the disgusting sewer water that runs through the entire complex... you will have to park on it or walk through it to get home. This is one of those times where one star rating seems entirely to good. Where is the negative stars??

If there was a way to leave NO STARS I WOULD. I’ve been without a/c going on 2 weeks and keep calling about my maintenance request and they’re saying lots of people are without air and they are trying to fix it. HOWEVER my neighbors are telling me they’ve been waiting longer than I have. No air, office won’t issue out fans or window units. I have a newborn baby and 2 year old in a 100 degree weather because I’m not from here and have no family. No friends I can catch some quick air. Sitting in Walmart at subway to get my babies out of the heat during the day is terrible. DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THESE ROACHES EITHER WHILE IM PAYING FOR THEM TO COME SPRAY EVERY TUESDAY AND EVERY TUESDAY FOR 3 YEARS THEY HAVENT SPRAYED ONCE EVEN WHEN IVE REQUESTED. THEY BETTER NOT EXPECT ANY RENT MONEY OUT OF ME !!!!!

Me and my husband have been residents here for over 3 years. The apartments arent very nice, theyre run down and outdated. The parking is terrible!! They allow people to park their vehicles that they dont use or that are broke down. If any of your items are not in your backyard/patio it will get thrown away WITHOUT WARNING! There are roaches, stray cats, opposums, skunks, and raccoons running around the complex. Half the time the gates are broken. The mailboxes have been broken into on more than one occasion. My car was literally walked on one night and now I have a dent in my roof. The security officer is a joke! The many different people who run the front office are rude and straight up ignorant! They cant communicate to maintenance what problem youre actually having, therefore, your problems get worse or not fixed. Currently there is a good maintenance crew, Joe is really great, but it has been bad in the past. We live downstairs and experience leaks every summer due to the outdated A/C units. If you want to transfer apartments, you have to pay all the fees again, and you have to pay a transfer fee, so pretty much youre better off moving out.Yes, the rent is cheap and the complex is in a great location. And there are yards available for ground floor residents, but the management is really bad! They dont care how long you have been there or if youre a good resident, you dont matter, only your payments matter to them. They have zero hospitality after you have signed your lease. We have tolerated them for years until now, they crossed the line by only thinking about themselves! The management/office people come first in their eyes....you dont matter.DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It will only cause you grief!

You get what you pay for. I’ve lived here for a year and was thinking of moving into a nicer place. I opted to stay because I’ve had no real issues and when I did have them, they got resolved adequately. They are not the best looking apartments and the first come first serve parking sucks but the price and location are good enough for me.Update 7/27/21 - Still live here since September 2019. During the 2021 snowstorm this complex stayed with electricity and water. The repairs happen in a very timely manner. It is not a fancy looking complex but you can’t beat the price and the location. Parking is FCFS so if you’re getting here after 11pm good luck finding a spot near your apartment.

If you are trying to rent here, don’t. It’s a miracle they are still open after sewage filling apartments, roach infestations, and plain robbery. Applied, heard nothing for two weeks. My email was blocked, could not get an answer on the phone, spent my last $225 applying - a process they made a nightmare. Ended up homeless. Had to finally submit a fake apartment inquiry under another email to even get any kind of correspondence. That’s when FALLORY told me I would get a check refund. Called for weeks.. That was JULY. IT IS DECEMBER. Called recently and they told me no, it’s an ACH refund and will go back on my card. Good God. I’m working with a pro bono lawyer now because this has literally caused homelessness. Hey FALLORY, and everyone in that office, you disgust me. Stop lying to people. Thanks.

Sadly started off great and despite the actual terrible ac service; it was fantastic. the outside may look run down but you can decorate the inside to be as homey as possible. maintenance actually fixed things very on-time from when i posted things but sadly when my ac broke, things went down hill. it could not be fixed for a whole month and was only fixed after I put in a BBB compliant only for them to not compensate still. they gave me a window ac unit but the apartments wiring was so weak it gave out in less than a day. if the ac was fixed, this easily would of been a 4-5 star review but sadly with the way they handled things, its a 1 star.

Ive lived here for two years and have really enjoyed it. Its very quiet, which is hugely important to me.They have gotten new office staff, and theres been a corresponding improvement in the maintenance department.The air conditioning unit has been rock solid and cools very well. Best of all, my electric bills are very reasonable. Important, as I live on the second floor and prefer it cold.If youre looking for a apartment home in the Medical Center area, consider moving Hunters Glen Apartments to the top of the list.

I love my apartment but the office people are not reliable. Matt was good and there probably the longest but one day just gone. No one is ever there long enough which makes it hard to get to know the office people. It would be great to be able to communicate with them and build some kind of rapport. The maintenance guys are good, no complaints here. I just wish the office would get better and keep people who actually are good.

This apartment place doesn’t deserve any stars at all!! They have a VERY BAD ROACH INFESTATION that they are not willing to fix but want you to pay $800 & up in rent and I absolutely refuse. I’ve had them spray twice since I’ve moved in and I still keep seeing roaches. If I could insert the video I have of infestation from a past tenants apartment that has moved out I would. They don’t spray every apartment. And they don’t spray every Tuesday like they claim. I would never ever rent here especially if you have kids of any age or pets of any age. I told them I am not wasting my money on an apartment I can’t even be comfortable in. I have made other arrangements since they decided to go thru with eviction. But PLEASE DONT RENT HERE EVER!!!!

They only care about receiving the rent on time. Bedbugs and roaches are a massive problem in the units. They will blame you as the source of the infestations. The maintenance crew only patch things up. You are back at ground zero not long after they fix the issue. The place is not up to code. The complex has an issue with the electrical wiring which may cause a fire and/or cost people their lives.This place should be condemned.

First off lived there for a little over a year. Eight different office managers in that time. The ladies there now are rude and unprofessional. Irene and Sabrina will literally try and screw you over. I went three times to attempt to renew my lease, blown off all three times and was told to come back another day and theyd have it ready which they didnt. had to move because apartment had mold 75% throughout. Had bedbugs at one point too. every workout I submitted was completed half-assed. Horrible place to live would not recommend to my worst enemy. building 23 was the building I lived in. The maintanance staff doesnt fix anything they patch it up at best.

These apartments started out great. As time has gone on, they have found any minor thing to fault us on. They claim they are trying to spruce up the apartment complex, but to the point where they dont look lived in? We have a few things in our upstairs patio (a chair, a bench and a plant). They claim we have trash by our front door, we dont go out our front door, so the trash there is not ours. Dont waste your money or time here. On top of this ridiculous bull, there are roaches galore, no matter how clean you keep your place, and the electric wiring in the apartments could cause a fire. Dont rent here. Dont let their affordable prices lure you in. This place sucks.

I am sad to leave these apartments. I love staying here. The only reason I am leaving cause I need a smaller apartment and I had to leave town on a family emergency. The staff in the office are great and very friendly. All my work orders were taken cared right away. I live in building 24 and I can honestly say I have no roaches. As I am packing to leave I have not seen one. I had never lived in apartments that where go as these and for the price they are awesome. I will definitely miss my apartment 2401. Thank you Hunter Glenn for making my stay as pleasant as can be.

Don’t rent here. They don’t care about the renters. If you need them to fix something in your apartment they will not send a maintenance. You need to call them many times but nobody will come. The office staff is very rude.

This apartment complex management is God awful. Me and my roommates were supposed to move in 2/19/2021. After the week we had here in Texas I can understand why they needed another week to prepare out apartment. a few days later after finally getting in touch with them, they told us we wouldnt get to move in until March 5. That is two weeks after our last lease ended. When we originally had a three day overlap. The reason for the new pushback is because, They dont have cleaning supplies and need to wait for it to come in. Like cant they just go buy some at walmart do you really need to wait for cleaning supplies when you are the reason we are homeless. Its not like we werent ready. No, we were and yall werent prepared and now yall are taking your sweet time to get it ready, its like they have no sense of urgency. If I could give 0 stars i would.

This apt complex is the WORST Ive ever lived in! If something breaks (trust me it will) dont expect the apt to fix it. Take your money elsewhere, unless you want to live in a dirty, hot and roach infested apartment! Our air condition broke 2 days after we moved in! Maintenance only came to fix it after we sent a certified letter of our complaints and mentioned tenant rights when the landlord fails to make necessary repairs under Texas law! Unfortunately it was only a temporary fix and we had the same problem a few months later. Almost a year later the air conditioning still has the same problem. Only reason Im are still here is because I dont want a broken lease on my rental history. I cant wait till I move out! One more month!!!

The worst experience I’ve had with any business.1. They lied to our face saying we had signed all paperwork needed and only 3 most recent pay stubs, which later resulted into much more paperwork and 6 Months worth of pay stubs.2.We had to call every single time, they called only once with “not so great news” unit no longer available which we set a aside a month prior.3. We applied at the end of May, and didn’t get approved til’ July 1st, well over a month.4. 9 days before the day we agreed upon to sign the lease we were informed that the unit is was longer available.5. They got $100 from the applications, and a months worth of our time, save your money and your time.Hunter’s Glen Apartments do not apologize to this google review, Destiny did the opposite of service us, she mislead and disrespected my time.

The apts were cute they were remolding the pool. I had a loft and was there for a year. I had constant problems with my loft getting flooded every single time it rained. I would literally have to move my furniture in the living room to one side. It was a pain especially at night or if I was at work when it rained. I received no sympathy or solution from the management. They would shop-vac my carpet, replaced it a few times, always fixed the damage it caused but for some reason could never resolve the initial problem that would cause the leak.

Worse apt I’ve ever lived in. New managers every two weeks, nothing gets fixed, I had to threaten the owner of the complex with a law suit just to get my AC fixed after it was broken for 4 months. The water was always being shut off without notice, and my apartment was infested with roaches after begging and begging for it to be cleaned and sprayed before even moving in and it just got worse. All the carpeting was bad and disgusting. If you were looking for a sign to not move on, here it is.

If I could give this place a negative 5000 I would. I am a very detailed person. I looked at multiple places before I decided on here. The room that they showed me was wonderful. The price was amazing. I asked about pest control, maintenance request and the area around us. I was assured it would all be fine. I moved in November. It is cold in November-I turned on the heat the second day and a roach came out of the vent. I have FOUGHT with management since day, brought my attorney into the situation, everything I could think of. They are a HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THIS ENTIRE COMPLEX SHOULD BE TORN DOWN... Please someone hear our cry. When I confronted the office, they said this was an isolated event and that no one else is having these problems. I cannot wait until my lease ends. I will stay with friends until I find a spot that I feel comfortable. They do not care about the residents. They do not answer the phone when you call, EVER!!! They are never at the office on time and they consistently close early. I live on the first floor and have grass. However, the tree in the area next to us is coming over. No one is coming to fix it. The site security never comes when I complain about my upstairs neighbors. You are supposed to feel safe in your home. I cry often because of this place and would rather sleep in my car than come here. If you are looking here my advice would be to pay the extra money. It is not worth the heartache and the money you will put into getting rid of the pest.I pray someone reads this and we get a chance to sue this complex and all the management companies because my life has been pure hell and I have been caused emotional stress.

Really this place doesnt deserver one star... Earlier this year I was without hot water for 9 days and not that long ago I was left without power for 72 hours. You think the maintenance team would be in contact with tenants that have no access to basic utilities like hot water or electricity that you pay for but no. Worst experience I have had renting ever. Do your self a massive favor and dont move here. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

No stars or better yet -5 stars rating. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS IT IS YOUR ONLY RESORT. I would not recommend this place to a homeless person. We were only shown the model apartment and agreed to rent because of that. The only positive thing I can say is that the landscaping is nice. When we moved into the apartment we leased last September, it wasnt even move-in clean. There were cobwebs in the corner of the ceilings, the fridge was dirty, there was some weird combo of rust and mildew in the drawer under the oven. The countertops were not set in level to each other, the lower cabinets were not level (there was a triangular distance from the oven to the cabinets!) and the carpets were not steam cleaned prior to move-in.I had 20+ maintenance requests just from January thru September of this year. After the 1st week and a 1/2, the A/C stopped working from that time to time that we had moved we only had the a/c consistently work for a span of 3 weeks at most at any one time.Half of the maintenance requests were for a/c repair, water coming into the living room and bedroom from the bathroom. I had to send a follow up maintenance requests to pull the padding from the carpet after it was wet and clean it; sent another one to ask them to replace tile when they had fixed the bathroom plumbing (there was an open hole in the wall!), another request to kill the mold on the ceiling and in the corner in the wall adjacent to the living room. We asked them to fix the drawer in the bathroom vanity and I had to put in a couple different requests for them to put it back in. They finally did after 3 months!The dishwasher fell away from the counter. And the dishwasher would always leave this funky film on our dishes. We just switched to hand washing but now that we moved were trying to get that film of all our dishes. We used a dish washer cleaner, scrubbed it out, even threw vinegar in their to try to take away build up. Nothing worked. The living room ceiling was cracked from one end to another. the upper kitchen cabinets appeared to be cracked and pulling away from the ceiling. The ceiling fan in my sons room dropped out of the ceiling while he was in his room. The first month we were unable to use another appliance while the oven was turned on. Two outlets in my bedroom had to be replaced because they sizzled and popped when I had small items plugged in i.e. lamp, laptop, flatiron. We always had to shove the bathroom door shut.Now for the fun part, there were roaches infesting our kitchen and bathroom. We cleaned, kept on top of the trash and we bombed the apartments twice ourselves. We requested treatments when they were really bad but we were never able to get rid of them. The roaches made a condo out of my bookshelf where I kept my CLEAN pots, pans and bakeware set. We never felt safe cooking and eating anything out of our kitchen. We would wash dishes to clean after using them and would wash them just prior to using them because we never knew if the roaches had gotten into them again. When speaking with our neighbors, they advised they had same problems too no matter how much they cleaned and sprayed. We learned from another neighbor their building had bed bugs. GROSS!!!!When we had maintenance requests, the office was downright hostile. Even though I had made a request to speak to the site manager, she refused to come out of her office to discuss anything with me. My son tried to go in and do the same. They rudely refused to see him. HE WAS A LISTED LEASE HOLDER!This was the most horrible experience that I have had to endure for an entire year. The only reason I did not move right away is that I have clean rental history and I didnt want anything preventing me from finding a new/better apartment. Now, we are in a well-maintained community, were pretty much like sufferers of PTSD. Were happy in our new place where lights dont flicker using a hair dryer, drawers that dont fall out and NO BUGS.

My kitchen is currently flooding from smelly waste water coming up out of the sink and dishwasher drains. We called maintenance early this afternoon and again this evening. Nobody has shown up and because its Friday night, I doubt well see anyone fixing this until Monday. This is the 3rd leak/flooding issue weve had here in less than a year and they have been very slow to respond each time. We were even told to just throw some towels down in the past when water was coming out of our living room wall and that they would come check it out tomorrow. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I dont do reviews much but this one deserves it! All I have to say is if you are looking to make a move to San Antonio with an affordable rent, these apartments should be at the top of the list . Apartment itself is very spacious and a great community with schools and job opportunity. Visit them when you plan your next move! I promise you wont be disappointed!

Apartment prices are decent compared to san antonio pricing of rental properties. I havent had any issues getting in touch with the office if I have an issue or question. The online portal is easy to pay through, request maintenance, etc. Office staff are friendly and have been warm (not when I first moved here but the staff have since changed). I also noticed an increase in maintenance staff around the complex. Quiet and I love the diversity of the neighborhood. Pet friendly. If you have a yard, you are allowed to have control over that area within reason to plant etc. Thats a plus. :-)The 3 stars is due to the a.c. not working efficiently. The newer maintenance Staff have been quick to come help when requested but Im starting to believe it would be best for the property owners to invest money into their properties for new ch&a systems as that seems to be the main complaint. Our a.c. caused a leak in the apt which flooded the floor for many days. The office responded quickly to the cause but the floor is now in very bad shape and we walk on cardboard boxes to prohibit the linoleum from tearing any further in hopes of maybe getting a deposit back. Office manager, office staff, and maintenence are terrific, but property owners should really start looking at investing money back into the property starting with core basics. There are many up and coming apartment complexes in this area, you need to be competitive especially with soo many negative reviews.

When I lived there, had an issue with out AC unit leaking, TOOK OVER A YEAR for them to FINALLY FIX it the CORRECT way. it would leak and, fill the hallway from the guest bathroom all the way to the front door. Had multiple requests in for the same issue just about every other month, the upstairs apartment, (we lived in the three bed room ones in the far back) would always leak into the living or into the master bathroom. One time the hall bath started leaking into the wall. had black mold and it took them 2 months to fix it, wondering why i kept getting sick a lot. Do not recommend living there, at all. Also the mail boxes kept getting broken into often, we opted for a po box since it is more secure. The office staff that take complaints after hours were located upstairs in the office, so its like nothing would be done. The maintenace people were cool to talk to but would trust them to fix anything right the first time.

Worst experience ever! I have been lied too and trapped in a lease in a place with terrible management! Yes the ROACH rumor is true! They will lie to you about that, if you ask as i did before I moved in! The day I went to move stuff in I found a bunch of roaches, then I immediately let management know they didn’t-wouldn’t help me! So I had to bomb the place myself as they wouldn’t let me out of the lease! The manager also insinuated I brought the roaches when I assure you I didn’t! The management office does not follow up with things they say they will do. They make empty promises and do not keep to their word ever! When you tell them about issues, it’s your problem not theirs. The community has extremely high crime! First week I was three arrest inside the complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Great prices for the size you get and location (near the hospital and a lot of food places to eat). Commercial utilities so they end up being cheaper. Giving four stars cause couple of major things have needed to be fixed. It took them a while to fix it (a week) but it got done. The ladies at the office are very helpful and nice. Haven’t had any problems with them. Overall it’s a good place to stay at with people on a budget (trying to save up for a house and did not want to continue paying 1,400$ for the same space and near by location). Maintenance will take a while if you do an online request, but if you go in person to the office they’ll get it down faster.

Literally the worst apartment Ive had. Before I signed the lease, I asked the leasing representative about the roaches (from the previous reviews) he then told me that they took care of those problems, and that pest control comes twice a week to service apartments. So I ended up looking at the particular apartment I was moving into before I signed the lease. When I stepped inside it was ridiculous. The fan in the dining room was practically falling out of the ceiling.. I then stepped into the kitchen only to see that all the cabinets where broken, the apartment smelt like mold, and the bathroom sink was clogging up everytime you turned on the water. I requested they fixed it immediately. Ive now been here for a month and pest control has come by once, the cabinets arent fixed, the fan is still shaking beyond means and has only one speed, the bathroom is still clogging up, among other problems. I have written requests to fix it all and nothing has been done. Ive even bought raid, foggers, and sticky pads to try and get rid of the roaches and nothing has solved the problem. I have already spoke with a lawyer and am going to take this people to court... This is literally a dump. Please people, save your money and dont move into this place. The management and leasing representatives are terrible. They lie to you constantly and hang up on you if you ask them tough questions.

Some things I just dont understand and I just renewedNot even a good money inAnd I already had issues where my AC just went outAnd Im putting in two or three request plus call two or three times and it took four to five days for them to come over here and fix the problem and we supposed to have on-site maintenance this CRAZY. And when the maintenance person finally showed up to fix it I dont think it took no more than 20 minutes and he claims that he never got the call or the message

This place is horrible. They don’t even deserve the one star. Been here a year, have yet to have a working heater or ac. The list of problems with the apartment we turned in when we moved in, nothing has been done. Our last month here and they’re charging us more than double the normal amount for electricity. $393 for electricity and no one is home most of the day, only one tv is ever on and lights get turned off early. This place only cares about your money. Don’t waste your time.

***This review is solely based on the employees, I have never lived there.***I went a total of 3 times including the times my husband has gone as well, the first time they told him they could only show him a model unit, if he decided to rent there he wouldnt see the unit he was actually moving into until he paid his app, admin, and deposit fees. I went once yesterday and they were having issues with their electric getting it worked on they told me they wouldnt be able to show me a model unit because it was dark... But I could come back the next morning to look at it. I came back the following morning, it was sprinkling and had been sprinkling all morning. I walked in and saw someone other than the person I had spoke to the previous day. I told her I was there yesterday to see a unit to move into, and she told me if it was raining outside they couldnt show a unit... I told her it was sprinkling a little but not bad at all... She looked out the door, didnt even open it and said Nope, I cant show you anything, its too wet outside, its raining too hard....... I walked out with no intention of ever going back. There are too many apartments in San Antonio in the same price range, that show a lot better than Hunters Glen for me to sign a lease for 12 mos. without ever seeing the unit, and to deal with rude office personnel. If they acted that way with a potential tenant, I can only imagine the way they treat their current tenants.RENTER BEWARE - anytime a complex wont let you see the unit youre leasing until youve given them all your money its likely because theyre hiding something.

Terrible maintenance , the whole summer Ive been asking them to repair the AC and it still hasnt got fixed yet . The staff are very rude and unfriendly. When you put a work order for sth , the maintenance will show up after 2 or 3 weeks and most of the time they dont get it fixed . And even when they do , usually its good for a week. When you complain , they tell you to put your notice and move out! Roaches are everywhere , I had to literally buy different kind of stuff to see if they work . In general if something breaks forget about it getting fixed ! I had to put one star other wise it wouldnt let me to post !!

First electric bill my boyfriend and I had when we moved in seemed fine but then the last two electric bills we have are insainly high and we dont know why this keeps happening. We should not have to pay over $200 for an electric bill when we havent been using that much power. This is unacceptable. We hoped wed get our money back since it wasnt just us getting high electric bills but others in the apartments as well. The staff said they couldnt do anything about it. Why wont anyone help us?

This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I’ve ever come across. We were told 2 weeks ago that if we got approved, we would move in today,10/23. After 2 weeks of trying to get them everything they need and paying for the deposit, we were told 2 HOURS before we were supposed to move in that we were denied. NEVER rent from here. It isn’t worth the time or money.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will disregard all work orders and take months to fix things if you are on top of them. Manager is never available. Alex leaves and comes as he pleases during working hours and doesnt come back. I had trouble with infestation of fleas and they will not send pest control to fix issue after I have tried every week to contact them. There is always an excuse. To top it off I do not have pets so I should not have to be worrying about these issues PERIOD!

I have had roaches ever since I moved in in August. Their pest control has come by at LEAST once a month since I have moved in, sometimes 3 times in one month. The management doesnt know what they are doing half the time and is basically incompetent. I cant wait until I can get out of this disgusting apartment and not have to worry about seeing roaches every day of my life.

The apartment complex office has A LOT of issues that just dont seem to make sense. I am in the process of leasing a 3 bd apt and it has been the most frustrating/confusing process Ive been through. I need 2 more documents approved (proof of hiring and rental verification) to sign the lease, and the emails that are sent from Hunters Glen to various places to be approved never seem to get through to where they are supposed to. Meanwhile Hunters Glen sits back and has does nothing about the situation. I keep having to call and re call these different places asking if they have received an email from Hunters Glen.(Its been 3 days of the same thing). Apparently Hunters Glen has a problem receiving emails too. My rental verification has been sent MULTIPLE times through fax AND email and Hunters Glen says they still have NOT received anything. It just doesnt make sense. If you decide to sign here, be prepared for a horrible leasing experience and lack of communication from the office staff. And I still dont even know what to expect of the actual apt complex.

Olivia was so sweet and updated me the entire application process. Even with everything going on she was able to take time to answer my questions and make sure the leasing process went smoothly. The apartment was clean and as shown in photos. I am very pleased so far with this complex!

This is by far the worst apartment complex Ive lived in. The bottom of the pit!!! Maintenance and managers are a joke. Employee turn around in the leasing office is high. I dont even know who is managing as Im typing. Ive had numerous issues as far as plumbing. Countless Ac problem in the the middle of the summer. Im having Ac issue as Im typing also

Rating a 3, they are nice apartments great price, but management and matenence sucks!! Broken ac which flooded my carpets which they took forever to fix and when they would Come they would be be gone within 5 minutes ensureing they fixed the problem which was a lie. I have only one bathroom and I had just got home from the hospital from giving birth and my toilet was clogged with water all the way to the top but since it wasnt FLOODING it wasnt a emergency and that someone would be by the next day. Next day came and they still didnt come. My dad had to come and fix it with a snake. When we moved in there were minor things broken, but thank god Ive never seen any bugs. Which im really Happy About. Its always super quiet (besides the guys that come with a leaf blower at 8 am), and always parking.

I am currently a resident here, our a/c is not working appropriately. We have an issue with pest control. The sewer lines are always leaking into the parking lot in the back of the complex. The office staff is ridiculously rude to their residence. Dont move in to this complex, we regret it!!i have never left a negative comment on this app, buy i honestly have had it living under these conditions.

Very impressed so far. Very helpful maintenance staff and property management. Maintenance is quick at responding to requests and gets the job done. Very quiet complex and trash is always being picked up so there is no pile over. Parking is also great, you never have to drive around to try and find a spot.

This was a great place to live had great staff, great maintance, but now hell, you be happy if they come to fix somethings , ( very quite thought ) as long no one its shooting from your window., I been asking to come and fix my ac got three weeks , ( I admit stared raining ) but when stop I asked again but they say theyll get to it when possible ( I asked some of the maintance and they said they dont have enough people to service the place ) so how long am I suppose to wait??.I been here 10 yrs now and they still act like I just got here , cause never have one manager every time you go to the office always someone else , they write everything on paper , so when you go back to ask why they havent come , they dont any idea what you talking about , but they write it down again( on paper) .Hell my lease its up soon so Ill be moving and roaches?? Ive been living at Hunters Glen for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I enjoy living here because the rent is affordable and the maintenance is here anytime I go in to report an issue. I love that I live 5 mins from my employer, so thats another plus. Overall its a good place to live.

Horrible place, my 11 month old son, 4 year old daughter, dog, and my self had to leave our apartment because they painted upstairs, the fumes got into our apartment below and the managers said there was nothing they could do, we were kicked out of the office for a meeting, from 11 am to 2 pm me and my children had to sit outside first that the pool then in front of the office. no one offered for us to come inside, their was not help and the manager Matthew was a condescending jerk who said he didnt smellanything after my husband had to take off work to come get us. this is not the first time it has happened. DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT IS HORRIBLE WITH A HORRIBLE MANAGER!! I am tired of my complaints being ignored!!!!!! This picture is of the person who was painting, wearing clothing to cover every inch of skin and has a heavy duty mask one. and the manager said that it wasnt hazardous for my children......ya ridiculous!

Apartments are reasonable price but if something breaks down forget about it takes them forever to come and fix something Im going on 6 days with no A/C called the emergency line 4 times called the office and I went to the office and still have no A/C. Not to even mention when they came to fix my electrical problem 6 months ago they cut holes in my walls but never came back to patch it up.

Town home. I honestly like these apartments. I have no problem with roach infestation like ive read on other reviews. Its close to restaurants, grocerie stores and hospitals. People in front office have never been rude to us. Mary and Mathew are nice. The only complain i would have is the darn water issue. Its usally always cut off or no hot water. But its never over a day or two.

Roach infested from the first night. Everytime it rained it flooded my apartment through the back door. No matter how much they came to exterminate the roaches never left. Mold under the paint. Then they charged me to move out even when I gave notice. I would have put this review up long time ago but i just discovered this . Good luck.

Office staff marie is rude as can be. I already got approved paid the deposit plus admin fee then they say i need another 50$for the security deposit then said i needed 2 pay another extra 150. To hold the apt. Which i awready paid the deposit 2 hold the apt. Felt like i was just getting ran for my money. Prices may be real nice but if you wanted 2 be disrespected dont go here

I wish I can add pictures or videos here. Since I moved here I being having problems with bathroom. Toilet and bathtub get nasty and stuck so many times, apparently maintenance people does not think that if you can NOT use the ONLY toilet and shower in your apartment is an emergency. They take for ever (more than 14hrs) to come and see what the problem is, and then they will find someone to come next day. It is BAD.

The front office has known about the vandalism that happened 2 weeks ago and has yet to do anything about it. The lights have been spray painted black where the mailboxes are which makes it easier to break into them (which they have) and dangerous at night.

Stephanie, Destiny and their manager couldnt be anymore useless. Wasted my money and my time. I was lied to and given the run around by these women. The horrible reviews couldnt be anymore right. Staff is very rude and unorganized, once I brought up the other reviews stephanie tried to play it off as theyre old and they arent directed towards them and about the bugs issues that its the residents fault. Wouldnt recommend anyone here.

One of the worst place and even the worsest managment, They take your application kept it for a couple of days eventhough, you are approved but the people in managment are trying to make an excuse and tell you that you did not approve so in this case they wont return your application fee. basically they are stealing your money. dont ever try to apply for a lease with this managment. Poor management are either not available & you get answering machine or You have to call repeatedly to get maintenance to fix something. Sometimes it takes two weeks before something is fixed. Management doesnt monitor residents. Dumpsters overflow, broke down junk cars taking up parking, people dumping furniture in or around dumpsters. Stray cats everywhere causing flea infestation. Roaches due to overflowing dumpsters.

When 1 star is you being to generous. When your ac is not cooling and it 95 degrees outside and 85 inside and no one is available.. 4th time to be put on the back burner by this place.. Go elsewhere... Save yourself the stress this place wants you to call your home..

The area is nice and the apartments are low cost, but God help you if you need any kind of maintenance done. Personally, Ive been without a functional Air Conditioner for 4 months now.

Even though my family and I did not qualify for her complex, she was courteous and professional in letting us know where we could look for a complex that may accept us. I’ve had to go without warm water every other weekend and go without showering or endure a cold shower I’ve paid a 1300 every month and I don’t understand how they leave their tenants without hot water for 3+days 👎 I’m so disappointed in the place I choose to spend my money my hair feels oily nasty and they didn’t make hot water a priority for my unit 3 female live here and we have our “cycles” and got to take cold showers sometimes because we have no other choice it’s awful to be completely honest

This place is a DUMP! I been coming by to help a friend after surgery and I have been walking their pets so i get to see the lay out. THERE IS SO MUCH POOP EVERYWHERE! Its like there is a how much can your dog poop? contest! When i walk around if my keys jingle you awake all the other beast that live in the apartment complex. Barking ALL AROUND! Ive even seen some people just let their dogs roam free to let them turd and go back inside. There are cats galore and their poop comes with them too. The areas where there is suppose to be shrubs or flowers are dig up by cats taking dumps.The pool is in this awkward AF area, RIGHT BEHIND THE MANAGERS BUILDING (Like they could see you, watch you, stare at you) and right next to the street... where people drive by in the complex.The apartments are OLD and have out of date appliances. Dont let those nice pictures fool you. I feel bad for my friend who lives here but they seem to be okay with it. But i would NEVER live here.

Been here for 4 years and this will be my last year, my personal experience is that on the 1st year I moved here it was awesome until 6 month then the problems started on my apartment and I would do my work orders and mainance will ignore or wait on the plumbing problems get worse to do something, then I move to a different apartment and first of all it would smell of cigarettes a claimed that as soon as i moved and it took 1 whole year for them to clean all the air duct, they all resident do bbq and even some have the music loud at 6am believeit or not and complex respond is that they need to chatch them in order to address the issue, pool closed on weekend and holidays yes on WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, very sad to say that this place is trash, no security whatsoever police and helicopter always in the air our ground if you need a place please do some research and dont choose Hunters Glen look at this rate 1.9 and take it very seriously because is really not worth it. This place is TRASH you will regret it.

So I give it 5 stars because most of the time they have helped know currently I’m having an issue where the power keeps getting cut off at my apartment . it’s the night before Christmas so this is a nightmare but y’all have always taken care of us so I’m just hoping you will also see this and helps us with this current issue like y’all always do also the emergency line for situations like this DOES NOT WORK . All theses bad reviews & they turned me around because of rental history ! I’ve only been late on rent , but don’t owe anyone ! Seems like they need people but they’re poor at what they do! I would recommend you not waste your time I see they did me a favor with not selecting me to live there ! They made it sound good tho !

Ive lived here for 3 years in a 3 bedroom and, in short, its a nice place to live. The rent is pretty competitive and the service isnt horrible. I see a lot of negative reviews but I assure you there are places much worse.

Completely awful place, management are jerks and treat tenants like trash, getting any maintenance done takes forever. Once had my toilet back up when ever someone flushed in my building and flooded my bathroom, management told me it wasnt an emergency and it could wait.

Management COMPLETELY ignorant (Kelly). She doesnt know what the hell shes doing. Its a shame she isnt as picky about her faulty employees as she is about her future renters. Based on the other reviews glad I didnt downgrade to this roach infested apartment complex!

I was in 1306 for a period. Always had problems with sewer backing up in tubs and spilling into living room old pipes in walls from upstairs. I still have photos of it after all these years. Mgmt always put the riff-raff into the back buildings. Police were always in the cul-de-sac. The children were disrespectful and out of control. I dont miss it.

I would give this apartment no stars if I could. I have never in my life experienced such lack of professionalism, horrendous customer service, and blatant untruthfulness. The management team is ignorant of business practices and protocols. Please do not waste your time!

Anyone else still looking to sue this place? Ive read a lot of the reviews and we are all having the same problems with A.C. and the red head name is Matt Smith. Please let me knoe because I too believe there is emotional stress involved here. We were threatened multiple times today with eviction for asking why they hadnt fixed the AC.

Been trying since 2:45pm to get hold of the office. Their phone is off. There is no hot water in my building. There is always a problem getting maintenance work done. Thought new management would make a difference but it is WORSE!

Please save your money and do not rent here. My lease was due in February and I moved out in November but I continued paying my rent so It wouldn’t affect my credit, however, I did receive my security deposit but not for the full amount they took $60 saying I owed the electricity bill which is not true.

Unorganized, full of roaches, the staff only wants to get you into the apt, after that they really don’t care about maintenance or anything. Staff if very unorganized . AC not working, worst apartment complex I moved to yet and fully regret it!!!!!!!!

I recently visited the Complex as Im looking to rent several units for an out of town construction crew working on a year long project. The place looks like a junk yard with several vehicles with broken windows and temporary paper plates. The place looks like a used car lot especially in front under the carports.

This place sucks big time,Im glad were outta there.It was alright at first no problems then the shower upstairs started acting up the wall had to get replaced the hot water takes along time to warm up, I had to constantly complain to them every day,I was pregnant with my daughter while everything was not working properly we were with out A/C the whole summer,and when it got fixed it cools downstairs but not upstairs we lived in building 4 townhouse,so I recommend to whoever is interested in renting dont do it,dont let the glamour of these apartments fool you

An extreme and worse staff Ive ever had words over the phone upon contacting home there. I would reveal and define my satisfaction as the ultimate endpoint and wouldnt move there until the current staff is replaced.

Tried to get in got denied then had to jump through some hoops to get my deposit back also i have no idea why i was denied which is even more frustrating . Not a fun experience. Staff was unorganized when i would come in and it was a different person .

Recently, while I was cleaning dishes the water cut off and then it started making noises. Later on after i tried to wash the rest of the dishes, the water turned all brown. I let it run for a little, then saw that it became a foggy gray.

I have lived here since 2011 , and happy here yes the apartments are old but the rooms are a lot larger than these new apartments nice walk in closet , i have had a couple of work orders but thats normal it called wear and tear , Office staff wonderful , Maintenance great , Security lives on property A+ , and still living here

I waited and been patient a lot to do not write anything, but the management ( Miss Jaycee) didn’t take care and couldn’t fix the apartment issue, we moved on August here and the AC wasn’t working at all, after 4 months and to many work orders and phone calls still have the same problem, and now after getting cold the heater not working right, the night ( 1/2/22) was freezing (28^) and I called to many times but no one showed up, really disappointed of this people and I already reported them to 311 and I will find a different department to report them again.

They are slow as hell in processing application and do not do anything unless you constantly call them andeven then they act like its a bother. If you do apply deal with anyone but Fallory she is worthless

Very Nice staff. I went in to get some info About the apartments and all my questions were answered. Olivia was super nice, very patient and knowledgeable About the complex.

Its like this I live here. Not so bad not as bad as the reviews I love the location and the employees are friendly I have had some problems with the plumbing but other than that this. Is not the worst place to live

No staff have been there longer than a month, owner is bob reeves(lives in hawaii) corporate office is upstairs and its one blonde lady, broken windows, stray cats, sewage back ups in building 13 12 29 28 and 23, bedbugs in 14 buidling and 21, stay away!!

I just moved here and the office staff is amazing and Seth the maintenance guy is on the spot. They come and fix anything Ive asked them to do.

Sylvia keeps purposely hanging up the phone in the leasing office. She is very unprofessional and should be replaced with someone who really needs a job.

Unprofessional staff. We were told we could move in today, and 2 hours out they decided to inform us we were “declined” even though they said we were approved several times through the whole process. Utterly ridiculous.

I cant wait to move out this apartment complex really sucks, I wish I never moved in this place, they dont maintain nothing, my air condition being out of service for two weeks now, and I put a work order and I called them every single day they refused to show up and saying it is not an emergency.

This is best location and the best people working here! I am so happy with their services

Nice place and very quiet. The only thing is the passcode of the gate, sometimes it produces electrical shock.

Bad administration, quick to charge for late fees but slow to resolve problems in the apartments, and I have asked several times to move my apartment because I have two minor children who could get sick due to said problem and they want to make me pay as if I were just starting out. of 0 in the building. I have been living in these apartments for a year and since the first week I moved in I have had problems with leaks which caused a lot of humidity in the carpets which took a month to fix, they destroyed the ceiling and I was like this for a whole month paying rent and living in inhumane conditions, a year later the same thing happens again and I have been reporting the problem for a week and to this day the carpet is still wet which gives a bad smell to my apartment. If I could I would give it a negative 10 in everything
