We love this complex!!! My husband & I have lived here for almost a month now. We are still amazed at how peaceful it is. We work from home & its so quiet. We really appreciate the help finding us an apartment that fit our preferences on flooring & a pleasant patio view. The complex is a bit older but well maintained. And they are prompt on fixing things, often without questioning. We moved into a place that was freshly painted, including inside & outside the cabinets. And the carpet was new too. Definitely a hidden gem for the price! We are truly grateful.

I love it here, love the staff they are always so very helpful!! Really appreciate David as well for answering any questions or concerns i have! Always recommending plaza to my friends 10/10 🤗

I went searching for many apartments and wasn’t thoroughly impressed with anything I saw, nor the agents and management I had spoken to. I went to tour at Plaza De Villa for a one last Hail Mary attempt at finding a place to call home. I walked in, already so defeated, and was met with the kindness and helpfulness of Deanna. She was very knowledgeable and respectful and, honestly, turned my whole hunting experience around for me. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience and how comfortable I felt throughout the whole process working with Deanna. Property is nice and so is the staff.

I live in Houston but I study at the Med Center in San Antonio. Looking for something in my price range understanding that I couldn’t live there permanently and only travel back and forth for studies was difficult. This property is clean, well attended to, and the floor plans were impressive. The staff made sure I understood what would be necessary on move-in day with my timeframe and schedule constraints in mind. Communication here is top tier. Management a plus also!

My husband and I have been living here for over 5 years. The staff and maintenance are very responsive and professional. The residents here are also great. Weve had no issues with loud neighbors. Everyone here is friendly. Roaches havent been too much of an issue here. We sign up for pest control and within the week the pests are under control. Weve had water pipe issues/flooding in the past, but maintenance have been responsive with that as well. All apartments will have their issues, but responsive and professional staff makes a difference. Overall, great and helpful staff and neighbors!

The Plaza DeVille is superb and has a staff there that is unmatched. If service and kindness was the gateway to Heaven, then we would all have to meet them up there because the Plaza DeVille would have already been a long time ago. Great job everyone. God Bless!

I’ve lived here for 3 months… no roaches at all… like I have no idea what everyone else is talking about. The only thing I don’t like is the parking situation.. I’d gladly pay for my spot rather than park far cuz it’s full. Staff is nice and maintenance doesn’t take long at all. Gym is kinda eh but I gym hard so I might be biased. I’ll update if anything weird happens but so far we like it here.

This was the best apartment complex I could have lived at. I lived in 2 others in the 78240 zip code that were very high end, but don’t be fooled with Plaza being older, because it is extremely homey on the inside! The staff was always 100% and I swear they have the best maintenance crew ever! They get the job done quick and always correct. David is a great manager in that office and the apartments are VERY affordable compared to others. If you’re wanting to be treated like family and not just a number this is the place to go and start your life.

This place was the absolute worst to rent from. Not only was the unit not truly clean when I was handed the keys but there is a massive roach problem that does not go away no matter what they use to treat it. Their ac units also barely work and they will blame you for everything wrong even if you just moved in. The walls are thin so you can hear every neighbors conversations. There are only a few handymen who are actually nice. They constantly turn off the water for maintenance without any notice. There have been vehicle break ins. There are insane amounts of drug dealers. The people in the office are either nice but clueless or rude. There are people with vicious dogs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived at Plaza de Ville for the past 4 years.Pros: great maintenance staff, very prompt with repairs. Great management overall. Price is affordable/ sqft compared to other apartments in the area. Close to the medical center which in the recent snow and rainstorms this apartment building did not lose power. Did not lose power or water during the major snowstorm in 2021 compared to other locations in San Antonio.Cons: parking can be challenging. Management has gone to a parking system that monitors license plates and can get towed if not registered (ex: guests need a pass now). Sometimes there are bugs but I got some bug spray for interior use and haven’t seen any since. They spray outside but doesn’t always work.Overall: this is a great first apartment for students, residents, and families who are on a budget but need the space. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Rented here, learned that the apartment had german roaches (the worst ones to have due to rapid reproduction). Little did I know that once I moved out these roaches would follow me to my parents house (never had roaches before). But now after a few weeks or so they’ve been popping up around the house and now we have to deal with them here unfortunately. Word of advice; throw away all of your furniture, electronics, clothes, and etc. unless you want these burden creatures to follow you no matter where you end up. Thanks for the roaches!

This is an amazing place to live and quite the hidden gem. I just processed my first renewal and plan on being here until I’m ready for a house. The apartments look a bit old on the outside but it’s the inside that counts. The interior has been updated throughout the years and you can tell. Very clean with a great staff. The community is nice and quiet and everyone keeps to themselves which is very nice. This is my first apartment I’ve lived at and I am glad to have ended up here.

Great experience living here at Plaza De Ville. Moved here in April 2022.We could not find 2 bed room apartment in our budget so they let us stay for 6 months in one bed room apartment. Really kind of the management. First time we were able to find such apartment management.The receptionist lady is very good and respectful of the residents. Staff are welcoming. They are considerate of the residentsAll the maintenance issues are handled on time. Very prompt.Apartments is clean.Only issue is parking space is very limited.It’s hard to find two bed room apartments it’s so much in demand due to kind to service they provide. Great work Plaza de ville 👍🏽

Plaza De Ville apartments is a great place to live, price is affordable ,great management, all the staff is very friendly, maintenance does a good job on fixing everything as soon as orders are submitted ,close to medical center area, in all the years Ive lived here, roaches has not been a problem for me. Parking has been the only problem but overall I recommend Plaza De Ville to live at.

Just signed my lease to renew again at this location/apartment. I have been here for a year and it has been great. My neighbors, the staff and managers are all amazing. The staff is personal and always willing to help in any way they can. Maintenance is quick to pick up a work order in a time and orderly fashion. The community here is really welcoming, and the events really show that they care about the tenants.

Everything here is nice, employees, & they fix everything asap when you put work orders in, however im rating 3 stars because there is a bad roach problem, no matter how much you clean there’s roaches. While you are cooking they like to come out on the countertop. I feel like if the cabinets were properly sealed there wouldn’t be this issue because that is were they tend to come out of. We have notified the office & they send an exterminator but that doesn’t seem to help.EDIT: Roaches have gotten worse. It doesn’t matter how much you clean, if you live around dirty people that dont clean you will have them coming into your apartment. I see around at least 2 minimum per day. I can’t wait to leave these apartments.

We all know that since Covid the real estate market has become crazy, as well as apartments, being way over priced. This is not the case at Plaza Deville apartments at 5903 Eckkhert Rd. The prices are reasonable, and the floorplans are spacious and accommodating. From the time I first arrived, Janet was very friendly and knowledgeable, and help me find the perfect home with the perfect view. The management is also very friendly and always available when you need them and last, but not least, maintenance is the best of anywhere I have ever lived. The grounds, pool and weight room are very well-maintained and the dumpsters are never overflowing. The property is very well lit and I feel extremely safe. I was extremely grateful when I found this community after looking for so long at places that were overpriced and not well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Quiet, reasonably priced, and the management is super nice. There was roach problem in my building for a couple months but a round of pest control(which the complex does I believe twice a year?) took care of it completely. Weve never had any issues with parking in my building. All in all, my partner and I were happy to renew our lease for another year- we both really like it here.

This review is a little long, but Ive been collecting the information to put in here for a while, so if youre thinking about living here, bear with me. This place isnt the Ritz, but we at least have had a great experience for the 1+ year weve lived here. I waited to write a review because I wanted to be sure we werent surprised by a ridiculous policy or anything, but weve really enjoyed it here. Other tenants may have had different experiences, but Im basing this review solely on our personal experience. Not much to look at on the outside, to be fair, but weve gotten nothing but compliments on the interior of our apartment. And its not as if the outside is horrible, its just a little aged. For the price, this place seriously cannot be beat.The maintenance department/team is quick, reliable, and surprisingly very friendly. Im not sure if hes still working here, but Sam is seriously the greatest and every maintenance person whos ever been to our apartment has been fantastic. When we moved in, there was a bit of a roach issue, but it was resolved by management within a few days and we havent had a problem since. Management and the front office are always friendly and helpful, and they regularly put on social events for tenants. When Covid-19 hit, they understandably closed the office, but have remained prompt with maintenance requests (recently, our AC wasnt cooling properly and someone came in an fixed it within a few hours of my maintenance request - thanks Pete!). We even got notices prior to both April and May rent due dates that the office could be contacted if a tenant had been affected by the pandemic and would have an issue paying rent. Luckily that didnt apply to us, but it was really nice to see that our management was even willing to put that offer on the table.This place really is a gem. Youre not going to be getting a flashy designer apartment, but the price point is fantastic for what you are getting - even if youre not including the available amenities (2 small to mid sized pools, gym access, an an admittedly small dog park/run). Electricity prices have always seemed fair (and less than I paid when I lived by UTSA), water prices are included in rent (note: it seems like maybe once every 4 months or so water will get shut off for 2-6 hours, but theres always been advance notice and it wasnt more than a very minor inconvenience). We were a little unsure at first because they didnt have anything for us to view and when we finally saw our place for the pre-signing walkthough, we noticed that it was carpeted when we were told it would be faux hardwood flooring. We decided to sign a 6-month lease based on the price-to-size ratio and location, and we have remained happy with our decision and ended up resigning. We have no plans to move when our current lease is up either. I wasnt sure whether to give 4 or 5 stars, as we have had minor inconveniences here and there, but I went with the full 5 for the price, how quickly all our issues have been resolved, and for how great the staff here is!

I just want to say that I moved in here 12/21 & so far I have loved it! Staff always seems to be pleasant & friendly. And the Maintenance here is better than I have ever experienced at any community I have ever lived! Especially a young man named Sam. We have a few new guys working here that I have not met as of yet . Hopefully they are as helpful & friendly as Sam

Ive lived here over 2 years now, office staff is great and friendly, maintenance staff is as well. Responsive to requests for repairs. Apartments are clean and comfortable, good value for the cost of rent.Ive always felt safe living here, even when I was going out before 5am to go to my gym. Shopping and restaurants are fairly close!

Office staff is always friendly and nice and the maintenance team is awesome, they always fix issues super fast. I once had wasps outside my house and saw the maintenance walking the property and told him he said he would be right over just call the office and let them know as well and he was at my door 2 minutes with the wasp spray to get rid of the nests. If that isnt great service I dont know what is. I have lived here for more than 3 years just signed a new lease and dont plan on leaving any time soon. The price is great and I really love that they try to make it a community atmosphere with parties for the tenants to get together and get to know one another. All around a great place to call home.

We’re going on a year and a half living at these apartments and overall they’re a good option. I love how big the apartments are and they’re priced very well - considering the nearby apartments are higher priced for a smaller sq ft. The management and staff are always having events throughout the year to try to get the community involved and enjoy living at Plaza DeVille. Maintenance is always working/ cleaning throughout the complex. Like most apartments there’s issues here and there but in my opinion I haven’t found a reason to leave.

Great place to live. I consider this place a hidden gem. Location is great, rent is affordable, apartments are large and have nice interiors, and maintenance is quick and attentive. Staff have always been polite. Have to shout out Yesenia for helping me with some paperwork to file for COVID related financial assistance and being kind and efficient about it. Signed up for another year at the same rate and I am happy to live here.

We recently moved into our huge, gorgeous One Bedroom Loft here and we are absolutely in love with it. Its quiet, the tenants are nice and our Leasing Agent, Lorie helped us out so much! She kept us updated throughout the whole month on our apartment as it was being prepared for us to move into!Its extremely pet friendly, and the neighborhood is perfect. Having just moved down here in November all the way from WI, its so refreshing to finally have a place we feel safe in. Its and older complex but it has so much personality. We have had ZERO problems since living here. I would recommend this place to just about anyone. SERIOUSLY!

The pool and gym are nice, but our apartment has some rodents living in the walls, they fight and make so much noise every night. Weve contacted management several times but theyve been unsuccessful in catching them and patching the hole. Now there is a bad smell from the vents in our kitchen. This sound affects our neighbor as well. The paint they used on all the counters is cheap and peels on when you try to use cleaner stronger than water.

I resided at this complex for almost two years. I stayed longer than I wanted due to goals for saving money and relocating. If you have a short term goal to save money and not have the simple luxuries of an apartment this is the place for you.Pros: the staff are nice, the complex cares about dogs and has a dog park.Cons: there is no playground or area for the children. the water in half the complex continued to be non operational or cold for the first year and a half. The pest control is non existent they spray on Wednesday’s put it never seemed to help with the roaches. I cleaned, set traps and bombed the home but the complex needs to address serious pest control methods as the issue persisted. Parking is hard to find anytime after around 7 PM. I originally moved to my apartment due to the fireplace and space. I was never able to use the fireplace due to there being a raccoon in my fireplace and walls for the entirety of my stay. The raccoon would crawl through the walls and scratch throughout the night. I requested for the staff to come look in my fireplace as it started to smell like feces and I believed the raccoon was living in the fireplace. No one ever came out, resulting in me never using my fireplace. This apartment complex tries, but definitely fails!!

Still like living here!! The maintenance people do a good job, and I Love the office staff, When I put an order in they get right to it. Just moved into a 3 bedroom here and it is nice not to have to worry about carpets except in bedrooms. And my Jina loves everyone at the office and maintenance people. So yes, I will give another 5 stars.

My husband and I just renewed our lease and have had a great experience here! We’ve lived here for a year and enjoy our neighbors, pools are clean and well kept, apartments are well maintained (quick service response times). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome with quick access to medical center and UTSA, as well as key access to highways, stores, etc. Rent is very reasonable.

When my fiance an I moved in, we were supposed to get an upgraded apartment with new appliances, clean carpets, and a slight upcharge for the upgrade every month. When we moved in, not only was the apartment not upgraded, but our air conditioner was broken, and the carpets hadnt been cleaned. After about 3 or 4 days of the late summer heat turning the apartment into a sauna, they finally delivered a mobile air conditioner which we had for another day or 2 before they actually fixed our AC. The carpets were never cleaned, due to the fact that OUR AC WAS BROKEN and the carpets would mold if they didnt dry quickly enough. And the new appliances were finally delivered as well somewhere along the way. (Maybe 3 or 4 days in as well)As for the office staff... I get that they have a lot of tenants to juggle, but OLGA at the main office had the audacity to say, and Im not exaggerating, Well, you have no where else to go, might as well sign the lease., when we came to complain about the afforementioned things. Shes in the wrong line of work.(For context, they had a full month to prep the apartment before we moved in and we still had these issues.)Oh and kind of a random thing, the lights in the apartment dont have normal bulbs, so you have to call the main office every time a light goes out and cant replace them on your own because they are built into the wall or ceiling. Weird.The only good thing I can say about this place is that its cheap.These reviews can be 100% good or 100% bad, but this is an honest review with limited personal bias. Sure, I lived through it, but its a great place to live if, youve got nowhere else to go.

My family and I️ have been at this apartment for going on 2 years and plan on being here until we leave to a HOUSE. The staff and managers are all amazing.The office staff is friendly as well as Maintenance, they are quick to pick up a work order, never had to wait more then a day. The community here is really welcoming, and there are events hosted by the staff throughout the year.I️ recommend this place to all my family and friends👍🏼

I have been living here for almost a year. The office staff is great! They are very friendly. I have yet to have big issues with anything. I would give it 5 stars but parking can get pretty packed and I’ve been waiting for the fitness center to open since I signed my lease in November 2017, it is now July 2018 and it is still under “construction/renovation”.

I have lived here for a year now and I love it. I love everyone in the office and all the maintenance guys. I know that if something needs to be fixed, I call the office and either David, Taishon, or Christa are always there to help me. The location and price are both great. We just renewed in July of this year and decided to stay another year because of the price, great people in the office, and the location. We also have two (2) dogs and love that Plaza De Ville does not have breed restrictions. If you are looking for an apartment, I suggest you stop by the leasing office and speak to one of the great leasing agents.

Staff and management are always on top of their responsibilities. The office team is amazing! We truly appreciate all youve done for us and continue to do. For the most part I enjoy the apartment. However I have had a number of uncomfortable situations that just are adding up. There are many instances where hot water (or water all together) will be turned off and sometimes without even a notice. When we got our lease we were offered a fitness center which has remained closed for over a year and have been told it would re-open within a month, although it never has since it closed. I had leaks in my washing machine/dryer room that took days to fix correctly, and many clean ups I ended up having to do because of this. Despite all of this our rent has gone up. Also, I have a table with chairs outside my patio, where sometimes I would chill. I have now been told that I need to remove the table because they only allow outdoor furniture. At least you know they have their priorities straight...So if you can afford paying a bit more, I would go to a different place to live. Also theres roaches lol.

I have not rented here, but just from a visit I can tell you a glaring issue. This apartment complex uses the same apartment numbers for multiple buildings, so not only are there misunderstandings for friends visiting but there are is also mail that gets misdelivered. They differentiate by calling one set phase 1 and phase 2 but that cant be expressed easily for mailing purposes. Other than that it seemed like a lovely place.

Old run down apartments. There is no routine maintenance for air filters and the place is full of roaches. Had to call every month to get them to come spray and it never worked the place is just infested with them. Water is constantly being turned off for the whole day with no notice and the clubhouse they claim to have has been under repair the whole time I lived there. we rented there because of the lower rent compared to others around but now I see why. I would gladly pay a little extra money then have to live with roaches and no water. Do not rent here.

My husband and I just moved in the area. Ms Deanna was exceptional and professional. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions we had.

Ive been here for a little over a year and my experience here has been satisfying. The entire management is great and their staff is exceptional. Ive had little to no issues living here except for the occasional water being temporarily down for an afternoon. The fitness center should be open soon, so thats a plus. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice area within reasonable distance to most hot spots of San Antonio.

Moved in half a year ago. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to care about the property and tenants. Responsive to all my requests and accomodated my mothers needs. They provide nice social gatherings. Its an older property and needs work, but they make sure things are fixed properly instead of temporary fixes.

Ive lived in the med center for a few years, but this has been my favorite apartment complex. VERY reasonably priced- 1300 sq ft for under $1000 a month... between the pricing, the family friendly resident events held regularly, the pet friendly environment, the fitness center, awesome schools and the quick response time to ANY service calls...(nothing the complex was responsible for, I accidentally got a lid to a makeup container stuck in the bathroom sink LOL)... this place has really made it possible as a single mom to give my kiddo the quality of life I want her to have. Also, Id like to note that I live in Porcheia Carters old apartment (she left a negative review 7 months ago.. I occasionally get her mail still) and I havent experienced any of the same issues she detailed. Maybe some people make their own problems?

I enjoy living here. Positive experience since my move in. Nice and clean property. Office staff is friendly and extremely helpful made my move in a smooth process. Today there was a pet parade which was awesome the manager was really nice .Great prizes, thanks for the smoothies.

It is a beautiful apartment. A quiet community. I enjoy living here. Sometimes the boiler goes out and there is no hot water for a day or two. I wish the fitness center was in working order. The management is friendly.

I am a current resident who has had nothing but trouble here. Somehow, we have been blessed enough to not catch 100% of the hell that seems to rain down from the sky around us. EVERY apartment in our building has flooded from busted pipes in the last 6 months except for ours. When I say flooding, I mean it. Across from us, in my buddys apartment, water was raining from his bar/living room ceiling. I wish I could explain it to the fullest.. Like 15-20 per minute directly in the middle of his sofa. There were $3500 in damages to personal property and the management told him. Sir, things happen. Havent you ever heard of renters insurance? It turns out that the pipes had busted in the apartment above his 3 months earlier and instead of fixing them, they just cut the water off. When new people moved in, they had forgotten and just turned it back on... RIDICULOUS.. The main lady in the office, Belinda, has always been really nice and helpful with my wife and I (late with rent a few times), but that doesnt make up for the problems. Also, when our AC went out this summer it took 8 days for them to get here and fix it. That is unacceptable especially because I have my 2 children that are under 3 yrs old in the apartment. The maintenance guys are great, but there arent enough of them. The trouble that comes along with this place, is not worth the $50/month youll save in rent from living in a nicer place. So, renter beware.

This place started off pretty good but over the last 2-3 years things have been Terrible. Gym was down for almost three years, the parking is Horrible and they pay a company to tow their tenants cars out of handicap spots that shouldnt be a handicap spot due to the parking situation. Knowing theyre is Nowhere to park after 8pm. They troll the parking lot around 3:30-5am looking to tow their tenants. Which means they are aware of the parking problem. Looking for a new place now. Id rather break the least.

Deanna was such a a delight. I really felt welcomed. She was very informative and easy to talk to. I would definitely refer a friend.

Our water has been shut off 7 times in the past 5 months, with less than a 12 hour notice each time. We moved into an apartment upstairs and 1 week later they jack hammered underneath us for 8 weeks. They don’t notify you about anything when it comes to “emergency repairs” and expect you to deal with it. Our neighbors smoke weed/cigarettes and fight out in the common area and the staff has done NOTHING about it. We were told in December when we moved in that the gym would be open in “just a few weeks,” called again in May and still no gym. There’s a reason why this place is so cheap! The only reason why I’m giving them two stars is because the maintenance guys are super nice and do a great/fast job when it comes to repairs within your own apartment.

If i could give negative stars I most definitely would. I applied here and asked specific questions about things in the contract and was told if denied I would still get my Admin Fee back. Definitely a lie. I explained my situation to the gentleman and he said that i wouldn’t get denied for that reason. Well guess what? I did. I tried explaining to Christen (I think that’s how you spell her name) what happened and she spent the entire conversation making me seem like I was lying. I was told that I would get a call in the morning and when i asked “from who?” She scoffed and hung up on me. Insanity unprofessional, Do NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY APPLYING.

The water is always getting shut off with no warning. Go all day without water. It’s been like this since I’ve been here. They claim they have a workout room but since I’ve been here it’s been open 6months maybe. They tell you it will be done soon but it won’t. They have roaches and yes they come and spray but it don’t help. They are in the dish washer. The manger was nice when she first started now she thinks she’s better then you and blames tenants for the paint falling off the tub. Yes they paint the tubs. She will charge you for everything and anything she can. Take pictures of everything to protect yourself. Contacted the bbb tired of roaches crawling on the walls and on food when your cooking. DISGUSTING!!

Do not believe more than half of these reviews on plaza de ville. Most of the good reviews here were based off of a drawing to win a free big screen TV for reviews. You can tell by how consistent all the good reviews are close in the time frame of the drawing. Only thing good about the place were prices, but water was constantly being shut off without notice, roaches all the time, every tenant seemed to have been told apt gym was gonna be open 45 days from move in but we had been there for over a year and it still had not been accessible.

Very Wonderful Staff, always so Courteous, Clean, Sharp, appeared and very professional. The property appears very well taken care of!! Maintenance crew are great! This place is much better over all than the Walnut Hill apartments.

This place used to be nice and the management really cared about us but now it is run down and has pest problems. The management seams not to give two hoots a bout tenants that have been here for a while all they care about is marking there Commission if you go to them with a problem all they say is i well let you out of your lease and not fix the problems. You pay for gym and a clubhouse that can’t be use because there under construction for over a year. The management would rather argue with you than fix the problems the rent is going up with no upgrades to the property definitely not worth the new rental rates they want charge rent fees like other apartments that are up to date and actually have amenities that work are useable and kept up with appliances that work or get fixed when you report a problem all I can really say is it’s not worth moving in to these apartments for any reason look anywhere else please

THIS PLACE SUCKS!Ive been here for four years and nothing has gotten better. Their buildings are rodent infested and the maintenance sucks. They are not willing to do anything for loyal residents. The parking lot is uneven and the parking is scarce. I have to park three buildings down from my actual apartment. I would not recommend this place for anyone! Stay far away. The facility is rude and unwilling to help.

I live here now and I love it, office staff is great specially Janet F. She was a very friendly person that helped us look for the right apartment. Apartments are clean and comfortable, good value for the cost of rent.

They deserve NO stars because I moved in to the apartment with bugs everywhere, and they said they were going to send some pest control to fix it every 2 months, well guess what, BUGs are crawling everywhere still. I am now looking for another place because PLAZA DEVILLE apartments are the worst ever since we moved to San Antonio. I will not recommend this place to no one. And another thing is their pool, every now and then the pool is always close, and they come up with all kinds of excuse. The gym is been close since March i think, and still nothing fix. Oh and not to forget the club house, its been 2 and 1/2 years since i lived here and nothing is done to that club house but we are paying a price of a 4 bedroom here at a 2 bedroom apartment. I want to know who their corporate office so i can go straight to them. The new management is so stuck up and think shes nice but she fakes it. Trust me, I have friends that lives here and they complain to me about the same thing. If I were you, DONT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!

Lived there for 5yrs only because I hate moving esp. When you are a very busy person n have kids...customer service is just 0... Not good at names but David is a nice guy that dont deserve to be caught up in there web. I spoke with this new lady. She was very rude I wasnt even arguing with her and she hung up on me.. Then for the house water shuts off every week n I have to empty all my bottle waters to take a bath after working 16hrs.. The biggest thing is cockroach, if u dont like roaches u better look for somewhere else. I called them uncountable times to come check it out but each time they come they spray something on the surface and thats it but it never went away. They never come to change old stuff for us after living there for 5yrs only to find out they wanted to change things when we move. They turned a tennis court where people hangout to dog park. I love animals but when people start putting facilities for dogs and not for humans its a red flag. They took away gym for almost 3yrs and no1 could answer for it... No parking space I had to park across the street and walk all the way to my house.. Dog litters everywhere n people dont pick up after there dog. My kids always step on dog poop back into the house. People moving with dog without a leash and this gigantic German shepherd jumped on my wife at night and the owner was just standing and watching n never apologized and when it was reported nothing was done because the guy is probably friend of one of the office person....then when u r living they cant even give u a day of grace for living with them for 5yrs but they charge u for staying a day late n charge u for old things they were supposed to have fixed when u were living with them. TERRIBLE experience at first everything was good then everything went bad real quick. They give u affordable price to attract u. Or first day half off rent or half deposit to get u in then after that.. price sky-rocket from 0-100. Well u want an honest review,this is it.

Would give zero stars but good location. Water turned off a lot, no hot water even more often. Leaking pipes, bugs, racoons, other animals in walls and attic, a fire in another unit but smoke and mess in mine,no gym despite saying it would be opened, A\C always breaking, no insulation and very, very high electric bills, jack hammering for a couple months everyday morning to evening, cracked walls uneven floors, a mysterious death in unit close by ...is some of what we have experienced here. No help with cleanup after fire and couldnt stay in unit for a while. They want rent on time in full despite problems you have to deal with. Though no cars were broken into and you dont here through walls are some good points.

Unable to provide specifics for denial of applications due to credit reasons (Unsatisfactory) how is that defined well the system Also they application and admin fee are non-refundable when denied unless you have spotless record I would avoid. Even after countless emails and inquires to the complex about renting they really failed to disclose the specifics of how it is calculated unlike other properties. Also no options when denied for 1 reason. Dont seem to take income or rental history and payment into account either. Thanks Janet hope the 250 comes in handy

...My wife and I have been living here for over a year we have been having roach issues since day one and of course we had the exterminator come alot but the roaches are still here. we believe the roaches live within the walls and also the foundation is falling apart . Yesterday we just found out we need to move out in 30 days without giving a reason. No not a eviction we are up to date with rent.My wife and I are very quite people. We are getting a tenant lawyer to help us. Dont trust manager . Univesco Corp please help us tenants here and read the complaints and see the rating on Plaza Deville

The staff was nice. However, they do not honor their agreements. We referred a friend and were told we would receive a $300 referral bonus. We found out today that the paperwork was done late on THEIR end and not on ours. Due to THEIR delay, we no longer qualified.We also required monthly to almost weekly pest control for roaches, wasps, and millipedes. After this experience, I would no longer recommend them.

I lived here about a year ago and I loved it! I had a few problems with my AC but they resolve issues quickly unlike some places Ive stayed. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. I Recommend these apartments.

Been living here since 1999, never had any major problems. Quiet and very reasonably priced, centrally located to everything from schools, grocery stores and many restaurants. Nice friendly staff from Management to maintenance, and always take care of any problems tht come up ASAP. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because, well no ones’ perfect.

The apartments are great. The location is perfect for an amazing price. I have not had any issues at all. The office staff is always very helpful and courteous. Very quiet and close to everything! Would definitely recomend

Good luck parking by your actual apartment. Add busted water mains and hot water not being available when you want it. Also no one cleans the pool out so get use to swimming with bugs. Oh plus they decided to take away the military discount.

I have been here a lil over 2 years. The maintenance are awesome. The office staff is friendly and respond in a timely manner. Its very quiet in my area. No big issues and everyone pretty much looks out for eachother.

It has been a joy to live here, everyone seems to be really nice in the office and the maintenance are on top of the game. I do however have one problem with a certain Silver Audi that seems to think they can park in the handicap ramp parking space in front of building 6 phase 1. Every morning my mother can not get up onto the sidewalk leading to our apartment because the Silver Audi tag number (DD2-Y528) is parked not only in the space the tires are actually on the wheelchair ramp. The really messed up thing is the lady that drives the car does not even live in building 6 she lives across the road. This is forcing my mother to have to get out of her scooter and have me come out there and pick it up and set it on the sidewalk. I guess some people just have no respect for the handicap. Other than that this is really a nice place to reside, and would recommend it to anyone.

Run down apartments, no routine maintenence to keep up with necessary repairs, cant turn on heaters or fire alarms will go off. Management doesnt know how to run portals and will charge you late fees for their mistakes. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Pests everywhere!

If you plan on living here, god forbid you live in Phase 2. They’re constantly turning off the hot water or the water all together. There’s no parking anywhere in the entire complex. So if you have a job where you have to work late, you might wanna find another complex. There’s no assigned parking and it’s “first come first serve” system. Good luck with your repairs or needing something replaced also, that’ll take a good 3 months at LEAST. Oh yeah and they have a horrible bug problem. If you want a complex that will not care what you do in your apartment as long as rent is paid on time, I suppose Plaza DeVille is the place for you.

The agents were very friendly and helpful. They knew what they were talking about and the place is beautiful. The units are clean and there was no damage or crooked drawers. :) the agent I had was easy to talk to and the prices are fair.

Moving can be a difficult endeavor but after a month of living in Plaza De Ville we have felt that moving can be easy and affordable. From the management staff to the maintenance we have felt valued not only as residents but we have felt respected as people. We hope Plaza De Ville continues to renovate the apartments and becomes our long term home

The only positive note is that the office staff has always been nice. Plaza Deville does not deserve them, they deserve to be recognized in such a old place. They are always happy to help and are understanding but in regards to the buildings and the complex itself. Just look elsewhere.

Updating my review: when I first moved here I loved it! Now that I have a month left, I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE. One problem that has been ongoing that I CAN NOT STAND is roaches, and they are everywhere. They’ve sprayed numerous times as so have I, they will not go away.2. They are always turning off the water without any notice, which is happening right now that triggered me again.3. THEY NEVER GIVE NOTICES OF WHEN THEY ARE COMING. Ex: the other day they called me saying they were going to enter my apartment to check the shower water temperature (why idk) and said it would be two hours, so I told them my boyfriend was on his way home and would be sleeping bc he works over night, at that point I was informed “oh well they started about 30 minutes ago anyways” SO WHY ARE YOU JUST TELLING ME???A little over a month ago they started tearing down the balcony above me (again no notice) my shelf fell off the wall of where the balcony is and broke my Xbox. I went to inform the manager then when my boyfriend went to go tell her she said I only was complaing about cords, why would cords matter?? I EVEN SHOWED HER A PICTURE AND TEXT IT TO HER. Why lie why?? Then she continued to blame me and said it’s my fault because she’s never had a problem with this (talked to my neighbor, boy was she mad they messed with her stuff also) she also said I could pay for it. YOU DID NOT GIVE A NOTCIE.I love that there is washer and dryer connections, but the lent is ALWAYS building up in between the walls, fire hazard much??Also my appliances are from like the 1800’s and half of them don’t work, yes I’ve told them they say they do work.ALSO THERE IS NO PARKING. So watch out for the towing bc I promise it will happen.

They should lower the rent since theres about a 5% chance your car will be broken into. Ive had two of my vehicles broken into now since living here 1 year.

Ive been living here for over a year and I have to commend the maintenance staff for always fixing any maintenance requests in a timely manner. The maintenance team is very nice and helpful and they always listen to my concerns.

Great place to live and the location is close to everything From schools to supermarkets to convenience stores to restaurants! Only thing is that parking is limited. After 11pm trying to get a parking spot when coming home from work can be a toss up. You might get lucky 🍀 but if not you’re gonna end up parking a ways.

Janet Flores helped me out. Very helpful. Alot of residents spoke highly of her. Has a great personality and an amazing attitude. Goes out of her way above and beyond to accommodate residents

I have been here for a little over a year and couldn’t be happier. There have been a couple of hiccups but nothing that hasn’t immediately been addressed by the staff in a very professional manner. Neighbors are also great and friendly.

The staff is wonderful and do a great job getting jobs done fast. When I put a work order in it is done that day. They even put a grab bar in my bathtub.

They should put some kind of code in the swimming pool lots of outsiders coming in . People are briging more than 2 people in the pool. This is happening all the time drinking beer in the pool using glass bottles there were about 15 at least beer bottles every where.they all got in their cars and left . Out of the parking lot. Im afraid to take my granddaughter any more on week ends

ROACH INFESTED TERRIBLE PLACE. . . My family member rented there and they have the worst maintenance crew that wont fix anything in addition to the roach problem. Do not rent, you will regret it!

Wonderful people there good closed community lots of parking lots of walking them its a little confusing because theres two sections to this if they had it built on extra so you have to pay attention its either Phase 1 or phase two is in the back they keep their pools clean they dont smell horribly like chlorine they have a gym theyre very sweet people the only problem I had with them is people not picking up their dog poop

I need someone that is higher than management at the apartments to contact me. This is very serious and I would like my problem solved before needing to reach out to other resources to have it solved. I have had a terrible experience while living here and nothing is being solved.

This place is very nice office employs are kind. Price is not to bad but the only complaint I have is that the water is either off every other week or its cold when its support to be hot.

People in the office are very nice and I love that they always have events for the residents.

No matter what apartment complex you rent from they will always have good and bad things about them. Even this complex..... but The + for these is the price,management, and there maintenance team.

They always have water problems no water for at least 3 days I dont live there . The gym has been broken down for years

Im at my mother and brother live there. Management and maintenance do not get things done in a timely manner or just not at all.

Id love to call this my next home with my 2 teenagers. Its very affordable and the property is very nice in my opinion.

Poorly managed, they try to assess fake charges and make it really difficult to dispute, have to try multiple times. Management staff is very rude.

Heads up security we had about 5 or 6 people yelling and partying at the main office pool until around 2 am or later in the morning last night.

Well, lets start with: The place is cheap, do not expect a lot, there are pros and Cons, more Cons that everything, its an ok place, will work for some budgets, so do not forget you get what you pay for.
