The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They are available anytime and respond immediately. They have been helping us for a year now and they have managed to do some serious settling for us while making us feel at ease. I would like to acknowledge Eduardo, he is a wonderful representative there. Not once did he make us feel uncomfortable and showed us an immense of support and respect. They really do care and want to help people.
