I am AMAZED at the customer service level and the care that my credit counselor put into helping me with my debt. He relieved so much of my stress and the burden of trying to figure this out on my own. He stayed almost a full hour after closing to make sure I understood the process and to help with any questions or concerns I may have had. I will Definitely be recommending them to anyone that tells me they are having debt trouble!

I had contacted another debt relief agency but I didn’t feel comfortable with the sent I spoke with. After some research, I came across American Consumer Credit Counseling. The first thing that immediately put me at ease was it was ranked first in Top Debt Management Plan Companies of 2025. I hit the jackpot when Jedaiah took my call. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable and personable but he didn’t make me feel like I was begging for help. He reminded me that they work for me and do what’s best for my situation. The initial counseling call is lengthy because it’s very detailed but the hold up was because I had to look up interest rates for each card. He reminded me to take my time and that it was best to be as thorough as possible. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed so to actually look into the interest rate for each card was eye opening. Jedaiah was able to help me with a plan that would eventually save me over 60k in interest alone!! I felt like I hit the lottery! I want to be responsible and pay my debts so filing for bankruptcy just wasn’t an option for me. I’m so thankful that Jedaiah was the representative that answered my call. I can’t thank him enough! I can’t wait to get back in track and look back at this chapter with a sense of pride because I stuck to the plan!

ACCC has been a great experience. They always have exceptional customer service, they answer all of my questions and I’m excited about paying off my debt through the debt management program. They are amazing! Unlike a lot of places that use loans to pay off debt, ACCC negotiates with your credit cards to get your interest and monthly payments down. Then you simply pay them and they disperse the payments out to your creditors. Way less than the minimums I was paying prior to signing up with them. They’re very helpful when I’ve called with questions, and explained how the final payment process works very well. I have nothing bad to say about them honestly. They made paying off my debt a breeze!

My Counselor Ivanna was amazing and really helped me! She deserves 10 Stars and a raise! She knew exactly how to help me and my credit situation and her customer service was excellent! TY Ivanna!

I have used ACCC twice with consolidation.They are fast, efficient, and will work with most creditors to getting you the best interest rate to help pay down your debt faster. Also, they will draft a budget for you so that you can stay on track and out of debt in the future.

I started in 2019 with over 25 thousand dollars in debt. And today I am now debit free. The program was simple to start and with auto payments there was nothing to worry about. Also the customer service was always outstanding. Thank you ACCC for helping me become debt free!!!!!

We live in a predatory economy. Credit card companies are the worst. It is very easy to get in over your head. I did. American credit counseling has helped me rationalize my financial life. Floyd Mills was my counselor. He was compassionate, very well informed, dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s. Americans have accumulated over $1 trillion in credit card debt. We should be very thankful that a company like.ACCC exists To support consumers and help them out of the morass of credit card debt. Beware of other companies that Are for profit “debt management or debt reduction “companies. I am incredibly grateful to.ACCC For helping me out of this really bad situation. They really helped me to make the right decisions...... Never made me feel inadequate for letting myself get so far into debt...... after covid it seemed like everything went south..... they also explained how to help myself recover from the bad debt and now my credit score has increased greatly in just two years since starting the program and Im halfway thru the payments..... Its worth letting a counselor help you sort your debt out and prioritize your life....I was so depressed before and now i feel the weight of the debt has lifted....I just pay them once a month and they disperse payments to all the creditors...I dont have to think about it anymore.
