The experience so far has been pleasant. Ive been working with Eric and Zairen-both very understanding and knowledgeable. The were careful to explain the 90 day process so I know whats going on step by step.

Needed assistance with only 2 items on my credit report. Their price was about $360 which I was alright with but before I could sign any agreements for services they were already sending me invoices and pressuring me to sign and pay. Only reason I declined their services was because they sent me a blanket agreement to dispute everything on my credit and I was NOT ok with this as I have an attorney handling other items. Nevertheless these people are like sharks 🦈 on par with telemarketers. You don’t get to work with one person you essentially work with whoever answers the call and they aren’t in San Antonio they’re actually out of Houston “supposedly”.Do me a favor get my account off your call list and I’ll update my review!!

ASAP Credit Repair had everything we needed. The folks there took care of everything for us as well as gave us some additional tips on how to repair our credit on our own. We were able to get new credit cards with better rates and terms and most importantly we were able to repair our credit report and get back on our feet.

Talk with the owner about this situation and waiting to complete 3 round and provide support and results.Be aware of this type of business. I was very impressed with their reviews and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the same happened with all the other companies that offer you help and results. On my picture, you can see the results of a second-round where mentioned my account with Verizon had been verified. What a surprise I got when I tried personally to contact Verizon and Equifax to solve this and the 2 parties ( talk with supervisors and management) mentioned they had not received any dispute or letter from this company in the past year.I called the credit report and ask for proof of what they had done and they connect me with my case manager and she wasnt able to provide anything to support they had done their job.Dont trust this company please I had to pay way too much money for me and my husband for nothing.

They helped several of my close friends with their credit and then they were able to purchase new homes. Great customer service through the entire process!

I hired another local company and they just took all my money and ran, I honestly was exhausted and tired of dealing with my bad credit when i reached out to this company. I spoke to Dex and she made me feel like something told me I should give them a try. I did extra research just in case but have had such a better experience then the other company (Im not going to put them on blast).

I’m about 100 days in with ASAP. I haven’t had any success with them. My credit report is the same as is was when I started. I’ve had inquiries fall off because they aged out after 2 years. Other than that, no changes at all. Money wasted 🤦‍♂️

Omg! Worst mistake i did on calling this guys. I called them for a consultation but they were too pricey comparing to other companies which is fine what is not Ok is that they keep calling and calling after i asked them to stop. They wont stop harrasing you!
