Mamie helped us in 2017, when my husband needed to boost his credit as we wanted to start the process to buy a house but had low credit score. My husbands score improve by 140 points and we continue to follow the advice that she had given us. We were able to make it happen and buy a house in June 2018. We’re so happy we found her and she was help us to get our credit in a position and also advise us towards the right direction.Since she helped us with the credit, we decided to use her services for the taxes and she did amazing. Her husband and her are very knowledgeable with the tax laws and it was the first time to receive such a good tax return last year.This year we used her tax services again and we still got a good return despite the law changes. I would definitely recommend her services for both credit repair and tax preparations.

CTR Credit repair is amazing. Mami works with you to make sure the repair gets done. Mami explains how and what effects your credit. Mami will then create a plan and goal to reach.. She is also an amazing person. She cares about my and my familys well being. She truly a wonderful person to work with.

I had such a WONDERFUL experience with CTR! Their tax service was extremely professional, easy and headache free! Mamie is such a delight! One of the most important factors for me is trust and with CTR you are most definitely in good hands and can trust this team! Highly recommend!

This is probably one of the best places if you want to be cheated/ripped off. Mamie is doing a very good job in carrying out an unscrupulous business and she will try to represent that she will do the best for you and try to look for your best interests BUT no, theyre after your money.They expect you to pay a tremendous amount of $$$ upfront without any gurantee/assurance.I was duped into paying a hefty fees and in the end had to let go of my valuable hard earned 💰.During the entire process, there was ZERO communication of any sort. When I asked, there was either NO response or delayed reply with little to no value.Im not even sure if they have my records/file in their system or not.Anyway, once they had the money, they longer had any interest in helping me, let alone in improving my credit scoreWith their recommendations, my credit score actually went south. Their claim or offer which promises to give you a month free was never fulfilled as you can expect from this business.Pls take your business elsewhere!!!Response to my review/REPLY TO THE OWNER: Since they chose to reply, this is the the correct business Im referring to; you might have deleted my records from your database. Please go ahead and report it to whomever youd like to. This just goes to show how you threaten your customers and disrespect them.

This lady completely screwed things up. I did my own disputes and got my own results. There was a few items that had a difficultys disputing and I told her they were not mine and asked her if I should get a police report she told me not to worry about it that she would get it handled a few months later, 90 days to be exact later she finished my case and only got one item deleted from my bureau. The other deletions were items that I disputed on my own. She didnt touch my inquiries like promised And never asked for the police reports that I could have provided. she just simply closed the case and didnt say anything. Complete scam I would not do service with this lady. I will repeat this is a complete scam. I would not do Businesswith this lady ever again. Save your money and use another repair service. this one is no good. One thing I didnt mention is that the entire conversation was recorded from my iPhone. Your words, when I offered the police reports.... not necessary.

This company is amazing!!!! My credit score went up in no time at all. It only that my credit line with my credit card company went from a 300 limit to a 800 limit. They make you feel like family and will do everything to help you meet goal financial goals! Couldn’t recommend enough! ✨✨✨

I had high hopes based on the reviews but I probably should have known by the high cost this would be a waste. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received and no communication during the process until I asked for it. When I contacted the office about my dissatisfaction I was told I should pay down debt rather than dispute it which to me would have been valuable and honest advice during the consultation, not after the fact. I was also told there were no guarantees or promises which may be the case but I would never expect someone to fully pay for a service they’re unhappy with.UPDATE: since this business felt the need to lie in their reply - my credit score did not even improve by 10 points. Additionally I did not get a month free. Letters were not even sent until 30 days after I paid. AND the fees are not the cheapest in San Antonio especially when they go to waste!

Mamie is the best. When I went to her I hardly had a 590 credit score and within a year to year and a half it was up to a 750, was able to get a new Dodge diesel truck for a low interest rate of 2.6% with $590 pr month payments, she always answers the phone and never hard to get a hold of even during the pademic...5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure
