Charlene is the best credit repair specialist she is very knowledgeable not just in credit but also in helping you in the home-buying process by preparing your credit profile. She helped get my husbands credit repaired. Charlene has a way of having clients develop a lifelong relationship to where I recommend this company and her guidance to everyone I know. I waited a year to get started because lack of knowledge. She was able to guide me through the process during the full-service consultation. It’s very rare to have credit repair companies invest in people in love what they’re doing to help there clients succeed. The company is ran by a veteran Dylan Shively and I highly recommend them.

What a scam. After charging me a ridiculous amount of money, all they did was clean up my old addresses and prior akas and called that a win. I asked several times for help and was transferred to a different agent. After speaking to Dylan, I was promised 2 additional free rounds, but that never happened. At this point I even considered continuing the service with one on one help. I was still charged for the credit monitoring (was also supposed to be free). After I emailed and called to cancel, I continued to be charged. I was then again promised it was refunded, however, no one could provide me the refund number from their system. I filed fraud charges with the Texas AG office, Better Business Bureau and with my bank. I also have retained an attorney for a refund. No one will call or email me back. DO NOT RECOMMENDIn response- how can I reach out if as I have stated, I have continued to email and call without any response? You have also not responded to my attorney, the TX AG office, or the BBB’s reply. Also, please remove my personal information from the internet.Update 10/16/2024- as of today, no one from your company has reached out to me. When will you resolve this?

James Warren is a great and trustworthy company to use for credit repair. Oscar was my rep and I highly recommend him to everyone. Felix has been helping me fix my credit since about June, I started in the mid 500s and as of January I’m in the 700s! They send me texts and emails to keep me posted on my Fico scores and they always send me important emails on how to build credit and why it’s important. They have a monitoring tool that I have a subscription for that shows me my scores and their portal is really easy to navigate for uploading documents when the credit bureaus respond. Felix has been great, i don’t think i would have been able to do This without him. He got one card removed from my report so I was so excited to see that. I have a couple more rounds to go hopefully I can make it to the 800 club ! 🙏🏾

When I signed up they told me they would not stopping disputing until they deleted all accounts that were hurting my credit. Then it turned into we will get you to the 700s. $800 and almost a year later, the service ended and I’m still not in the 700s. They only managed to delete two accounts the rest were only inquiries. I felt like the little that my credit did go up was bc of the stuff I was doing not them. Good luck getting a hold of someone. Nobody will call you only text and sometimes they take a while. Seemed too good to be true at the beginning and turned out to be just like any other credit repair.

Very polite and easy to talk too! Boosted my credit very communicative.. however you do have to pay a monthly fee for them to keep us with your credit score. But I don’t mind it is well worth it! The communication from the group, start to finish, was great! The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because I was hoping more negative marks would have fallen off my report and I would have reached over 700 but that’s didn’t happen unfortunately. However, the one I was most concerned about was resolved and my credit score did go up some.

Absolutely no individualism with this company. I have 2 fraud cards with 3 collections off these cards. I sent them $700 and got on the membership program.8 months later, exactly where I started. I asked what paperwork was sent,only to get reasons why they dont disclose my information to me. Horrible experience. Sad part was this company had a great rating. Very disappointed. Was told a full refund if not completely satisfied, and now nothing. Be careful

I just wanted to say Amanda Smith helped me out so much! I finally got approved for a credit card and I was paying off on the due date and my credit score went down 55 points and I had no idea why. The James Warren Group has been amazing in providing me the tools to improve my credit and getting things removed. My score went up 20 points with one of the tools they recommended! I was very disappointed when we were told that my credit score was just not going to cut it for a home loan and the lender recommended this group. They have helped us immensely and have had great communication along the way and answered any and all questions I had. My credit has gone up and I can’t wait for it to keep going !

They have helped me get into the 700 club, mostly by recommendations which raised my credit 83 points! They stay in contact and check in just to see how things are going! I joined because of Amanda the credit mortician (tik tok) but was assigned Jason and he has been wonderful! Now to the 800s! Thank you JWG!

Was recommended to this company for their great service, initial phone call and payment setup was great. Started the free trial and then made the complete payment upfront for the service. In the span of 3-4 months I have been updated twice from this company and with very poor customer service from Mr. Oscar, he personally made it feel like we were a burden asking for updates, while this service is paid for upfront. Youd expect better service, was given a hard time by Oscar and he has hung up on us once. Very poor customer service from him, and no better help has been offered from this company. 10/10 do not and will not recommend anyone to this business and will let anyone know looking for credit repair to avoid these people and their poor customer service at all cost.

Not happy with James Warren. I requested to close my account with them on March 28th. They still charged me $29.95. I emailed them to please cancel right away and refund my money. The woman who was in charge of my account, Mikayla, doesn’t communicate anything of what is being done. A week went by without her responding, thus the reason I decided to no longer pursue help from them. Despite my request to cancel and be refunded, they took the money and kept my account open until April 27th. I don’t understand why it was kept open when no one is helping me. Since Mikayla hasn’t responded, I took it upon myself to dispute things on my credit report. It’s worked for me so far. I wouldn’t mind paying the $29.95 a month if communication was improved. Now I just feel like my money was taken for no reason.

This is hands down the best credit repair company I’ve dealt with! Not only do they do what they say they’re going to do with getting results, they also helped me understand how my credit really works and showed me how to leverage and continue to build it after they were done doing their magic. I was in the process of buying a home, however my credit score wasn’t up to par. James Warren Group number was given to me by my realtor. He advised me that they can help me get to a score where the VA will accept my application.My score was 597 and I needed to be in 620’s or better to get pre qualified for the VA home loan. I had over 15k in collections and a large number of negative remarks that made it impossible to increase my credit score. I had to have a cosigner for just about anything. I’m more of a night owl. I messaged Dylan on June 23, 2020 around 11:00 pm. I sent him my phone number he calls @11pm!! That alone is impressive. He explained the whole process to me. Very deceiving company. First, they made my sign up with one website which cost money only to ask me to cancel the next week and go to another company. I also would call to discuss with my rep Felix only to constantly wait and wait. I asked to cancel and they wont even do that. Just spent all this money and time for nothing.The star is only because you cant leave without at least one. ITS NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!
