I have had a great experience with them. I had such bad credit through my 20s and from the 2008 housing crash, that I thought I could never recover. After my husbands experience with Texas Best Credit, I decided to try it and clean up my credit. Only after a few months, with their help, I have gone from bad credit to great credit. They have been worth the money and the team have been so helpful with every questions that I have had.

I want to thank Sam and all the staff for the great job they have done, helping me fix my credit issues. The staff at Texas best credit repair are really good at what they do! My credit has gone up so that my wife and I can get ready to purchase a home and stop paying rent! We have been renting for 9 years! I love the fact that they have different plans and pricing to fit specific timeframes as well as any budget. Texas Best Credit Repair took the time to review my 3 bureau credit reports for free unlike other credit repair shops seemed to want to sign me up in 10 minutes or less without carefully reviewing my actual credit report plus beware of other companys that ask for large fees upfront. These guys online user account system is super detailed and includes all 3 credit score tracking and you can actually get credit coaching from an actual credit expert straight through their system! Very pleased with these guys as they didnt promise unrealistic score m and definitely exceeded my expectations. We qualified for our home in about 4 months with over a 100 point improvement!

Before I started this program I had a lot of stress! I was worried about how much money and time I was waisting on renting! These people are wonderfully understanding! We always had great credit until 2014 when our finances fell apart after having spent 10 years as missionaries in East Africa. My husband and I have been with TBCR for a little over a year and 1/2 now and has deleted over 44 accounts just for me. Sam (the owner) not only has helped us with our credit, he has became apart of our family. I can be difficult at time but Sam has never gave up on us. There has been times where he went out of his way and stayed on the phone with us for over an hour after 6pm and answered any question we had just to make sure we were good. EDIT: Still highly recommend this company! I just closed on my first house today with a score of 638. I did a lot of work to get started, but this was just the extra boost I needed to seal the deal!Ive only been with these guys for a short time, and my mid score went from a 545 just 45 days ago to a 625, qualifying me for a mortgage just last week! My high score is a 685! Thats 120 POINT JUMP! As Im typing this, its a little hard to believe, because I know how difficult it is to do this stuff. I had improved my score on my own from a 485 to 565 but it took me a while and quite a bit of leg work. That was nearly a year of finding time to do research, open secured cards, call creditors, send dispute letters, etc, and these guys did more in 45 days than I could in a full year. This company is amazing and I cant wait to see what happens moving forward.

Service started out amazing, but I have many questions and after two weeks cannot get a response via the messaging they asked me to use. I have kept a log of all contact via phone and messages since we started, and follow ups. I do see they look at these reviews so I am hoping someone can call me so I know I am not being ghosted.EDIT: I changed my rating to a five star because I was contacted right away by the owner of the company to find out where the communication break down happened. He called me twice until he reached me, and I found out he was actually on a family vacation but wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the company. He set up an impromptu zoom meeting and I could see he was in a hotel with his family. I told him we could talk when he returned but he insisted and talked to me for a very long time. He went through my questions with me and I feel like he gave me incredible insights that I hadnt considered before. I clearly know what the next steps are now and when we will talk again.More than anything, I felt like a valued customer. Sam has a very obvious passion for what he does, and he really knows what he is talking about. He was honest and straight forward. I am excited again about my journey! I cant thank him enough for his time and his help.

Signed up in September 2017 for help with credit score of 520. Four months later January 2018 my credit score is at 525. I paid my monthly fees and received nothing in return of fixing my credit score. All this company did was just take my money.I was confused and did not fully understand the website in doing fulfilling my part of the agreemanet. Once I spoke to the owner Sam who was very understanding and explained and showed me the credit coaching methods. I am totally satisfied and willing to have them help me fix my credit. What a great company to help repair your credit. 6 months in and my scores have risen 100 points with each credit bureau. UPDATE 12/23/2020:Seriously impressed! Im leaving my original review below and adding an update to hopefully help anyone in the future that might be experiencing the same things I have. The communication and my understanding of how the program works or is intended to flow was missing. After a cancellation request/hearing of my dissatisfaction, Sam personally called me to address my concerns while taking responsibility for any miscommunication. Thats a huge level of service other companies do not provide! After a one on one zoom call addressing my account and setting expectations moving forward, Im hopeful for credit success as others. Thank you Sam, I do appreciate the personal call! My account has been updated with the login for Idenity IQ. :) Im sure there will be a third part to this review to share my success/ results sooner rather than later!Previous Review 12/22/2020 - 2 starsI enrolled in this program because of all the great reviews raving about results and service. I wish I had that experience, I dont feel there has been much clarity or transparency with the program and what is being done, I havent seen what types of letters are going out. Maybe this is a great service for others this is just my experience so far. On the few scheduled calls I had I didnt receive any information specific to whats being done with the items on my report. On my first follow up call that was scheduled after the first round of letters went out they basically reiterated what the text message said which was the date the letters were mailed out. The bureaus have 30-45 days to respond to letters or the item must be removed from the report. It has been past this time frame so Im surprised they are still there (maybe there is extra leniency due to COVID, this should be communicated). On the first call I was informed there would be a through call with a specialist to go over this information on the next scheduled call, so I waited. Received the second call today and was informed a video would be created and uploaded to let me know what the status is. If thats the case we scheduled a call a month ago for someone to tell me well send you a video later?! Seems like a lot of time to create a video to tell me about my specific situation rather than share details over the phone in a few minutes. I expected a call to discuss things one on one rather than a call to tell me to watch a video later about whats going on. Still feel in the dark........ So far no results. Not hopeful...

Bill was such a great help! He provided me with a lot of information about my situation and in general about how credit works. It is nice to speak to a person who is well qualified and simply wants to help. I look forward to working with TBCR, and will report back in a couple of months, with hopefully even more positive remarks!

TBCR does not mess around.they deleted over 40 items from my reports, my score jumped up 100 points in like the first month. My wifes score went way up also, hers is actually better then mine but thats ok because were getting closer to that house. customer service is always on point with a response if i need them. tbcr our pros and i would recommend them.

My experience with Sam and his team was great! They treated us with respect during our in-person consultation! we are very fortunate we signed up with TBCR instead of.other scam artist credit repair companies that only meet u @ a coffee shop instead.of.a real office like TBCR!

I completed all the information online via their website and haven’t got a response. I just got an email from the Pres of Texas Best Credit Repair showing me evidence where they made multiple attempts to reach me but for reasons unknown I didn’t receive any. I want to say thank you for the prompt response and looking forward to seeing what you have to offer.

The 4 month $100 a month service was questionable but when I called and emailed to request cancellation, I got no response(Mason was my advisor)...but they continued to charge me. I had to block their automated charges to get rid of them. Form your own judgements from my experience.
