January of 2025 will be a year with the credit repair men, it has been a great experience and very self satisfying to see how much time it takes but well worth it to get yourself back on track. Im currently working with Kathy on repairing my credit, which has involved her sending out letters to debt collectors. We have seen an increase in score almost every month. I was skeptical of calling, just because the great reviews seem so generic, but I did. I spoke with a guy name Jared and I was blown away by his service. He pretty much told me Im not a good fit right now and he doesnt want to just take my money and I get nothing out of it, or be put in a worse situation...what a great guy. Its not just about profit for them they actually care about their clientele. I will be calling him back in six months so we can work on tackling some of the negative hits on my credit, based on my specific situation, but I really appreciate your honesty Jared. If youre skeptical give them a call you wont regret it.

I had found this company on social media. Alyssa was a mutual friend. I saw the posts about credit repair and contacted her. We connected in late November early December at the office location and she was able to help my boyfriend and I better understand our credit and the positives and negatives that go along with it. We signed on, nervously, but have truly realized how awesome they really are. Kathy was super helpful and didn’t make me feel like things were being dragged out. Every month you really do see negative accounts being dropped off your credit.Communication was probably scarce on both sides occasionally. We really lagged on sending information to them and sometimes had questions that took a little bit to hear back from, could have been our fault honestly for not relaying paperwork from the disputes. But overall, in 7 months, my credit score went from low 500’s to over 700 points. I am so happy and feeling blessed that we took that chance and truly invested back in our selves. They were easy to get in touch with and always called back when I left messages. Our Journey began in March 2019 we were introduced to the Credit repairmen from our builder. We started off with low scores to get automatic approval for a mortgage. Kathy at the credit repairmen was assigned to handle our credit files, from clearing inaccurate, out dated and disputing collection accounts, and settlements.The very next month we noticed a great deal of progress on our repair, fast forward to September 30 we closed on our new home. By far the best credit repair company you will come across!!!!!!!!!!! These wonderful people got my score form 609 to 783 from August 2016 to November 2016!!!!!!!! Simply amazing!!!!!!! My goal was to reach a 750 by April 2017 to be able to qualify for a home loan. Well today, November 17, 2016 the mortage company called me at 3:15pm and gave me a $1.6M approval to start building my dream home!!!!! An approval I certainly would not have received with a 609 score, and certainly not at the 3.4% rate he told me I have!!!!!!! If you are reading this you obviously have concerns about your credit. If you have concerns about your credit you MUST call Jasmine at The Credit Repairmen!!!!!! She is the best at follow up, returning calls and keeping you informed about your situation. (PROMOTE IMMEDIATELY) Ive never seen her, only because with my career I never had time to go to their office. But I know she is alive because I have the credit scores to prove it!!!!!! Everyone is so kind and very intelligent. My guy was Marland Harrison and he helped me out tremendously. We set up an attack plan and proceeded to get my credit back in line. Good things take time. So be patient. After a few months, I was able to apply for a mortgage and was accepted at a few banks/brokers! Give them a try. Kathy is super sweet and listens very well. Just remember, be patient. Things like this take time. But seeing results make it easier to wait.

Started this program last year in about April with the ultimate goal of becoming a home owner. Closed on our home 12/31!!! They provide you with short videos that give you advice and information on different types of things. While they work on the back end disputing items on your credit they guide you on the things you can do to maximize an increase on your credit score. Not that everyone’s plan is the same I had one credit score jump up 139 points. Another jumped up 121 points and the third score jumped up 79 points. They are really great at what they do and as long as you follow their suggestions you can see some amazing results. Glad we decided to partner with credit repairmen and glad they helped us achieve our ultimate goal of becoming homeowners.

Update: I would give them 5 stars for effort in trying to make it right. As for the service my credit is actually worst from their efforts rather than better. The one item they successfully removed actually popped back up on my report last month and the 2 charged off accounts they reopened continue to grow and hurt my payment history. Honestly the service is not worth it. Get a finacial adviser and review your history with them first before you even consider hiring any credit repair service. Towards the end they informed me they where going to get more aggressive with disputes. I read all their disputes after that and they legit started disputing the validity of me opening my credit cards it was really crazy reading. They did try to make things right. I do appreciate that. As you consider working with them please keep in mind as they start trying to repair old accounts they reopen them, what may have originally been $2000 will become over 4k and years of late payments. I chose this process because 2 month in the hospital and losing a job set me back from all my prior hard work. I thought this could help me but it actually set me back worst.Becautious as you recieve assistance. At one point I was left with a very awful feeling when in their attempt to make it right I received a text from the owner telling me he had thought I would change my review after them trying to make it right. I am grateful for their efforts and if I did not know people they have been able to help just based off my experience Id question the validity of any other reviews.Prior review.I was referred to them through a best friend who says they were amazing and had a awesome experience. My initial experience has not been the greatest for the first four months. I even intended to cancel but I have been been blown away by the dedication to helping ensure I can be successful in my goals along with the willingness to not only acknowledge my concerns with my experience but immediately take steps to improve it. I look forward to updating this review as I continue the process.

I have always wondered what I could do to get my credit fixed, a friend told me about The Credit repairman and gave me their contact info. I gave them a call and told them I needed my credit worked on because I had bad credit. So I signed on with The Credit Repairmen my credit score was in the lower 500s very bad I gave them my down payment to get things rolling the package I took was the gold package consisted of 4 rounds, after every 45 day we had a review and that counted for a round. After every round I was seeing positive signs of my credit improving and negative things were getting removed. When the end of round 4 came up my credit score was in the mid 600s and still going up. I strongly recommend The Credit Repairmen if you need help with your credit they will do their part but lets not forget we still need to do our part and that is make your payments on time and take their advice to heart.

Did not meet goals or expectations with ample amount of time. Waste of money. There was many covered up lies, saying they got certain items removed that would end up popping up again later. My credit went up significantly once I stopped using them. Despite being told my credit would drop once I canceled my membership with them because certain disputes would be taken off of hold (another fear tactic to string you along to stay another round) I too, was given the run around that I would see improvement after the next round and the next one. Two stars for the professionalism, however unsuccessful.

Well, this is an Update 10-01-2020I and my Mother-N-Law had their Service for 3 months and Zero was done on either of our cases, they quickly took my money and forced us to place an extra Company for a credit score both are a total waste of money. My credit score went from 619 to 559 thanks to them. So I ended up paying them to mess up my credit score. 😠 I just started using Lexington Law and my Mother-N-Law has already seen 1 account drop and her credit score go up.My Advice is find a better company and skip this company unless you enjoy wasting your time and money!.

I started my rounds December 4th.....with the goal of improving my credit in order to purchase a home at a reasonable interest rate.....I wasnt being offered anything less than 8%. On April 3rd 2016, I found my dream home, and went into contract....with following the advice of Miguel @ Credit Repair and the repair team,on April 29th, I closed on my home @ 3.875%. I was a little frustrating throughout the process, and temperamental when I didnt see all my results right away. It is a process but Im glad they worked with me, put up with my ridiculous attitude....I got the results I needed, and the advice that was in my best interest. Ive been holding off on writing a review for a month or two so that I can say that I was able to close on a mortgage thanks to TCR. I went in with a low credit score due to a lot of negative hits on my report even though I had an overall deep credit history. I wasnt able to get a mortgage and the interest rate on my car was in the high teens.TCR was able to remove the vast majority of the negatives which let my good credit shine through. This also helped me refocus my payments on the legitimate debts I still had on my account which further improved things. They also showed me a few ways to further improve my credit.The entire process went pretty smoothly and everyone I spoke with was great. I balked a bit at the costs initially, but now Im not only a proud homeowner, we also purchased a new car with a really low interest rate. The loan officer at the bank actually thanked me for having such good credit!My wife also went through the same process, but her results werent as drastic. She didnt really have a lot of credit history of her own and most of what she had was negative. While TCR was able to get a lot of the negatives removed, her credit score really didnt go up that much. Even so, she is now in a much better position to build positive credit in the future.I cant recommend The Credit Repairmen enough. Thanks for the friendly service, the new car, and the house. I bought out of state, but I still have friends in San Antonio that I will gladly send your way if the need ever arises.

This place sounded great at first, but after having services with themFor over 8 months and not truly having anything deleted off my credit was very disappointing. Money gone and wasted for nothing. No type of updates or communication with anyone. Not trustworthy in my opinion. Bad experience. But I assume everyone’s credit and situation is different. I would recommend someone who can guarantee there work or money back because I’ve lost over 1000$ with them. And having to start over again with someone else

After reading to many reviews and raves about this company and seeing how many people were purchasing new homes on Alyssas facebook with the help of the credit repairmen I decided to sign up. This was in February. For two of the bureus they have only deleted one item, for Equifax they have deleted 5 items, which NEVER belonged to me they belonged to a family member with the same name.... Theres a mortgage that doesnt belong to me that is still coming up. I know this takes time but when I signed up there were 19 items on my account and how I have 21-22. Its been 5 months and the only thing I hear is, theres still more rounds. I had the high hopes that they would help me and I would be purchasing a home this year but that looks like its not going to happen!++ I appreciate Logan, the owner contacting me wanting to make this better and offering me a great deal to continue with CRM but I decided not to continue with CRM due to the fact that if I continued another 4 months (and see where we are then)and still got no changes like the past 5 months, for me it would be more expensive wasting so much time waiting.

The Credit Repairmen has given very awesome services. They have deleted 37 out of 41 items off my credit report. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking to clean their credit. They were Great!!!!!!

Overall satisfied with the assistance of this company, however nothing comes free! I do not mind paying for services, especially if they are to my benefit, but I dislike paying for rude customer service. If it werent for Jackie who is always in good spirit and doesnt mind Customer Service then I would have chosen another company. Jackie was not the only reason, I obviously chose this company because I need the assistance, but I also chose them because of all the positive reviews that us consumers rant and or rave about. Well, I just called to speak to someone there regarding my case and I seemed to be of a bother to her. Joanie would be individual I am referring to and just so happens to be my case manager. I was calling regarding two matters and her response was condescending and made it seem as if Im incompetent. No enthusiasm whatsoever, didnt have an answer when asked or told that I would like to know when progress was made due to an account reflecting closed on one of my credit reports and that is a company that they suggested I apply with. And apparently the emails that are sent out are automatically generated because they are completely oblivious when I call and say that Im calling regarding the email you just sent me. Very disappointed with her level of customer service. Again, yes they are providing a service to me that is beneficial on my end, but I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE, it is not free, so do not speak to me as if you are doing me a favor pro bono!

I had been going through life saving and paying everything for cash. Didnt want revolving debt, didnt feel right paying interest on money I already. But the Credit Repairmen, educated me on how to maintain low balances on revolving debt without being consumed by it. Additionally, they removed almost all collection accounts and challenged all negative reporting, which was either corrected or removed. Now my credit has gone from the 500s to the 700s in 8 months!! Just got done with my first round and very exited to say they have wiped 8 accounts in collections!!! Patience is very important in this process!!! Wow, Im beyond excited about my results after the 4 rounds. I wasnt sure if they could really help or not but after the 1st round I saw multiple items deleted and a change in my score. Now that I completed my 4th and final round I plan to continue working with the credit repairman as well as refer my friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the services I received! I was given updates on a regular, and they were willing to work with me on payments and communication purposes. I am glad I was able to clean up my report from my early college years so that I can continue with my life without worries of being approved.

***CROOKED SAMMERS***Im very disappointed. I sent my sister with my mom to seek assistance in correcting her credit burial. I set up an appointment for my mother with Kaleb. When they arrived some guy tells them Fred will take care of you and do a better job than Kaleb. So Kaleb when you read this I really hope you are their boss. This guy Fred did pull the credit and went over the report with my mother and my sister. When my sister said we would think about it, he then asked for for payment, which was never covered at the beginning of the meeting. The only reason my mother gave him her card was because he told her it was $1 fee for pulling the credit. Once he had the credit card in his hands he went on to cover that my mom is now signed up for a credit monitoring service that everyone has for $30 per month. My sister explained we did not authorize this and asked Fred to please cancel it. Fred insisted, everyone has this service and he was sorry he could not cancel it only my mother can since its her credit. So, Fred and The Credit Repairmen have the ability to delete items off our credit burial as a third party, but they cannot cancel a service they signed us up for without authorization??? I really expected professionals, not some crooked scammers.

Spent $140 to start the credit repair process in november of 2015 to clear a $700 collection. Was called in august and was informed that theyve exhausted their steps to remove the collection from my record and thats it. Tried to get a refund and nada. Will never do business with this company again.

My score bumped up 50 points after my membership ended with them and they deleted about 6 collection accounts that I didnt even know were on my report. Not only are they effective, they aim to get you as educated as possible and offer great resources that will last a lifetime.

Very disappointed..spent 1000.00 to get credit repaired and started off real good..but after 4 different reps and now a 5th i feel my account was not paid attention to as promised. All the things that were taken off are coming back on and im being told i need to enroll in a different program. No follow up calls or return calls after i left several messages about my account. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend credit repairman company to work on anyones bad credit, my credit went bad after a divorce and was just hard to keep up with payments and loans, after divorce I owned junky cars always broke down on me I contacted this company and they explained the process after 5 months I noticed my credit score going up I was able to apply for 2 credit cards after I paid the plan I waited 3 months and I was able to get into a brand new Cadillac with a 7% apr I was blessed and I thank this company for everything they did for me.
