Urban office has the best atmosphere of any office building I have been in. The restrooms, public areas and offices are clean on a daily basis, and we have never had any issues with other offices or the ambiance. Ms. Andrea the building manager has always been an open door for any questions or concerns that come about. I also enjoy that she has different activities and events that brings all the offices together. I love all of our office mates and the environment that Ms. Andrea and Urban office provides for us.

I highly recommend Urban offices!Very Serene & Professional environment to work at.Excellent cleaning crew everynight , respectful & quiet. I love how Andrea, The manager always has refreshments & snacks refilled ,ready to serve.Restrooms are clean & when theres an issue , its taken care of.Everyone at the office space keeps to themselves for the most part but when seen, nice and inviting.I personally love to work in the atrium with all the plants and windows.Gives off a beautiful vibe that makes you want to stay all day. 😁

I absolutely love my office space. Andrea was so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made moving in an easy choice. You can tell she really brings an amazing attitude to the building that everyone shares it seems because of this. The work environment is top tier.The amenities are nothing shy of a luxury modern experience in my opinion. The green room atrium entrance is my favorite for stepping in and out of the office.

The facility has many amenities, is well-maintained, and a central location by the airport. I had visited numerous similar businesses around San Antonio and performed quite a bit of due diligence with respect to my options. I was about to proceed with an office space elsewhere, but happened to stumble upon Urban Office - Century Heights. I could not be happier with my decision to move forward with UOCH. The location is excellent, the amenities are awesome, the energy feels great, and the people are spectacular. There are so many things to love about the overall space. Andrea and the team are on top of things daily and have done a wonderful job creating a unique culture with various events throughout the year to bring people together and network. I used this place for a year to start up my business. I signed a year long contract and did not use the office much. I asked if there was a way out of my contract, if they could show it and let me out of my lease, they stated no! So I paid for the year, now my contract is coming to an end, they are asking me for my bank statements stating they have not received payment since December. I went on the payment website and seen the statements with all my receipts, I sent them to the lady and she is still stating she wants to see my bank statements for my business. RED FLAG!I am a counseling service when I did see clients in the office the cleaning crew would just open my door like it was their office. I complained and they stated it is taken care of, but I’m not so sure. I came in my office and there are papers, things moved around. I think someone else has been hanging out in my office. Lastly, I was told my space was about 90 sqft, I measured it was 65sqft and they told me the height and lobby was counted as well. They charge way too much.Numerous times I asked for corporate office number, for a contact. There is not one, so the lady in SA states. So you have to take her word on everything.These are my 2 cents. I suggest to move on but you can go through my struggles if you choose to join them.

Beginning a stepping stone for our company, we rented out a space here after falling in love with the atrium. However, as two months have gone by, we are so disappointed with the property management and the upkeep of the facilities. We’ve received emails from management in regard to left coffee cups in the meeting room (which weren’t ours), have had meetings interpreted by staff and other employees, have been told to keep things down while holding meetings in the office, and have had employees accused of vaping on property. The restrooms on the second floor smell terrible and the upkeep could be better. However, my specific qualm is toward the property manager, Susan. Since renting here she has been unhelpful, crass, and inattentive. Things that were promised during our initial rental were not upheld and carpet installation that was supposed to take a couple days took three and a half weeks, pushing back our open date. Im so disappointed in the property as I really wanted to love our space.
