I used their services as an answering service and to have a remote office in multiple areas in the city to facilitate signing clients. The answering service was terrible. The receptionist would miss half the calls and the other half would be answered by someone whose English was horrendous to the point they weren’t legible over the phone. The office spaces were poorly maintained and their customer service is non existent. When contacted to cancel my subscription they claimed that I needed a two months advance notice in order to cancel. They wouldn’t make a refund of any kind. They charged an extra 200 to make me a google listing and never did it. I understand this isn’t everyone’s experience with this company but unfortunately it was mine. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone. Plenty of other options in San Antonio with better terms and customer service. Attached is an email by their “CEO” this is the level of petty you will be engaging in business with.

My time at Werkplaats was amazing! Its in a beautiful area of the city with coffee shops and restaurants right downstairs. I loved the set up and all the natural lighting in my office. One of my favorite parts of Werkplaats was their concierge service - when someone comes to see you they buzz you at your office first. Its a great touch and adds so much professionalism! I would highly recommend this co-working space.

I taught two SAT classes here for the Princeton Review and had the greatest experience. We actually moved our class from a different location with a different company to Werkplaats because of issues we were having and it was the best decision ever. Manny was extremely accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. Everything I needed was prepped and ready to go whether my class was in the evening or on the weekend. I would highly recommend this location and company to anyone looking to host a business meeting or any kind of meeting. I look forward to teaching more classes at Werkplaats!

Werkplaats is a great place to reserve meeting room space for your business! I work for a test preparation company and we reserve meeting rooms for students classes. Ive tried a few other places around San Antonio and by far Werkplaats is the best place to work with. The office space is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I hope they expand to other places in San Antonio so that we can use them more often.

Our organization held offices here for several years. The staff of Werkplaats were always attentive to our needs and they made every effort to accommodate our wishes. The location was prime for us at the time as it allowed us to conduct the business of our organization with consistency and professionalism. The facility itself was more than adequate for our needs and the Werkplaats staff made every effort for continued improvement. I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone looking for an office space.

I love the variety of options from WorkHub. There are starter set of mail services (they email you when you have mail) to conference room rentals to cubicle space to full private office space. Your options can grow as your business and needs grow. I am very happy with WorkHub.

We have been officing out of WerkPlaats for 2 years now and it has been amazing! Started with the VirtualPlaats package and have now upgraded to the PrivatePlaats package. Love the location, conference rooms and staff.
