We were very pleased with the efficient, knowledgeable workers who replaced our rotted roof support for our patio and the broken odd-sized window in our family room. I would recommend Allen Wrench to anyone who needs help with their home repairs!

I used Allen-Wrench handyman during the pandemic when it was hard to find materials. I just wanted a simple vanity replacement when other companies did not want to be bothered with a small project. John’s team was on time and worked within budget. The team was nice and respectful. Recommend you give them a call with any project. I am due for some more renovations and will be calling again.

Kyle Pena came out this morning to remove a bathtub insert and replace with a shower insert with handicap features. The behind the wall blocking for safety and the strength of shower walls, flooring and handicap bars was well thought out by Allen-Wrench and Kyle. I cant thank this team enough for providing my aged mother a safe bathroom area which is so essential. He also cleaned his work area well before leaving. Installation of 3 Chandeliers. Very happy with the detail work that J Allen Wrench and crew performed. Jeff and Danny did an excellent job installing three chandeliers one of which was located at 20 feet of altitude. Very professional, clean, safe, and courteous. I am bringing them back for more house improvements. Highly recommended!

Kyle was fantastic! This poor man worked in 97 degree weather with no AC in a tiny bathroom. He had to completely remove a bathtub and replaced with a ada shower for my mil. He dealt with stained wood and repairing wood frames in addition to the plumbing! He broke one of the window shades by accident and immediately pointed it out and told me he would replace it. The next time he was out that shade was replaced and working fine! Integrity is the word that comes to mind for Mr. Kyle Pena. We would trust him with all types of home repair.Thank you!

Allen Wrench is the only company I use for all my upkeep and renovation work.Trustworthy, experienced, excellent materials, meticulous with work and clean up.I think I’m close to having spent $10,000( maybe more …LOL)with them doing work on my 1962 house and it was money well spent .

Replaced my garbage disposal. Finished up and ran thru the running with no leaks to the job. Were very polite and cleaned up after I was satisfied with the installation of the unit.

Kyle did a great job. He went above and beyond! He didn’t rush but kept asking if everything was to my liking and if anything else needed to be done. Even scared the raccoon off my roof when he saw him hiding under the solar panels and offered to cut the large branch that he was using to climb on my roof.

Allen Wrench Handyman services repaired my rotten siding and did a very good job very pleased with their work. The men were very professional and cleaned the area after all work was done. I highly recommend their company and have used them twice already.

The Allen Wrench team installed (and painted) new 4x4 posts on my patio, and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Before the job even began, they sent me a written proposal of everything they were going to do. And their communications, keeping me informed every step of the way, was awesome! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service & product we received! Our job started much sooner than expected and was finished ahead of schedule. Every one of your employees showed up on time or early, worked hard all day, were great to deal with and did exceptional work! We truly can’t say enough good about your company! I don’t have the names of all of the employees that worked on this job, but John went out for the initial visit and was very helpful and understanding. Bradley went out of his way everyday to update me on that day’s progress and even sent pictures of the completed work since I am not in the New Braunfels area. We cannot say enough great things about Allen Wrench. They gave us a very fair estimate to correct and complete a siding removal and replacement on our workshop that was badly botched by a different company. Armando and Juan did a beautiful job. They also painted the siding, installed and painted trim. Armando reframed and installed a new door as well. There was a hole in the roof and one upstairs in a corner, (dang squirrels!) that they repaired. We were very happy with their excellent work. They were prompt, professional and cleaned the jobsite. We would not hesitate to recommend Allen Wrench or use them again. Great company!

I am so pleased with John at Ace Handyman Services. I requested 3 quotes, John was the only one to come through with an estimate, the very same day. John finished the work a day quicker than he thought it would take, came in within the quoted price, and was great at communicating. I live out of state and this was work done on our rent house there. John sent pictures and kept me informed every step of the way. I trusted him and he did not let me down. Highly recommend his service to anyone.

Allen Wrench was our first experience with contractors and it went smoothly. Even when we decided to change the layout of what we originally wanted they were very kind in getting us another quote in no time. I am going to be honest. I have waited for weeks on other contractors quotes from other businesses and Allen Wrench was quick in getting back with us even with the changes we had and with any questions we had. Also, they had the best price when the quotes came in. Would I use them again. I sure will in fact we did talk about doing another room in the house in the near future.

He is a pleasure to do business with and all of his colleagues and workers are professional and a pleasure to have around. They painted the metal trim surrounding my house and fixed a badly damaged garage ceiling. No need look no further than this company for all my home improvement projects!

Very professional communication was excellent throughout entire project. I had a wall removed and french doors installed. It took a longer than expected for the doors to come in but they kept me informed every step of the way. Once it did arrive they quickly got to work. Had the door and wall done in 1 day then had it all painted and done the 2nd. Ive already got an new project I. The works with them! Ill let yall know how that goes as well.

They made every effort to accommodate us. The repair man that came to repair our fence that had blown down during high winds was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing and did a very professional job.we have used Allen Wrench services before and they are great!!

Quoted a price for drywall repair in the amount of 678 2 days into a project that should have only taken 1 day as the crew was very slow to complete. The crew never showed up the 3rd and final day to correct there mistakes and finish the job. Then I was co texted by the owner and my 678 Patrice inflated to 1350 for two days worth of work on a small entryway drywall repair. These men and this compamy tried to scam me and for that if I could give them no stars I would. Its bad business and bad ethics.

We were drawn to call Allen Wrench Handyman by their good reviews on Google and their fine BBB rating. They kept good contact in setting up a free estimate appt. Mike is a great ambassador of their company.

I contacted this business, to replace outside chimney trimming and front window trim since it was rotting, send pictures, when they show up they only replaced half the trim my instead of all 4 sides also the wrong windows trimming was replaced, they have the guts to try to charge me again to fix the front windows which should have been done at the beginning and they didn’t correct all trim only one board when they were 4 to replaced, after they show up the second time without paint, i have to him my paint, after a close inspection all cuts are not straight 45 degrees angles jointing the siding single board i paid for, i was better off if i had donated $800 plus dollars they charge me, please i don’t know how they achieved 4.6 start but they even close to delivery good work, please stay away, i learn my lesson the hard way, i have pictures if you ask for their work done, please research it must be someone else better out there

Pushed me off a week. Then showed up late and no equipment to do the job. Person that came out was apologetic Back office was the problemAnd now have called me 2 to 3 times a day with an invoice date 30 days out and are charging double the estimate price.

Renovated my kitchen. Projected to take 5 days they finished in 4. Some what on the expensive side but it Looks amazing it was well worth the price plus when it was all done the original quoted price never changed. Will definitely be using again!
