Sales rep Anthony Valero was AWESOME!! Made my home buying experience super easy and less painful. He found a move in ready house for me that met almost all the checks in the box I wanted in the home I was planning to have built, saving me 6-8 months of waiting, and a LOT of money, as I was able to get move in ready home for quite substantial savings!! Answered all of my questions and due some closing issues with the VA that were no fault of KB or myself, kept me on track when I was actually getting ready to call it quits. Kudos to Anthony and the KB team for providing great customer service and support!!

Kb, weve been here 3 years in the most expensive and upgraded home. FIRE THE POINTLESS AND WORTHLESS HOA. This community is run down by home owners that do not care about their yards or homes, on top of this community. Hoa should enforce and regulate, however, ours cannot even maintain the lawn or overgrown fields. They do not enforce reminders on yards or the 50+ DEAD TREES that people are too lazy to remove. Southside mentality is to not care, but this economy should make you PROUD to be a home owner. Im ashamed to live here. Taking money for an HOA without amenities and a full field that is ready to have a park, is wrong. Give us something for what is being paid for!! DONT BUY A HOME HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A LOT FOR A RUN DOWN NEIGHBORHOOD. Christmas lights are still up in July. One neighbor kept unplugged lights up a year and a half on a corner lot. Theres no excuse. Its ghetto.

BUYER BEWARE!! My husband and I purchased a BRAND NEW construction home in this neighborhood and after living here for over a year we can’t wait to move. There has been back to back problems including electrical, black mold, poor construction quality, thieves, stray dogs and more! It’s disheartening to buy your first home just to find MULTIPLE PROBLEMS from bad construction management and quality each day. This house was built from the GROUND up just a year ago! They knowingly planted dead trees into our yard from the beginning that obviously never flourished. We did a walk-through before closing on the house with the project manager, noting things that needed to be fixed just for them to STILL be there after we closed and moved in. The managers in place to fix these problems are sub par. Their communication is TERRIBLE and they never stick to their timelines. My kitchen has been unusable for the past 2 MONTHS due to BLACK MOLD that had been growing since the house had been CONSTRUCTED due to a staple in a water line. Our cabinets were knocked out to dry out the mold and when they came to replace them A MONTH LATER, they broke our countertop and we are back at a stand still with no progress. The faulty electrical equipment installed into the house has been on recall for months and we can’t even get someone on the phone to replace it. Every thunder storm we have, we lose power and have even loss electronics we have personally bought due to these brown/black outs. I have had to deal with this all while PREGNANT. There are thieves walking the streets at night trying to get into people’s vehicles every other night. The stray dogs run in packs and have killed people pets. As a pregnant woman I don’t feel safe. As a home owner I don’t feel respected. I do not recommend moving here.

Dont waste your time buying here. We have a sink hole in our yard and have been calling all the warranty departments to get this resolved and no one reaches out. My sidewalk leading to my front door is suspended off the ground and a big pit has happened in my front yard. I reported this since I moved in that a crack from he road and the easement was creating a run off during the rainy season and no one ever fixed it. Now it has made a giant sinkhole in my yard and its leading to my driveway. No one ever gets back to us and they are just giving us the run around. Dont waste your time here. Everyone else is selling their homes in this area too.

Someone listens to my concerns about my experience and what repairs need to be done, just to stop replying to me. I have ZERO confidence in KB doing anything more than the bare minimum of basic repairs.The home buying process through KB is manipulative and the loan officers offer poor customer service. You can find similar benefits from other loan providers that offer better customer service and act with integrity.KB provides such a long warranty because it takes them forever to come out and inspect/complete repairs.I will continue to update this review as needed.To the representative replying to my review, I am not frustrated. I can only tell you from mine that I was not quite ready to buy a home but Joseph “Joey” Vallecillo guided me through the steps to get me there.Starting out I was hesitant because I was used to living a certain way and wasn’t sure if I was ready to shock that lifestyle with a mortgage, and the paperwork needed to proceed; let alone my credit. But me and my wife went in anyways, and process started very quickly. We provided the needed paperwork, went through a couple checks, and picked out a lot.Between sign up and move in is the hardest part, but I can tell you for fact that your back is covered. I had plenty of questions, was constantly calling and texting Joey to make sure every topic was covered. The loan process is long and picky, without Joey and the KBHome crew I don’t think I would have reached the end.At the end and after I had moved in, there were a couple things that needed to be addressed. I didn’t have a chance to call because Joey was on the phone with me everyday within the last week of the 30 day move in. Everything I addresses was taking care of promptly and to my standards.If you’re nervous about buying, there’s isn’t any harm in trying. Plus you’ll know that your going to good hands. Excellent Service!!!!! From the moment we went to visit Marbella neighborhood until we closed on our beautiful home we had the best experience. Joseph Vallecillo was very professional, knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to us finding exactly what we wanted and how to get us there. He kept excellent communication throughout our whole buying process which was really helpful and helped ease my stress as being a first time homebuyer. We now live a great community and very grateful for Marbella staff I have and will always recommend.

I hope no one who moves here works from home because you’ll be hearing the construction workers music from sun up to sun down. I’ve asked them nicely to turn it down and even spoke to the construction manager.

This neighborhood has so much theft. Construction manager Nathan is horrible to work with, very disappointed with his professionalism. BE CAREFUL if you decide to buy a home from this neighborhood.

They denied us but it was a blessing after not moving in we moved closed by and have the neighbors app and there was a lots of theft in that area if you dont belive me go on to the ring shows a group of kids walking and burglarizing the neighborhood almost every month .

When u close off the entrance to the neighborhood, u need to put up signs with an alternate route!
