My experience with KB started with Antonio Burroughs and ever since I sat down with him, he made sure that my home buying experience went as smooth as it possibly could. Any concerns I had regarding the build was addressed whether directly by him or by him finding somebody that could get the answers I need. I never felt any pressure from Antonio-- all he did was guide me towards the decisions I truly want to make.Joey Cox was my construction coordinator. He treated my home as if it was his own and still does so even a month after closing. No matter what time of day, Joey made sure that my concerns are addressed. If Joey says hes going to do something for you, best believe he will follow through with his word.Juliet Mendoza took care of my loan and she was great throughout the whole process. She explained everything to me, and if I had any questions, addressed them in a way I could understand, as I am a first time buyer. She made sure I received the best loan I could and also even went above and beyond to make sure my closing went smoothly. Even a month after closing, she is helping me with tax exemptions.My overall experience with KB was great. My home buying expectations in the future is raised at a very high bar due to this team.

Antonio Burroughs was the BEST Sales Rep I could have hoped for. He went above and beyond & was both courteous & professional. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the purchasing of my first home seamless. I feel so blessed and thankful to have had Antonio as my Sale Rep. I would recommend him to anyone.

Antonio was always available and punctual whenever we wanted to look at the house. He answered all the questions we had and if he did not know the answer he didn’t hesitate to ask and find out. He communicated very well and even came to our closing and wished us well. He is the guy to go to if you need to find yourself a home!

Great salesman he was very friendly and informative

Word of advice, do no close until everything is to your satisfaction because it will be weeks before any fixes are made. I postponed my closing 3 times because house still needed fixes. After the 3rd one there were still minor items that the construction manager assured me would be completed that same day. I went and closed on house, came back, and half the items were not fixed. I followed up with him, even agreed on a date that he would send workers to fix the items. I took a whole day off of work, waited at the house all day, and nothing was done. My fault for trusting. Never again, especially with this builder, if I ever do business with them again.UPDATE: took another day off of work today 9/5/2024 after the construction manager told me the hvac tech and plumber would be by today between 8-1. Neither showed. Contacted manager who told me he would contact them. After not hearing from him for an hour I called him again and he told me hvac tech wouldnt be coming today and plumber should. Plumber didnt. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BUILDER. Going to upchannel this to next level and see if anybody can help. This is crazy.

The construction project managers are great but communication between the lending department and the sales reps is lacking. Also after moving in and paying HOA fees it over a year to actually open the pool. And for this year it is still not open, according to the HOA, KB has not allowed them to open it. While still taking in fees.

David was very informative and great at helping us look for our home. He made our home buying process smooth.UPDATE: The process did not go smooth no one gets back to you. You have to call for updates on your house. The seller and the loan officers do not get along. KB homes is a waste of time.

No one communicates. The construction company is very poor. Overall these people have no idea what they are doing they make the buying home experience so hard and annoying.
