This builder needs to add the Bexar County COP Program ( a free neighborhood watch program ) with sign(s) to their community because the residents are experiencing multiple burglaries . The BCCOP organization reached out to the on site builder & sales office but no one has an email or knows the contact of the Management company. On site builder is also experiencing materials theft.

Commuters already have traffic problems getting on Hwy. 90 Melissa Ranch and the Apartments will make it much worse there is already 2 schools Kreiwald & Idea, its not good to have to enter and exit from Pue Rd. It will take too much commuters time to get into Hwy. 90 its already a High traffic 🚦 problem in the morning and evening this will be a disaster. If Melissa Ranch dont make other access roads entering and exiting from the access road onto Hwy.90 you will be stuck for about 30+ mins. or longer because we already have that problem now! I cannot imagine the traffic jams in the morning and evenings trying to get to work on time and on the way home! Melissa Ranch Apts. & Home must make roads to the access road an exit & entrance because they will have backed up traffic inside thier own residential neighborhood because Pue Rd. is the only one in & out to Pue Rd.This will be a HUGE TRAFFIC DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN! 😱I HOPE THEY CAN FIX IT BEFORE IT HAPPENS. 🙏🙏🙏
