We had a partial kitchen renovation completed in October 2022. It was quick and appeared to be of good quality. However, we began having some minor electrical issues in the kitchen within 6 months and eventually had it looked at by a qualified electrician. It was discovered that nearly all of the electrical work was not completed to code and parts were even a fire hazard. We paid over $2000 in electrical repairs due to Orans poor electrical work. We have contacted Oran Construction multiple times by phone and email with photographic proof of the errors with no response. Oran is responsible for the electrical repairs as this was a breach of the contract signed when the work was not completed to code.

Oran Construction has been by far the best contractors weve dealt with, and weve worked with many! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our kitchen remodel. Clinton even let us borrow a stove for 2 months while ours was on back order so we could cook for our kids! They did everything they could to make sure every detail was to our satisfaction even when it required completely redoing something. I could go on and on about all the things they did to make sure we were happy as we were not the easiest to work with. The quality of work and customer satisfaction could not be beat. I highly recommend for any remodel or construction needs.

After getting 5-7 bids to do a complete remodel of our kitchen, my wife and I chose Oran to do the work and I am glad we did. They were not the cheapest, but we felt very confident with the attention to detail, their creativity, and their responsiveness. This was a big job as it called for a complete tear out from floor to ceiling, raising the ceiling, ripping out Saltillo tile, etc. The guys showed up every day at 8:30 ready to work and work they did. During construction that encountered some issues but were able to use their creativity to fix them without sacrificing the layout and design of the kitchen. They also work with some of the most professional specialties Ive ever encountered. They had to bring in an AC company, Air Dynamics, who were wonderful to work with. No job goes perfectly and we encountered some hiccups, but the guys at Oran did everything they could to solve the issues while keeping us happy. The thing that stood out to me is communication. Not only did they stay in constant contact with us, they were very responsive when we had questions and very clear when explaining detailed aspects of the construction so that we could understand it. Very pleased with the job they did. Looking forward to working with them more in the future. Thanks Clinton, Anthony, Nick, Steve, and everyone else who played a role in making us fall in love with our home all over again.

We hired this outfit to install a standing seam metal roof on our Canyon Lake residence. The outcome was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the owner gave by far the best presentation and estimate (of 8 bidders). The job started on time...and so far, no leaks....and the price was fair. Initially, the owner was personable, accessible, available, and attentive.Unfortunately, there were plenty of ensuing hiccups—a skylight was removed (w/o notice)and it made a huge mess in the kitchen...and while cooking was in progress. We were promised “on site, direct supervision”—which did not happen. Cables and wires were not put back the way they were when the job was started. Existing minor stucco damage to a chimney was unnecessarily magnified by the crew’s work......and of most importance to us, our personal extension ladder was disassembled and stolen by one of the work crews. We were promised a correction of our loss several times...but after two-plus months, no love...no fix...no visit or even half-hearted attempt to make things right. Several follow-up engagements by us were summarily ignored,All things considered, I strongly recommend a “pass” to anyone considering doing business with this company. They started strong, faded fast...and most importantly to us, did not honor their word in an area of “pass/fail” importance.

Oran Construction pays attention to all the details when it comes to a new home build. I would recommend Clinton and his team for any custom home build. Clinton will design a home and have creative ideas that no ordinary builder would be able to create. I Highly recommend Oran Construction!
