We discussed affordability, needs, goals and product options. She has a sharp attention to details. Afterwards, we reviewed some general requirements, the loan process and the turnkey timeline. Katherine was highly informative, with a depth of knowledge in real estate. I am moving from another state, and she provided answers about relocating. Me and my husband went in today and were helped out by Katherine King, and she was extremely helpful. Our Realtor Lauren Seely referred us to her as we’re in the process of putting our home up for sale soon and have decided on a manufactured home for our land out in the country. We haven’t put up our home for sale yet but want to be prepared as to what we’d like and have a budget in mind. Katherine walked us through what options work best for us as far as our budget and quality of homes. well we found one we really love! She helped us put earnest money towards locking in the promo price on a 2025 doublewide model under $100,000. I went almost 2 years shopping around and going through all the manufactured home business in South Texas and finally my choice was made with Palm harbor if you want honest answers and the best prices . My sales person Christa made it all possible and was always there to answer my questions. She gave us everything we asked for in our home. We are now fixing to move into our new home and the long shopping I did was worth the wait . Rosemary was also there to guide us after our home was in the building stages. Over all we were blessed and ask for Navarro the trim out guys they did an amazing job with the trim out and paint. A6 guys I had issues with no to happy with their details on estimate. Thanks again guys for everything.

I only gave 1 star so I was able to leave a review otherwise I would leave negative 100 stars Due to their lack of professionalism, communication and their pure greed. This place is all about money! My sister in law bought a home. It was delivered Nov 2022. There were so many issues that have yet to be fixed. She has spoke to I don’t know how many supervisors and still nothing gets done. But when it came to putting money down they were extra friendly, and well communicated with no issues. She was told that they like to have their homes put together and have the customers walk through and completely moved in so they can see what is wrong with the home. After that, then someone will be sent to make any repairs of any needed to be made. It’s been 8 whole months since she’s been in her home with her husband and their children and still has all these issues. Hopefully someone from corporate reads these reviews and reaches out to their customers to address and actually do something about their customers complaints and concerns.

My family and I had been looking for a home, we came to palm harbor after looking at titan (they ended up giving us lies and said anything to get us to buy from them) we met with Roman here at palm harbor and we were able to find the best deal and lock in a home with him.

Palm harbor is garbage. Absolutely horrible experience!! Where do I start? Please do not buy from this company. If you don’t believe me, I would be happy to provide pictures of this hunk of garbage we paid too much for.Cheap cheap products with terrible flaws. After we moved into this home (we paid 211,000 for it) things started falling apart. They WILL NOT answer your calls and when they do they bully you.Ryan Green is an extremely dishonest person. So far every representative from Palm Harbor that I’ve talked to with seems to be dishonest. The warranty is worthless. THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING. During the installation one of the intoxicated employees of this company peed all over the toilet. Our bathroom smelled for days of alcohol urine.There are cracks in the walls and ceiling. Everything is made of particle board. They automatically assume that you’re some unintelligent redneck if you’re interested in of these homes. DON’T DO IT.

After 2 years of living in the house, I regret buying it. If I had known they were so cheaply made we would have never gone this route. The trim of the walls came off so quickly, the material that was used is very cheap you cant even mop your house or wet the trim because it gets ugly… Also, the cabinet doors just fell off after a few months that we moved in. If you come from a house built on the ground to this, you will be so disappointed. We paid 80 thousand for a 3bd/ 2bath and it was better made than this 5bd/3bath that we paid 110 thousand on. Only great part was the service that they provided and provide is wonderful.

We just recently purchased our home from Palm Harbor. I would highly recommend for anyone to go to Christa McKamy she made the experience a great one. She listened to everything we wanted, was great at communicating with us, any questions we had she would respond quickly. It was a smooth process all the way through. We are very pleased with our experience. We love our home!

We are so pleased with our Palm Harbor home! We had some scheduling issues in the beginning but Erick Luna was right there to help us at every turn. Stopped by here to look at some homes. Wouldnt give the salesman and manager my life story so they practically outright refused to show us any homes. Eric Luna was highly unprofessional. He basically just didnt want to waste his time on people who were likely not buyers.

My wife and I were in the market for a manufactured home after we purchased 5 acres of land in our hometown. We had purchased a mobile home several years ago and had a very good experience but this time we decided to try a different seller.We decided to take a look at Palm Harbor - San Antonio. We were introduced to Brandon and almost immediately we became friends. He took us through the ins and outs of Palmharbor Homes. He recognized the fact that my wife and I had done our own research about the company,, and that we were visiting their location just take a look at our options.He asked us a few questions, including what type of budget we had in mind. After doing some rough calculations he had three options for us to consider. We took a look at the model homes and picked one we thought was a good fit for us. There was never any pressure from Brandon, he never asked us to consider putting any money down, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. My wife and I asked him several questions which he gladly answered. Again, there was never any pressure to make a decision on the spot.He gave my wife and I a moment to speak privately, and when we made our decision, we told Brandon that we were ready to move forward with the process. From the time we put down our earnest money until the day we closed, communication between Brandon and us was outstanding. We never felt like we were kept in the dark about any situation. He was very honest and upfront about certain situations that came up. He even went as far as communicating with us while he was on vacation. The process from start to finish went very smooth. Sure there may have been some hiccups along the way, but nothing that ever gave us a feeling that we had made a wrong decision.It is safe to say that we had a great experience with Palmharbor Homes, Brandon, and the rest of the staff. We truly felt that they had our best interest in mind, and we would definitely do business with them again.

I went to look at what Palm Harbor had to offer. Brandon was the representative that helped me out there. He showed me several homes there that fit what I was looking for. He was very informative and helpful in all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely look forward to moving forward with Palm Harbor. So far, we have had a great experience with Christa! She is helpful and well experienced with the lending process! I am grateful she kept the process moving along, due to my work schedule I needed someone like her to keep things going. Our other experience with Titan was bad. They didn’t return my messages, and when someone finally did I had already found Christa!! Wouldn’t trade her for anyone! Hoping to be in our new home soon!!

They will say anything to get you to buy . oh if you pay your down payment buy this time I will get you in buy the 2nd week of july. Well 2nd week of July and still NOT in . Horrible Horrible service . I wont send or recommend anybody there. They will like to you.

My wife and I purchased a home a couple of months ago through Palm Harbor on Loop 410. We met with Christa (sales) and saw some nice options. Christa was great throughout the process of buying the home. Unfortunately that is where the customer service at PH ends.During the process of buying the home, Christa brought up a 21 day window. All language used and suggested by the 21 days suggested that within 3 weeks of delivery, my wife and I could move in. Later, a rep named Jason told me it was actually 31 BUSINESS DAYS. PH later said that it was actually 21 business days, ending my confusion (at that moment at least). Jason stated that the trimout would take 3-4 days for a double wide. The trimout crew later told me it was actually 5-7. For a company that sells homes, they arent very efficient with windows *ba-dum-tss*After closing, a text thread was created with Jasca & Rosemary of PH. A few texts were exchanged about a voided check, delivery of the home, a missing drywall signature, and factory trimout. After that Jasca & Rosemary said my new point of contact was Ryan Green. After contacting Ryan about getting my home delivered and finally reaching him, it turned out that he was the wrong person and he couldnt help me. I was then told that my contact was Jason Breslow. 160k+ for a home, 2 short emails, and unreturned phone messages later I have yet to hear from Jason again.As the 21 day window was winding to a close, I tried to contact Jason Breslow, Jasca & Rosemary, and even my sales rep Christa to get an update. It was around 3:20 on a Friday when I had a break to call while at work. Jason didnt answer (surprise surprise) and neither did Jasca or Rosemary even though the PH work day is supposed to end at 4:00. I then contacted Christa who answered right away even though she told me she had just started maternity leave. Christa was able to get Jasca and Rosemary to respond after that, and she also informed me that their boss usually lets them go early around 3:00 on Friday even though customers wont be able to get their calls/questions answered until the following Monday. Im sure Im not the only one who had issues with communication on Friday afternoons after reading other reviews.One month and 4 days later, and my wife and I are finally moved in (with small for construction use only steps in the front until I build a deck).The steps for the entrance to the home is my latest issue with Palm Harbor. It goes back to the process of sending a crew to survey the land. The first person to come out marked where the corners of the home should be and discussed adding trim, stairs, or decks. I informed them that I only needed stairs since I would be building my own decks later on. There was another manufactured home nearby and well within sight that had stairs in the front. I said that stairs like those would be fine. They were fiberglass stairs with one handrail. The next person who came out discussed the foundation options and again asked about decks. He didnt mention stairs because I told him I only needed the stairs that are already coming with the home. Since I thought they were the same company, I thought he knew the stairs I was referring to were the fiberglass stairs. After meeting with Christa after those visits, she informed me that Palm Harbor was accepting the 2nd bid. Up until that point I didnt know I was talking to separate companies about delivery. Apparently the wording on the contract specified that I was only getting small wooden steps with the wording For construction use only spray painted on. Seems pretty cheap for spending over 160k on a home. I asked about getting this resolved, but no luck. Read your contract more carefully next time. Who knows? Maybe in a couple months, we will be able to exit our home using the back door as well.I would suggest that you take your business across the street to Titan or find another company! Do not buy any home from them. In the contract it states they would fix anything broken when moving. It’s all lies. I’ve called them numerous times and they never contacted me back now they are saying it’s been more than 90 days it will be out of pocket. Beware of the scam. They will want you to give them a 5star before home is delivered. I regret buying from them.

I really recommend this location. Especially I recommend Mr. Eric Luna. He is not only an excellent salespersons but as an individual. From having a bad experience with one salesperson and then having Mr. Eric as our new salespersons was the upmost excellent experience. Mr. Eric is very respectful and helpful salesperson, whenever I had a question I only had to pick up the phone and inquiry with him. He would always make time to answer all my questions. I am really thankful for all his help. Especially that now we are able accomplish our dream to have a home for myself and my family.

My dissatisfaction is of the warranty team! Ryan green is extremely unhelpful and has been very dismissive. 4 months after I purchased my home at this location I began to experience cracks in the walls and ceilings. And then more cracks, and then more cracks.Carrie Wycliffe, who has since retired, made countless promises to me that this would be resolved. Ryan green who is now in her place constantly promises a call back that I never received. Today I am suffering tremendous plumbing, HVAC, flooring and foundation issues that have resulted from the neglect from this company. I have proof of everything on paper if anyone would like to see pictures!

Working with Austin at Palm Harbor in San Antonio was such an amazing experience! I’m a first time home buyer and I was nervous but Austin made the whole process smooth and less stressful! He’s even been there after the house was completed. If I ever buy another house, I am definitely going back to Palm Habor and working with Austin! Go check Palm Harbor out and ask for Austin! I got my trailer delivered in July of 2022 and we are still waiting for them to finish the trim out, factory rep, from the Austin factory has not been able to give me a date of when they will be back to finish the work they said they would during our walk through .He keeps saying they will come back but they dont know when , here we are a year later still waiting. We paid good money over 100k and it was never fully done. We have new cracks showing up every week.Stay away from this place.*1.5 years in our home UPDATE*We have lived in our house for about 1.5 years now and this is how it is wearing, we already have a long growing list of repairs. Please know they use the cheapest materials possible.

He answered all of our questions, and helped to make sure all our special requests were included in the contract within just a couple of hours. He made us feel so comfortable, we walked out of our first meeting with the necessary paperwork in hand to take ownership of our new Palm Harbor home.James kept in close contact with us as we prepared for the delivery of our new home, and was never more than a phone call away whenever we had any questions throughout the entire process. Read great reviews about Palm Harbor so my husband and I decided to visit this location. Upon entering we were quickly greeted and assigned a salesman since we didnt set an appointment. And boy did they deliver. We worked with Josh Hyde and we couldnt be more thankful. We ended up purchasing the La Belle after walking back and forth several times, undecided. Josh was so patient. With his great charisma and patience, it made us feel comfortable to move forward with the La Belle and it only got better. He helped me through the whole process with selecting tile, cabinets, floors, layouts, etc you name it, he nailed it! Things I forgot, he reminded me. Always making sure we covered EVERYTHING. All my special requests were answered. Things were out of his hands but he still delivered me an answer from the manufacturer which I was so grateful. Josh really listens to your likes and dislikes, needs and wants and tries his best to deliver. We closed on our home and working with the Palm Harbor team has been an exceptional experience thus far. Our new home will be ready to set in mid-September. I will update my review with the completed process. For now, if your in the market, Ask for JOSH! you wont be disappointed. I was recently looking for a house and got recommended to palm harbor. I went and talked to Josh Hyde and boy he was the greatest salesman! He listened to every concern i had about the house and did his best to accommodate to my requests. He’s nice respectful and really knows his stuff about houses. We so far have had such a great experience, Jorge Salinas has been awesome and is the best! We visited their location twice while looking for a home and without knowing us Jorge was the first and only one who greeted us making sure that we had been helped. He has taken time to speak with us in between his appointments and always makes sure to stay in contact with me as we go through this home buying process. Erick is always a great conversation! I am able to reach him after work hours and always get a reply. He carries himself like a profesional and has a great attitude towards his customers. As soon as I finish setting up everything to buy a home Im buying one from him.

Many reasons to for 1⭐️ but them lying and beating around the bush is there main problem. Took them way more than estimated time for home delivery, went on almost 8 months to get a tore up home set. We probably would’ve waited a year to from contract to move in. Speaking to what would’ve been new neighbors they experienced the same thing. That Jerry will make it sound good but his actions are far from it. Be careful doing business there better have a backup plan on living situation while you wait for your new home from them.

We get to move into our new Palm Harbor home today and we couldnt be happier! We had to get rid of our old mobile home, because it was falling apart. We researched our options for a new one and found Palm Harbor in San Antonio. It was a really long process to get rid of the old and put in the new, but it was very worth it. From the start Chad the sales rep helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, and then when it came time for the closing Kevin help take it form there. He was so helpful through the entire process. Helped us each step of the way, always available, and quick to respond. The company that they work with to prep and set the home also provided great communication and service. In the end we were so happy we chose Palm Harbor Homes! Our house has turned out beautiful!

From the very first moment I sat in his office to paperwork and showing me the homes. This gentleman made my first home purchase comfortable and easy. Frank has been working with me for months. We lined up what I needed and then I had to hit the brakes. Last Friday I called and told him it was Go Time!! He has messaged me every day to let me know progress and answer all of my crazy questions! If you need a house, call Frank!! House will be out of factory by the end if the month and delivered soon after.

We started home shopping back in Feb. we met Josh while he was working with a different company. Even though the first company did not come through for us we stuck with Josh because he was such an awesome salesman. We followed him to Palm Harbor and he was able to get us a bigger home at a better price. Great opportunity working with Josh he is caring, honest and really takes time to explain detail and with you every step of the way.

Steer clear of Brandon. We came in to look at new homes and possibly consider purchasing. We were told the whole speele about how our earnest money was 100% refundable no questions asked within 7-10 business days. We left a deposit on a home and then a week later decided we weren’t doing that route anymore. We requested a refund from Brandon and started getting all these QUESTIONS about why we didn’t want to go through with it and if somebody offered us something else they wouldn’t go through with it. They cashed our check Oct 3 and now October 21st Brandon tells us that corporate wants a statement and it cleared. It cleared on the 3 rd and 9 business days later they’re barely asking for a statement. I just think he didnt do his job in requesting our refund when we asked for it and is now making excuses. We’re so glad we decided not to do business with them!!! Don’t believe the lies!Update: Oct 31st still don’t have our 100% refundable earnest money. Brandon has been ignoring our calls /texts.

Horrible service.Highly dont recommendWalked in there told them what i wanted they saud they could gurantee me my mortgage rate at $1800 then come to find out that was a lie.They said it be 2000 or more .. plus hoa. After tellen them i didnt want hoa.Salesman frank is the worse salesman by far and his manager Eric doesnt fall to far behind.. i decided to back out . And then they try to tell me my money ive put down was not refundable.. had to get corporate involved and was able to get most my money back besides the fees for the appraisal .. would not recommend this company to any one. Dont fall for there scam people.

If I could give zero stars I would, we called multiple times asking about homes in thr 85k range and was told by joe that they had more homes than any other palm harbor homes dealer around but when I got there they had less than 10 homes and I find out that Joe passed me and my wife off to Ruben because he didnt think we were a legit sale (I have 60k as a down payment right now and Ive been a salesmen for 8 years) then Ruben used a typical sales person tactic where they take you to a home WAY over your price range then take to your price range so that they can get you to spend more, Ruben took us to an 800-900 square foot home that was around 100k or more then too me to a home that was around 50k and said that that was my price range to get me to spend more and treated my wife terribly, I will never be coming back here and will make sure everyone knows to not go to this dealership and their used car salesmen tactics.

I purchased a home from the San Antonio location. Josh was our salesman and he was very fast at responding and keeping us updated with the whole process all the way and helped to keep a move on things. Gave us the best and for our money and got us a beautiful home. Made everything super easy. I went through 3 other different locations and ended up getting my money back because of poor service. And from the beginning he told me I wouldnt have to go anywhere else this was it,he was right. Thank you palm harbor team San Antonio location. I definitely recommend this team.

Had gone to other places and it was the questions and filling out info I was just almost so over it. Went to Palm Harbor and then sure just one form fill out like just basic follow up info.. but we got sales person Christa and she was so welcoming and understanding of what we needed. She was able to get us what we wanted.. communication a must with me..5 stars as well if I had a question always answered within the 24hrs..if it was something i absolutely needed to know i could call and shed answered. out of the 4 different places we went she didnt try to sell me anything extra she sold me what I wanted and explained the process. Happy with my purchase!! Also, glad that it was Christa that helped us thru the whole process.

I just purchased a fantastic single wide home from Brandon Essick, a salesman from this location and I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was a positive experience. I had previously met Brandon a year ago and remembered a home I had really liked at that time I called to see if there was one that was available, he informed there was one like it only a year newer and there was a great price on it. From that point on the whole buying experience was made easier due to Brandon. He bent over backward to explain each step of the process, from the financing to closing. He worked to secure every doubt I had and was never too busy or disrespectful. By far the Worst home buying experience I have ever experienced. Our salesman was great, but the minute we put our money down we felt ignored and and just like another number. Don’t know how many time the excuse of Covid was used, but it got annoying fast. Now, we love our home and it is beautiful but I would never recommend buying a home through palm harbor. It has been over a month since we moved into our home and there were multiple things that were meant to be repaired and we were told they would return within 2 weeks. As 2 weeks past and not seeing or hearing from anyone we forgave the time due to holidays but now we have been promised a day and we still sit waiting. They preach about their warranties and customer service about how amazing they are but you can never get in touch with anyone to be able to get any repairs done on your home. I have multiple emails and phone calls logged, if you like a home palm harbor, be prepared to wait for ever to get it and or do not expect them to repair anything when they say they do. Again, they have beautiful homes but their service and customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced.

I visited Palm Harbor Homes thinking I knew something about the homes. Boy was I surprised. My salesman Shawn showed me homes that exceeded my expectations. Palm Harbor has beautiful homes!! The first time I went I spoke with Brandon and he asked so many questions to understand more of what I am looking for. He showed me a few homes and I fell in love with two. I looked a little early but he told me to come back in August if I wanted to move and have everything done for November. I looked again with a different friend just to show him the homes I was deciding between. Brandon still made time to check back in with me and see if I was still looking to buy with Palm Harbor. He is so attentive!! The only reason it is not five stars is because when I went back in August the projected time is About December/January. Im impatient! I want it noww!!! I also am barely starting the process where they are sending my application to lenders. So far everything has been well and like i previously mentioned, Brandon is wonderful. I will update my review once everything is finished and I am in my new home.

We walked in without an appointment to Palm Harbor Homes at 2615 SW Loop 410 in San Antonio and talked to Curt Kucera. We told him about our house plans and what our budget was. He walked us through a lot of the concerns and answered every question we had. Curt is a great salesman and he takes the time to understand what the needs and wants are and then comes up with a plan to address those items. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a new home.

I had Curt k helping me with my first home. Right from the start you could tell he cared for my family and wanted to get us the best Palm harbor had to offer. He kept in touch even on his days off to make sure we were kept up to date. I dont have the best credit but he made it happened and we are expecting our home next month, my dream and my families dream came true thanks to Curt. He was awesome from the start .

I give this place no stars!!!! I was screwed over by Titan so I came to Palm Harbor. Josh and Jose were all over us, yes we can help and get you what you need. I told them about Titan and they said they were totally different, customers came first. Well never did they stay in contact, we emailed, called and text. No response then when we call again Jose was fired and Josh quit. And we were left hanging. They never did anything but ask for money and lie about everything. So beware of these people, they are just out for themselves and commission. they dont care about the customers.

We had went in there at the end of March. We got a tour of the homes at site but then noticied they had some build in with land we decided to go with the ones already settled. We began working with Jorge we let them know our situation before hand so we wouldn’t have any problems in the process. I knew before hand my situation was difficult.Jorge asked his manager Cliff if there would be any set backs and they both said I should be good and go ahead with the process.We filled every single paper workand left a 1000 dollar deposit on 04/22/19 to take the home off market.Jorge keep saying we would move in by the end of the week.we are in the middle of June.and nothing and they keep making empty promises.We’re about to close at the last week of June and then the bank cancelled everything and denied us because of my situation. We tell Jorge we had told him we didn’t want disappointment but that’s what we got he says that we can still go with a conventional Loan and says that two other customers have placed down payments on the house because when we got denied the house went back on the market.We agree and see what comes up. We get a way higher monthly payment with a way higher interest we say yes at the time .Jorge once again said we are moving in in the same week no news from him in two weeks (we are in July now)me and my partner have time to think we try to reach him for questions but he does not answer calls we think about it more and decide the payments are just way to high and decide to not go with the house we reach Jorge with the news. He says that he won’t give up he work so hard even trough the circumstances.Tho we had let him know of the circumstances before hand so none of this would happen.He says we might get charged for his time wasted and because we had promised to buy the house.We have now tried to reach him to get our deposit back but he does not answer our txt. This is our experience hopefully like this we can get our money back. This is not directed to Jorge he did an Amazing Job if anything this is for Cliff the Manager who should’ve known better from the beginning.I had taken this comment off due to Palm Harbor telling us the VP was going to contact us it’s been two days and no call.Update March 2020Hello there so I just wanted to update this situation so no we never got our 1000 dollars backThe VP of the company made me take this review off for a few days saying they where going to contact us and he never did so I posted the comment againNote : don’t give any money upfront even if they tell you you’ll get it back no matter what.Make sure they know your situation I told them various times of my situation and they promised me and my partner we would be fine all the way to the end when we where about to sign closing they keep pressuring us to give them the rest of the closing which I’m so glad we didn’t because they would’ve keep it and we would’ve not gotten the home.We have a house now and I can tell you it was a totally different experience from Palm Harbor we got a 3.4 rate compared to the 8.something they’re trying to get us in.

This operation was 1st class from the time we walked in.our salesman was nothing but professional and knew what he was talking about.jorge is a absolute great person and a hugh asset to this company. I’ve been searching for a house to put on my property and someone told me about Palm harbor, I had the pleasure to have Jorge Salinas help me through the whole process. He was professional, answered all questions. He was incredible to work with and went over and beyond with getting me what I needed.

They took $1000 from us saying we had to pay that to get financing info. I assumed we would get the money back if we didn’t purchase anything. We never told them we were set on a certain home, just wanted to see what our payments and interest rate would be. We never got the $1000 back so be cautious when they ask for a grand up front, you will not get it back!!!

After having a bad experience at the Titan lot across the street, I came here just begging for someone to help me find what I am looking for. Jorge came to my rescue and was amazingly helpful! He showed me homes in my budget and explained the differences between each of them. He also did this after hours! I didn’t realize they were closing and he was still offering to help me; I couldn’t believe it. We haven’t picked a house yet, but we will be back to look some more because their customer service is definitely top notch.

As a medical student and first-time home-buyer, I was very apprehensive about purchasing anything at all and was somewhat demanding and obsessive about certain details of the home and the home-buying process. I was immediately put at ease by the demeanor of one of the Housing Consultants, Mr. James Snider. Throughout the entire process, he evaluated and took care to make sure my needs and best interests were always in focus. I was always informed of where we were in the process and never felt neglected or swindled. There were a couple of hiccups, not on the part of James or the crew at this Palm Harbor Village, but all were resolved without any action on my part. James, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was treated well. That was just the sales side of things. Then we get to the operations side of things. Mrs. Brenda Mareth, a spunky woman who knows how to get things done, sat down with us and got through what seemed like a mountain of paperwork within an hour. She then told us steps we could take to speed up the process (because I was on a deadline). She made sure to follow-up with me, returned any and all phone calls, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Despite the seeming endless loops that we needed to jump through, Brenda made it fast and easy. I will be forever grateful to the team at this Palm Harbor location for helping to get me into a new home that fit my needs, was in my price range, and do all of this in a limited amount of time. Im sure there were strings pulled, and people stressed out to get everything done as quickly as they did, but I am grateful and highly recommend this team to anyone considering the purchase of a manufactured home.

Caleb was great!! He was super attentive very patient thorough and he knew his stuff. He was easy to reach and knew the answers to all of our questions. And he kept us updated through the whole process. He called us almost everyday telling us what was happening. We worked with him for about a month and he did all that work and the house we wanted didnt work out. I felt so bad. But if we ever end up going back I will definitely be going to Caleb.

I was skeptical about selling my home (an actual house) and buying a mobile home. The day I met Frank Brume at Palm Harbor, I didnt look back any further. Frank explained to me in detail what would happen and how the process would work. Him, along with general manager Cliff Weeks, gave us the opportunity to get in on a promotional offer for the highly sought after Urban Homestead 3. Frank has always made himself available to us, even in the evenings and on the weekends. If I had a question, hed answer it and if he didnt know, he would find out a get back to me. Frank made us feel important, like we were way more that just customers. We now consider him a friend. Buying a house is stressful enough, but with Frank, we felt more comfortable an at ease. In addition Frank helped us connect with other contractors that would help us with the extra stuff, like skirting and decking.Our new home is so modern that most people cant believe its an actual mobile home. If you are considering going this route, you will be blown away by the features that some of these Palm Harbor Homes have. Our kitchen is a gourmet kitchen and has huge cabinets and an unbelievable amount of counter space. It also has a gorgeous farm sink and beautiful back splash tile. Our home has four bedrooms and each one is HUGE. All have walk in closets that are way bigger than any of the closets in me previous home. My master bathroom is retreat to say the least; with a giant garden tub and a spacious shower. I cannot wait to move my furniture in and start this next chapter of our lives. I sold my HOUSE for a Palm Harbor MANUFACTURED HOME and I absolutely have no regrets.

Cliff is the general manager at that location and he was very professional and was always available and prompt. He genuinely listened and cared about our needs. Soon after the home was delivered and we were all moved in he checked up on us to see if there was anything that he could help with. Do not buy from them. I purchased my home last year in the summer. Not only did they sell me a clayton home. They talk about their warranty and how its strong and built to last. The first couple of months living here in a brand new 4 bedroom model, the shower head wall and shower head was so poorly installed it fell out the wall! My shower is STILL dangling down for the past 9 months. When asked who do we contact to fix this house made out of cardboard??? NO ONE answers you! Once they collect your earnest money, they make you feel stuck. And yes the other guys review about asking for more down payment later down the closing process is true. I gave them roughly 23k down and towards signing I was told I need to give another couple thousand to close.

The day my granddaughter was born I knew I needed to get out of the city, so I emailed Palm Harbor Homes - San Antonio, indicating that I’d like to move ASAP. I honestly wasn’t expecting to receive a response cause I also emailed other companies with same request and heard nothing. Then Austin Tarleton emailed and he was gift from above. He listened to all my concerns and was able to give me exactly what I needed. He walked me through every step of this process making sure anything I was confused about was explained to me in terms I’d understand. Austin made this terrifying experience easy and less stressful. If I would have done this by myself or with anyone else I would have given up a hundred times but Austin was always able to refocus my nervous energy and get me to remember what the end result would be, a new beautiful house on a piece of land my granddaughter can run free on. Nikki had so much knowledge about every home and what it comes with and upgrades I can choose from. She treated me with much respect and made me feel incredibly valued. The customer service I received from Nikki Harrison was OUTSTANDING!!!

I have a Palm Harbor in my town, but drove to San Antonio to this one and got a much better deal! Cliff was great at making sure an issue I had was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend calling or stopping by this location before you sign anything with anyone else. I love my home and Im so proud to show it off!

They talk sweet to you tell you about their great warranty and great deals.I bought a brand new mobile home the promised 5 year this 5 year that.It false they lie! When I need them all they did was give you the run around .Then the warranty they say they provide like magic it disappears or say they dont know what your talking about.DONT BUY FROM PALM HARBOR! Go shop else. Palm harbor they will lie to get your money.I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and may get a lawyer file for false advertising and false warranty .Its time someone holds them accountable!What worse I paid this mobile home less than 1 year. I was thinking about getting another mobile home but it wont be a PALM HARBOR!They claim their the best in all area and lying is their number one skill!Will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau about the false warranty!!!

I was interested in a farmhouse style mobile home. I sent a message on the Clayton Homes website, then I contacted Cliff from Palm Harbor through Facebook messenger late one evening. I got a response back immediately from Cliff! By the next day, I was introduced to Kevin at the 410 location. I picked out a home and the paperwork was filled out. I was then introduced to Jodi. She has been amazing helping me go through the financing stages! I didn’t hear from someone from Clayton homes until 2-3 weeks later. By then, it was too late. Lol. Great service! This is the place to go, if your going the moblie home route. Erick was such a great help, he helped us in everything he could, always keeping us up to date on new info. Takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows.

I met with Curt and he was amazing. This place treats you like family. You will always get a smile and a warm hello. When i had my surgery in the middle of closing for our first home Curt called to see how i was doing and tried to help us with all the paperwork so we wouldnt have to worry about driving into town to sign papers that way i can concentrate on recovering. If you want honest ,hard working people this is the place to go. Im extremely happy with the service i got from them and Curt.

Thanks Palm Harbor for being the very best to me and my family. Went in recently with my family and after visiting all the other manufactured home locations I must say that Palm Harbor is by far the best. They exceeded all of my expectations especially Josh Hyde! Great people !!

Sales person was great Jorge. After we paid for our home we have had nothing but problems ever since they delivered it. They have black markings on one side of our home and a broken board on the other side. Base board that connects the trailer is cracked and very hazardous for us falling. Now a crack in the ceiling and not where it’s connected. All the paint is coming off base boards peeling off. Worst mistake we made is buying this home. Our home is only close to a year old but we have called, e Mailed and no response for 8 months.

So let me just start with my Husband and I and our 7 (almost 8) children were put in a very hard spot on Dec. 1st of 2021 where our home was sold out from under us and we had lived there for 6 years when they put it on the market. We were then forced to build a tiny home because the housing market went through the roof! So from there we were just on a mission of survival and what do we do next!Fast forward to Feb. 2022 where we had made the choice of enough is enough we have to find something big enough and fast for our family this TINY House living is not for everyone especially not as big of a family as we had. So we took the leap of Faith and drove to San Antonio for the Appt. we had made and that is where we met Austin Tarleton! I was sold by the Second house he showed me! But let me say he never ever took us in a house we could not afford! That was a BIG NO for him to even let our hopes get that high. Austin then stayed very connected with us in the entire process! Trust me when I tell you this to I prolly had more questions than a little bit, and drove him crazier than his wife did, but he never ever showed frustration or irritation with us. He would simply pick up the phone and take the time to explain every bit of the stuff we didnt understand (trust me I am a worry wart). There was times I wanted to give up, but he would have that heart to heart with me a slow my anxiety filled brain down to understanding that patients is the virtue. Austin was very down to earth and never made us feel like we were just another customer walking on the yard. As of May 19, 2022 we finally had our DBL wide sitting on our dream property!!!! I prayed everyday just to be able to give my children their own space, and Austin became our Guardian Angel during the whole entire process and never left out of the loop to Help us achieve that goal for our Family!Thank you Austin from the Bottom of our hearts our family could never have done it without you!!

I have had nothing but trouble with my home since day one. They don’t have a problem selling you the home. The problem is keeping the house from falling apart in less than a year from buying it. I would definitely recommend you do your research and shop around before giving Palm Harbor any of your money.

Bought a 315,000 double wide with property. In Alamo acres. Been calling every week since I moved in for fixable items such as a broken window, non working toilet, creaking floor and caulking in master shower. Rosemary finally called me back said I have been in my home for over 90 days she wont fix my 315,000 dollar home. Buy a titan home before you look to palm harbor. Im in lot 21 if you want to fix what is owed, I may retract my review.

The best place to stop by and shop for a brand new home..we were visiting San Antonio and stopped by and next thing we apply and get approved into a new home. Was not in our plans and our salesman was the best and totally recommend him, Curt Kucera, without him and the rest of his co-workers did the very best of them to make sure didnt leave unsatisfied from Palm Harbor. You WILL get approved no matter what. Soon our home will be arriving to Odessa Texas, yaayyy. Thank you Curt, Jodi and Cliff for all yalls effort and help towards us.

Nice homes but bad overall experience once they took our down payment it was like we got put in back of the line then we were told that the loan we had got approved for was terminated due to the time frame exhausting and that we would have to run our credit again and that more then likely we would have to look for a lesser home due to our credit score dropping due to resubmitting the loan smh when all they needed to do was ask for an extension. It felt like it was all smiles at 1st to gain business then once they had us it was a stab in the back. But we did gain experience from this thanks

I purchased a triple-wide from there and it has been a total nightmare. No support whatsoever. I called the Palm Harbor main number and they blamed the guys who set it up. I called this dealer and they blamed the contractor, but didnt offer one bit of help.The roof leaked almost immediately, cabinet doors came loose, all of the toilets malfunctioned within the first year.They do a great job of SELLING and thats it!I only put one star because it wouldnt let me hit post with none highlighted.

Love the home but HATED the service. Sales man said we could make adjustments and have upgrades, then when we got our home they were not included. Palm Harbor said we didnt have room in the budget I call BS!!! They should have let us know if we were not going to get what they said we were going to get. Never followed up, we were constantly having to check in with them. Said they would give us a $500 gift card, said it is in the mail, in the mail, in the mail. Now one month later, oh there is not enough money for it. So ridiculous! Would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend this location ti buy a home - Horrible!!

I am only rating my sales man experience here right now . I feel that is competly fair at this point sense we have not completed the home purchase and taken delivery yet. Greg Korynta really took the time to see who we were and what we were actually looking for. He didn’t judge a book by its cover. He didn’t tell use what we could or couldn’t buy. He took his time with my husband and I to show us any / every home possible, the home that would be our dream home. He respected that which ever home we were to purchase was going to be what we had to be happy with. It is so comforting to know that he actually listened to our wants and needs and never said you can not. He simply gave you that old fashion where there is a well there is a way feeling. I strongly recommend if you are in the market for a one stop and shop, an hassle, enjoyable experience stop by Palm Harbor- South San Antiono off of 410 and ask for Greg. You won’t regret it. If he can’t make buying a home fun no one can.

Went in with skepticism from having lived in a mobile home previously. Had questions on safety, warranty, weather resistance, and so on and so on. Chad was so knowledgeable that he dispelled my concerns quickly and thoroughly. He even answered questions I hadnt thought of. Made the whole experience pleasurable and put me at ease from start to finish.

Erick explained the process to me really well and seems that we are going to go with the manufactured home route. He is an Excellent person and excellent salesman!!

So I will say if you buy a palm harbor which I do not recommend anymore they are not the quality I expected it to be even for a mobile home then you definitely need to get a seperate home warranty particularly for the electric. And if they still use clearview home improvements for connecting everything then Run as far as you can

When you go see them, youve gotta see Nikki Harrison, shes amazing. She actually cares about helping you reach your goal not just making a sale like a lot of salespeople. Shes also very knowledgeable about credit and how to improve it. I highly recommend her!

We bought from Palm Harbor & now my son is. Depending on the salesman you get it can be great or not so great!! The houses are great several different ones so if we were to buy again itd be Palm Harbor.

Me and my husband came in looking for a new home and were fortunate enough to sit down with Chad Campbell. He was polite and patient with us throughout even though we told him we were a year out. He answered all my questions and made looking at the homes a lot of fun.

This has been the worst experience ever, we started back of November last year and we still not in our home. The sales rep was good and I was happy but once we closed that when the hell started now there were so stuff that they couldnt help that happen but we had to be the ones calling and no callbacks, no communication at all and we have paperwork saying estimated end of September but of course no updates we had to call them and the crew we called them and they did their part they hustled but now again palm harbor say other week really.. I understand we are dealing with the covid but that didnt matter when you took the money I am just so over this

They simply will not listen. Biggest waste of my time. Never even got to see any homes. I came prepared to buy. I told the sales person I will not be giving him my ss # till I was ready to. Maybe if I had seen a home. They are not the only place to buy and I will go to the next place to buy. They will never see me again and trust me I made sure to put that all over my Facebook. Learn to listen. I have the money and some happy sales person will be so happy when I hand it to them when I am ready to buy. They need to understand people dont buy a home sight unseen and hand iver their ss# at the drop of a hat. Seriously a horrible experience. I would live on the street before I buy from them. Maybe showing the homes should be a priority. After all is that not what you are selling. Palm Harbor in any place else. Here I come. Lets hope they have more salesmanship than they do there

Called Caleb gave a description of style that I like the mobile home was beautiful. unfortunately my home didn’t sell so didn’t get mobile home but when it does sell I’m coming back to this place to get my mobile home. friendly staff. Still checks in on me an status of my home.Highly recommend

My salesperson , James, was not only knowledgeable, he made me feel right at home when i walked through the door. Within minutes of walking in, I learned about the history of the company, and what goes into building the homes. In minutes, i knew that not only had i found my builder, i found my salesman. Rare in todays time, do you find someone who is as passionate about a product as i saw in james. These are not your typical trailers anymore either. Holy moly, its sitting at my ranch, and i dont know if i ever want to go back home. The personality kf james was awesome. Everything he said came to fruition, or close. I had my home BUILT, DELIVERED, AND MOVE IN READY in less than 3 months. Thats impressive. Thank you James, for being one of the best salesmen ive had the privilege to work with, for outting up with my timeline, taking me to lunch those times, and for turning my dream a reality. I purchased a home here a little over a year ago. My home is starting to split in half and fall off to one side due to how bad it was leveled when set. My doors do not close, my windows do not shut and now my husband and I have just discovered that our home is splitting in half. Youll get the best customer service until you sign those papers, then they couldnt care less if winter is around the corner and your MASTER BATHROOM does not have installation due to the copper being stolen from our AC ON THEIR LOT BEFORE we purchased our home. Now, a little over a year later their leveling company CLEARVIEW wont come level our home because we have passed our supposed one year warranty that we were never aware of!! I am beyond pissed. Never would I refer a family member or friend into coming here again. Youre better off saving your money and building from scratch. This leveling and installation problem has been such a headache -- and the circles theyll run around to avoid helping you out!! LOLPS If google would allow me to leave no star --- I would.

I put money down $500 to get a trailer and home feeling good! Fast forward 60 days and at closing the manager informed me that there had to be extra cost but when asked I didnt get a straight answer just run around!! If there was a way to put 0 stars I would ..I’d go to different dealer if I could rewind ..Buyer beware !! Ps for those who are wondering on the extra fees that weren’t disclosed at the beginning it wants a couple of hundred dollars it was over 3k

We went here a while back to look at some homes for a second time. The same sales person who helped us the first time essentially ran us off since we were not ready to buy. This was in spite of the fact that they were advertising having an open house at the time. I did not give it fewer stars because the homes are nice. However, we will not buy from them because of the way we were treated. Sometimes you have to put the work in up front to get a customer.

Tell you anything you want to hear to sell you a home! Nine months and my home is not finished not to mention missing shelves in both restrooms and hallway and now they apparently can’t do anything about it worst service ever!!! Do not buy from them!!! Nails under my floor poking through panels coming off in every room and so much things it’s a nightmare!!

I would rated half a star but 1 star is the lowest I could go. They lost my SS card, DL multiples times.They did not want honor the warranty on the new DBL wide house, the A/C went out the first 3 months. I had to remodel the whole restroom because they used the cheapest materials possible. Marcelo was horrible! Cliff and Richard work there as well but it seemed once they had our $ my family was not important anymore. I would definitely do my research and stay away from this location. I also found out that my foundation was not done correctly! SMH!

We came in for some information on their homes but we didnt have an appointment. Mr. José Murillo made arrangements and helped us out right then and there. He was super courteous and knowledgeable. We left with the information we needed and never felt pressured. Thank you Jose!

So Palm Harbor got us into our new home and after actually moving in the layout wasn’t correct to begin with which we settled with instead of waiting for changes but then we had a small storm and shingles blew off roof after living in it for 3 weeks(storm wasn’t even that crazy) it took them over a month and a half to come check it out because of the service guy Ryan Green he never answers phone or returns phone calls for work orders to be put in. Finally got them to come out almost 2 months later and found out it was a manufacturing issue and that now the manufacturer has to come because they set the house wrong and we have water damage inside also! So no 2 months later and no one has come out to repair any of that while we have had lots of rain so more water damage it’s been a ridiculous struggle moving into our new first time home! What an experience right! Oh and also they still have never put the skirting on our house either to top it off!!

My girlfriend came there the other day and the salesman (wish i remembered his name but i have his card so thats all that matters) was really nice and really helped us. Ill update this review when we buy a home but so far the experience has been absolutely wonderful.

I recently purchased a home from Palm Harbor on 410 south and was very pleased with their services. My sales guy was very attentive and operations manager was great, I called in for service and apparently they have a new GM and he was like I wasnt here when you bought the house, he told me I was sol.

Wonderful experience, we talk to Crista and she is been helping us the entire process of getting our new home, her professionalism and her experience really make the difference for us.

I came in with no appointment and Erick took time to sit down with me and explain to me how the process works. Really great guy with great energy! Highly recommend these guys 👍🏼

They promised that they would fix the closet issue and they never did. Cliff weeks the manager was telling us there was never an agreement when there was. We had a written agreement and he is denying ever having done it. Terrible service and terrible manager if thats what you would even call him. Oh but once they get your money they start ignoring your calls and emails. He still owes us money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Kevin Pouncil was first person to greet me when I walked through the door. He has kept in contact to make sure the bank had all the documents they needed from me. My only complaints have to do with the county I’m moving to and their inability to process paperwork for days after an issue was supposed to be resolved but this is not at Palm Harbor fault.

Warranty does not cover the structure beyond 1 year. We have had the home less than 2 years and have a soft spot on the floor. I learned that this is not covered. Buyer beware.

The Palm Harbor homes on 410 and 90 I do not recommend at all. After waiting 3 weeks Im still waiting on my refund check they were not able to help me get a home and Im glad they werent because the houses were way overpriced and happen for a reason 47000 for a single wide 3 bedroom 2 bath no thanks instead I stop by at Alamo homes and they were able to put me in a home 4 bed 2 bath for 42000, And they were very helpful and there when you needed them not like not like Palm Harbor that theyre there at THEIR convenience.

Me and my daughter came to Palm Harbor to make a new start. Caleb W was very helpful and knowledge and made it a less stressful experience. This is a great place for a new home and Caleb is a great helo

Warning!!! Rudest, most condescending staff and sales manager. If you have the displeasure of visiting this location, be prepared to be held hostage as they talk down to you and suffer at the hands of their sales pitch, at the end of it, at least you don’t get to see anything as you leave in frustration. I have never seen a place work harder to turn my money and my business away. I will happily go buy the two houses I was prepared to get elsewhere.

Not worth going here. Installation process is unprofessional, no communication from supervisors. A lot of internal mistakes from staff that added unnecessary delays. No apologies were given. We are both veterans. This is my 2nd modular home first time with this company.Update 11/7/2019This unprofessional response of the manager of palm harbor depicts the constant unprofessionalism from this company I recieved. After/during the contract process, there was constant misscommuniction within his staff and with factory. They are not trained properly, and for a person in a managerial position he should have a higher standard for himself and staff. Its obvious diy is an acronym, and I 100% have the right company. On your site its states manufactured and modular homes.

Love my La Belle triplewide. Cliff, the GM was my salesperson. Wasn’t cheap, but we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Get what you pay for. Shopped for months, glad we found them.
