Great neighborhood and great customer service. I am a Real Estate Broker and continue to get great customer care from Reda Deais. One of my agents bought in the community and loves every bit of all the community offers.

Literally the worst quality built homes you can buy. Warranty people are very incompetent and liars. They’ll have people come fix the issues but then have you sign a form and lie about it saying it was that they’re here and they’ll come back and fix the rest of the issues, but then never come back. One of my walls was out of plumbing will over an inch from floor to ceiling, nothing from them. HOA is worthless too, they don’t make sure residents follow the rules. Always tons of overgrown yards and lots with weeds. It’s also not a quiet neighborhood, lots of neighbors playing loud music well into the night, very often too. A lot of cars are constantly getting broken into also, mainly just unlocked ones though, but it’s often. Neighbors catch it on their cameras, but it doesn’t deter them. Sex offenders in the neighborhood too. Look at a lot of the other reviews, it’s just realtors leaving positive reviews, even though they know they scammed someone into buying a very subpar home. Taxes are high also.

The amenities are wonderful!! Unfortunately the homes are not. They changed the floor plan of my brothers home without telling his family. They got rid of a hall closet as well without notice. So there is no hall closet for the upstairs bathroom. Unfortunately they were tied to the house because they signed The contract to build the home with a lower price then the homes were selling at the time they saw the changes the builder did.. VERY SHADEY MOVE BY THE BUILDERS!! The fence lines between the houses have a large gap on the bottoms that make out dangerous if you or your neighbors have dogs. They also didnt get to choose the color of the flooring, carpet or cabinets. Which is one of the exciting things to do when purchasing a home..

Do not take them at their word. We have items that were promised to be completed while we were at closing, and they were not. We still have blue tape in areas and we closed in June.

We signed for our home in March 2021 and were given an expected home completion date of August 2021. We just closed on the house in late May 2022. As excited as we were to finally be in our home, the experience has been subpar for multiple reasons. We were unable to make any changes to our home which we were ok with since the model homes we saw were beautiful. For the 14 months of construction, we understand that many factors due to labor and supply shortages affected the outcome but the customer service aspects were completely different. Scott and Reda are the sales reps for this community and were horrible communicators. There were months where us nor our realtor had any updates on move in so we decided to start visiting the building site weekly just for insight to any progress. Now that we are in the home, there are multiple issues with the quality of work in my home. The warranty department hasn’t replied to my email concerns and it’s disheartening. Many of my neighbors have similar concerns as I do with the unprofessionalism of the sales team and the lack of quality work in the home itself. The neighborhood is a great location and has beautiful amenities but I was hoping for a home to match the neighborhood and unfortunately did not get that. I’m hoping for resolution on the construction issues with my home but overall the process of home building with DR Horton is an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

For this being know to be one of the greatest builders in the US. My experience was by far the worst experience as a first time buyer. The houses are being built and the quality of the work is not as great as you would think. Our appliances that were installed in the home were INSTALLED WITH DAMAGES. Cabinets have fallen off. The construction manager told me he would have them replaced and he has not done so. The roof has gaps which we addressed on our final walk and we were told it would be fixed. It’s been over 6 months and nothing has been done. We understand things happen and supplies and multiple things are low/back order but we shouldn’t be ignored. Anyone dealing with these issues should be informed the proper way. Beautiful community but not the greatest work on the homes.

We moved in our home in August of 2021 and have had so many issues with our home. Ive called and emailed several times to the warranty department and no one has reached out. Our garage door isnt working properly, the tile in my kids shower wasnt sealed right and is already falling apart, the floors upstairs make a creaking sound, and so many other issues. We pay so much money for these houses and they were made very poorly. So unhappy with this company.

Worst experience EVER!Little to no communication from the builder rep and when I would reach out, I was made to feel like I was a bother. We were given different dates for completion, and the list goes on.2 hrs before closing, only 1/4 of the requested repairs had been completed, but kudos to the contractors for getting it done.I hope to never work with them again.

Go out to Riverstone and see Reda! One of the Top neighborhoods in San Antonio.

The entrance to the pool is ridicules. Having to use the turnaround will eventually cause an accident which will lead to a lawsuit. Cut the median and create a pass-through to get in and out from either side of the road.

One of my favorites places to show to my buyers. This community is tucked away subdivision but work close to the major highway. It has a very grand entrance with beautiful waterfalls flowing through lime stone and it’s just gorgeous out there. This is a great place to buy because DR Horton offers different home series from affordable homes to a more upgraded home. There’s a home for everyone. Currently, they bought more land so they will be building out there for years! One of the biggest catch is theirs amenity center. They have Resort-like amenities with clubhouse offering a gym( part of HOA fees) the homeowners can enjoy. They also have a playground for the kids.If you’re in the market to purchase for your future home or investment, definitely one of the areas to check out. Ask for Reda Diaz! He’s amazing and Reda has been selling Dr Horton like forever . He knows the products and he knows what’s going on in that community. He’s been my go to guy when I take my clients for a tour. This community isn’t going to disappear!
