We bought a Scott Felder home in Alamo Ranch back in 2015. 8 years later, were having all sorts of electrical problems and no help from Scott Felder. Our electrician has told us that the wiring was done outside the general standards and it is affecting us greatly. Conclusion: Be sure you get your own inspection before you buy a Scott Felder home, especially if its outside the city limits
