Abner was great but was very pushy about running credit and ended up doing so. Definitely didn’t appreciate him pushing boundaries but it is what it is. I guess I’m stuck with them since they did a hard inquiry so no one else could do damage on our credit report. Unfortunately we will have to be back to purchase a home to avoid another hard inquiry on our report.

I had a wonderful experience! Calvin Baez “.50 CAL” was so professional and patient with my buying process! He was with me every step of the way and always answered my questions! COME SEE .50 CAL!!!!

There was only ONE person helping…(another company had us go through multiple people) they listened to what we were looking for, respected our decision, and didn’t tell us “no” when we saw a house we really wanted to see. Much better experience with Titan with the place we visited just before we visited them.

The experience from beginning to end was awesome 👏 I love how the whole team was ready to great me and my family and how ms.Katie and her sales manager Rodney were a blessing they both worked out a wonderful deal for me and my family in a grate location they just went above and beyond to helps us get into a new home and I’m so glad I went with TITAN to find my forever home that whole office deserves a raise everything about the staff was so welcoming and clam an very willing to help even offered to put gas in my car just to go see the new home so I absolutely love the choice I made.!!!!!!! I was absolutely very satisfied in this location! They went above and beyond to help us find the right home for us and for our budget. I can’t even begin to express how well they took care of us! Totally different experience from the other Titan location. I tried over there first a year ago and they were so inflexible and not helpful at all. But I knew quality would be better in Titan. So, I still cameBack but decided for this location this time and I am so happy I did! Romi was so helpful and informative from day one! Him and Katie are amazing and you can see they definitely care! We will be getting our new home soon and I’ll come back and update. So far so great! Hehe If you do go don’t forget to mention my name. ☺️ I know ya’ll be taken care of! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever endured in my life. They (sales Manager and Manager)refuse to give me a price on any on site homes they had, was focused on how much I was willing to spend only. Sales Manager asked if I had ever had a bad experience and I said yes, he told his Manager, after this everything and anything that came from these 2 was don’t blame us for your bad experiences. Even after I kindly said No longer interested. The sales Manager continued to call me. I explained this was harassment already. Hwy 90 location.

I had a fantastic experience working with Katie at the Titan San Antonio Clearance Center. Her fun and genuinely warm personality made the entire process enjoyable. Katie has a remarkable way of making you feel like part of the family.Not only is she incredibly personable, but she also wore some pretty amazing heels that I would’ve broken my neck walking in!Her infectious humor and approachable nature put me at ease, making the experience both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Katie for her exceptional customer service and the welcoming atmosphere she creates.

All they want to do is run your credit that’s it. By the way that ruins your credit when you run it it takes a hit wouldn’t give me the time of day and when I was leaving, they ran out. I was like wait. Let us just run your credit. We’ll see what we can find you without even showing me a place. I didn’t even get to see a place. And if you get the guy with the Mole on his forehead just walk out trust me he’ll waste your time

I did not know how good Titan products were until I was educated and enlightened by Arturo. Showing me the construction of the product validated how how well these homes are built. Great product and great builder of quality homes

We are currently under a contract with titan which they did not help us find land as they promised to never awnser or return our calls. Were promised so much and nothing was delivered. We might have to pay for the mortgage before the house is even finished on property. Do not believe when they tell you they will help you with every step of the process because they will leave you high and dry with no assistance. There houses are nice but they have severly poor customer service.

The WORST place to buy a home, bar none.You’d be better off placing yourself in a canoe without a paddle, with a rabid meerkat in your lap while barreling toward a thousand foot waterfall while trying to pull the meerkat’s teeth with a pair of rusted closed pliers than to ever deal with this company, or anyone they contract with.Purchased a home CASH at closing first week of March 2024. After EIGHT MONTHS, their purported “Red Carpet Setup” never occurred. The flooring for half of the double wide, paid for in full at March 6th closing was not delivered or installed until 3rd week of September 2024. The air conditioner-SAME!Meanwhile after being contacted for months, Katie Zaragosa, the General Manager, scheduled the final finish person to show up FIRST. Before the flooring or air conditioner were even on site, much less installed. The finish person was quite verbal about how out-of-order his appearance was and that TITAN knows he was to be the last person there, not the first. He said he could not perform his job until the air conditioner and flooring and baseboards were installed and that he would have to return to complete his job. Meanwhile, Tashina (Sheena) of Titan Clearance Center, after several attempts to get anyone from Titan to come complete the setup work, texted that although she did not need the buyer to tell her what her job was or the order in which it should be performed, asked for a detailed list of ( wait for it)…What needed to be done to complete the “Red Carpet Setup”.A detailed list was sent, including the fact that the “finish guy” who was supposed to be last was scheduled first and openly stated that he was unable to complete his job because Titan had failed to complete work that was to be done before he should have been scheduled, including floor installation, air conditioner installation, baseboards installation.Meanwhile, the delivery team had failed to seal the roof where they had punctured it with their 2x4 braces covering the thick mil transport plastic. During the MONTHS of waiting for setup to be finished, it rained. The rain penetrated the roof, the roof insulation, the ceiling Sheetrock, the walls, the door frames and moldings, the electrical wall sockets and caused A LOT of damage.STILL, after SEVEN MONTHS of waiting, they have now refused to complete the setup, and are ignoring the setup damage caused by the transport team who acknowledged the damage and their fault in it and came twice to plug the holes in the outer roof. Titan Clearance Center and their Contractors caused the damage in transport/ Setup. Now Titan is ignoring it all.Thank goodness I have had every interaction recorded , from my first phone call to Katie Zaragosa, through closing, right thru today, including the finish guy’s conversations on-site, and the transport team’s conversations directly with me, including with CHAMPION Homes employees.Having ignored their contractual duties, they have fully breached contract so now, I am not bound by their “arbitration clause”.It’s massive lawsuit time.If you don’t have the time and money to pursue this route, Then you should not grace Titan Factory Sales or Titan Clearance Center in San Antonio with your presence.Their commitment to misinformation, incompetence, gaslighting, bait & switch tactics, lack of an ounce of integrity, and abject failure to fulfill their fiduciary duties is impressive.

When we first came through the doors of Titan manufacturing to inquire about purchasing a home, I was nervous and scared. GM Katie And staff are very knowledgeable in what they do and I was at ease, I’m a person that wants to know everything whether be good or bad and all was good. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHEN LOOKING TO PURCHASE A MANUFACTURED HOME TO CALL TITAN DIRECT, you will not be disappointed!!

After dealing with a Champion homes dealer in San Antonio we will not be buying a Champion home. I normally dont leave negative reviews unless its well earned.Titan Homes in San Antonio was a horrible experience. I have never been pressured this much into buying something before.Rodney Ericksen is the employees name. I explained to him we know all about the home market since we have been looking for months now. He then continued his sales pitch I have heard a million times now.We ended up at the lot by accident and he pretty much held us up for 3 hours while the guy down the road waited on us.Everytime we tried to leave it was always This will only take 5 minIn hindsight he was trying to keep us from the other dealer by telling lies about them and wasting our time..He promised to get me the payment I wanted but after reading over his contract I would be responsible for everything out of my pocket.Pad, skirting, utility connections, etc. Around $12K worth.Then demanded a $4K deposit.The funny part was earlier I had to remove my cash from my pocket to get my W2 forms out and he asked me how much cash I had.And me being a trustworthy guy I told him.Then had the balls to demand that deposit.I told him let me sleep on the house and he was being very assertive about me not leaving without a deal and deposit.I had to ask him Whats this deal going to be? Whats better for me the customer or whats better for you the seller?He kept calling his GM on the phone to talk me out of leaving. So I literally had to tell them not to call or email and they have lost my business and I left. Surprisingly Rodney actually followed me out to my car still trying to make a deal.I normally just brush these things off but a week later and I am still upset over it.We drove 5 hours to meet another dealer and this guy wasted half my day.Hard to trust anyone in the mobile business after he did this to us.I will be leaving a review also unless something is done.Show quoted text

Stopped into this place this morning as I am shopping for a future home. I stopped at Clayton homes next door and had a fantastic experience where the sales manager himself took me around showed me exactly what I was asking and extremely informative. His name is Paul brown go see himThen I came to titan and I was not greeted when I walked in eventually sat with a sales person “romey” I believe it was. First office to the left when you walk in the door.He asked me what Im looking for etc. after about 30 min I explain I just came to put eyes on some to get a feel for the size/space/layout.He explained he could not show ANY homes without having you qualify when I just looked next door. Again go to Clayton! Then when I go to leave he says he can show me. We go out there and meanwhile he’s being very difficult to work with or makes you feel bad for asking questions. He shows me the first me and it’s EXACTLY what I said I did not want and couldn’t do. So no attention to detail and make you answer a bunch of questions but don’t retain any of the info is rude and bad sales.Maybe their homes and business is good but my interaction was not and cannot recommend anyone work with this salesman.Go to Clayton. I was enjoying my day planning my future property and viewing homes to grasp what possibilities are out there for single/double wides until this encounter.I wrote this sitting out front of the business and informed the salesman and manager I would be writing a reviewEdit:after I went her I went next door to solitaire and also had a great experience working with Vincent. Easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable by memory, and made the experience fun not a chore. Also out of the ones I’ve seen up to this point solitaire homes are the best quality, when you walk in it feels more like a home than a camper, feels solid, super quiet to outside noise.

They were very very nice. Steve Whitebread was very kind and very laid back. The only reason we didnt accept them was because I saw there add on Facebook for a 34,000 dollar tiny home with a small loft upstairs. I thought it would be a nice starter home. So we decided to give it a look. Turns out they werent 34,000 more 50,000-70,000 which my husband and I couldnt afford. So we look at trailers. Which seem very well build. But we just felt like we wernt getting exactly what we wanted. We wanted something to be a little more proud of and also did not want to live in a trailer park in Wilson County or Bexar County.Again very nice people I just felt like they kinda false advertising with the tiny homes.

My experience with Warren wheeler was awesome, super helpful and respectful, also very caring. Didnt feel like a Salesmen but more like a friend, guiding you, and helping you along the way of buying a home. Gave me a great deal and informed me on a ton of things. Do not recommend this location or sales team.We recently had the opportunity to work with Rodney at Titan Homes. The communication was constant in the beginning. We needed the opportunity to sell our home to move forward with a purchase with Rodney. When that fell through our communication ceased from being pushy and insistent we fill out documents before we were ready, to not returning phone calls and requests to get our deposit back. It took over a month to finally get our deposit back and it was only after we called another office and spoke to a GM of the area that things started to happen. The office manager at this location was also very rude and made our experience questionable from the start. I’m pleased to say things did not work out and we were not stuck dealing with unprofessional individuals had we made such a big purchase. Find elsewhere to purchase a home, one with individuals who care beyond a paycheck.

I had the best experience with Denise. She wasn’t pushy. She wasn’t pressuring me into jumping into buying anything. I told her what I was looking for what I wanted and also I told her I wasn’t really looking into buying or purchasing anything right now. I explain my situation, and she was straight up Upfront with me and I was able to go with her on the lot and to check out single Wides in double Wides but she was very frank on the pricing and she gave me a lot of options. She’s amazing I recommend that if you’re going to buy a mobile home and a piece of land or a mobile home and put it on a community lot. I advise you to ask for Denise. She was very thorough very professional. She was great . I gave her 1000 stars.

We worked with Denise Sloan. We had been there a few times, but she was the Professional Housing Consultant who actually greeted and welcomed us, was personable, listened, made a connection with us and didn’t ‘push’ us. She showed us a few homes, walked us through a few times and adjusted to our evolving needs, and also came to the table with a design that wasn’t displayed but was a bigger version that better fit our needs than the current one on display (same style, more rooms). She was knowledgeable about the homes, their construction and options, and has helped us through this process - even after one lender screwed up our application royally - she found us another quickly and we got approved in time. She’s the one you want to work with and treats all individuals with respect and dignity - she’s not biased like a few we’ve worked with in this process. I’d recommend her to others.

DONT DO IT!! JUST DONT DO IT!!! Worse experience ever at the clearance center. Katie and Denise were all about the money. These people had the audacity to take our down payment, take a picture with my kids to say we purchased a home when at the end they were tackling over 10,000 more on the home we wanted. Here’s the back story, we were interested in a model home that they original said was at 155k. This model is at the Austin location. Come to find out the home is priced at 145k. We were then happy to work with Dave in Austin to get the right price in a home for our family. Somehow, Katie found out we were going to take our business to the Austin location, she blew it and called us directly and told us “I can tell you right now, you are not getting that home for that price” EXCUSE ME??? Transparency is NOT what you will get at this location! And as Denise said to us “I don’t bullshit” but that’s exactly what these people do!

I cannot say enough great things about Denise! She was super helpful and made the process so easy. Transparent and clear the entire time. She knows her stuff for sure! Thank you Denise for getting me into my dream home!

Katie Zaragoza has been absolutely amazing. She is super professional, respectful, and mindful about your needs. We came in with a very strict budget and she actually found us more house than what we thought we could get under our budget! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new house!

It starts out great, but like other reviews have stated, once they get paid, all communication stops and the whole process basically comes to a halt. We bought a house here and its been sitting on the property for 3 weeks now. They told us a week and a half ago that it was ready, everything was hooked up, and we just had to pick up the keys and move in. Immediately afterward, I looked at it and the water, sewer, and electric have still yet to be hooked up, the A/C has not been delivered or hooked up, and there was water coming up out of the ground which I dug up and it appears they broke our water line when they were leveling the ground for the base pad and then just covered it up (picture attached). After repeatedly contacting multiple people and being given the run around, I spoke to the guy in charge of the utilities and he told me we arent even on the schedule yet. They also dont honor the referral bonus, because my Dad hasnt even been contacted about it, and he let me know that when he bought a Titan home, they failed to bolt it together so after a few months the house was separating at the marriage line. Definitely will not be doing business with Titan anymore and would not recommend to anyone.

Karen gave me excellent customer service, knowledgeable about her products and a genuine will to help me find a good deal. The houses are beautiful to say the least and a better price compared to other brands that sell similar products. Thanks Karen!

We tried alot of other places and always turned up empty no one wanted to help her, but thanks to the staff here she will now be getting her new home. NEVER!! Will NEVER recommend anyone to them. They didnt give me enough notice to have my property ready. Then asked me to lie to the loan officer about home being placed on pad (which it was not). It was on property but not put together. Time frame to do the trim work on my home took long so I couldnt move in, very close to 1 month. Then 2 whole months after signing I received my keys. My sales guy changed on me from one day to another. Comments started being made by employees calling me the second sales guy girlfriend. Which was unprofessional with all their staff. Please take your time shopping for your forever home. I regret signing a home through Titan Factory Clearance.

Manny was really helpful, we had been at different places down the street and no one was able to help us like Manny did, must sales people showed us homes that were way over our budget . but Manny was a professional he sat down with us took his time figuring out what we needed, what we wanted and also what our budget and he was never pushy. he gave us a great deal on a beautiful double wide, helped us find land, took care of all the improvements and financing for the land. my wife and I work 60 hours a week as well as we are full time parents we could not had done it with out Manny taking care of everything for us. and he was also able to get my nephew approved as well as us. my nephew had not been able to get approved anywhere else because he didnt claim enough on his taxes to get financed, Manny took his time and figured out a way to get him into a nice home and a 1 acre lot. we are all super happy with Manny and will continue to send my friends and family over to him!

My husband and I have been saving for a home for a couple years. We have been renting, and all the sudden our landlords gave us the news that they were selling. We were shocked... We knew we wanted to buy a home, but this was too soon. So, we went to Spears Homes in Kerrville, and they were horrible; absolutely did not want to work with us because we looked too young... So, my husband decides to drive us to San Antonio, where we find Titan Homes (on a fluke). Immediately we are greeted by Josh, whom helped us tremendously and made us feel like we had a chance. I thought it was another scam where he promised us things that could not be done... but we were completely wrong. Josh worked with us through everything. Every question we needed answered, he was there. Josh made our home buying experience so enjoyable and easy. We truly had someone that believed in us and wanted us to have a home. This is why I will always recommend Titan Homes and definitely recommend Josh as your contact person. So make sure if you stop by to ask for Josh!

Worked with James on getting more detail on Titan homes. Got to see various floor plans and all were very nicely done, especially the Aspen and the Cypress. James was quite open and gave more information to understand what homes would be doable. Hope to be getting a home from them soon in the future.

The people we dealt with were great. They were super nice and helpful. The house itself is a disaster. Ive never seen such shotty work! Studs arent even, the windows leak, none of the trim is done right. Also the ceilings droop, cant find a single board in the ceiling in a room, floors arent even, and ac doesnt work correctly in the house. Some of the rooms get heat and ac just find others dont get any at all!Worst mistake ever!!

I just wanted to start off by saying Im not the type of person to post a review but I felt that I should share my experience factory direct clearance center is a complete nightmare very unorganized very poor customer service. they treat you very well in the beginning but as soon as these people get their money they block you on emails dont return phone calls and you have to constantly be calling them to try to get your home done because they seem to forget. A friend of mine also purchased mobile home from Titan clearance center he also told me this place is a total nightmare and he had the same sales lady Katy as me I understand it takes time to put these homes together but hopefully I dont get the same outcome as my friend it took 10 months for his house to be leveled and ready to be moved into and he paid a few months of mortgage while it just sat on his property unfinished. So keep in mind as soon as that mobile home is on your property youre paying for the mortgage. Im currently living in an apartment and will soon have to pay mortgage along with my apartment rent which all together will be a total of 3,500 a month which is ridiculous. to anybody that is making the decision to get a mobile home from these people dont do it its not worth it.

First off people their are awesome good customer service. Approved me right away!! As soon as I moved into my mobile home we have had nothing but problems. Right after another. They would say get in touch with Brandon to get somebody out to fix it. Brandon is horrible bad customer service he would never call you back or email you. Some random person would come 2 weeks later. I still ended up referring one of my good friends their cuz like I said they have great service their. Refer her was suppose to get a bonus. Well never receive the bonus their just giving me the run around. They said cuz she did it online after I told her. their marketing team get the referral bonus. When they told me to refer her they didn’t be specific.

Worked with Manny on finding me a good deal!! I had been looking at other places around town and i didn’t like their sales pitch, I felt they were overly eager to sell me anything, and weren’t really listening to my needs or what kind of home would be best for me. Manny however was totally calm and chill about the sales process, I felt comfortable and valued as a customer, Manny was attentive to my questions and concerns. It can be overwhelming to purchase a home, and manny made the process painless and actually enjoyable.

I’m going to be completely honest, Titan Factory isn’t like any other mobile home dealer. My husband and I stopped by to just look around. Cesar (the best) helped us. Now he didn’t just show us some homes and bye. He first sat down with us and gave us so much information about their mobile homes. To how they are built, estimates how on much light bills would be, laws/rights about purchasing a mobile home, warranties, and so much more that we didn’t know. He then showed us some homes and OMG I fell in love with them! Again, we were just looking,Cesar asked us “what’s stopping you”We didn’t think we would get approved. Cesar gave us that push to try. Thankful with all his help, we got approved 😊Cesar we want to thank you for helping us out, you went above and beyond for us! We are excited to get our home delivered soon!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a house, and began working with Lance and his team at Titan. I know our credit isnt anything near good, but we were told they can most likely work with us to make something happen. So we gave it a shot, and, despite our less than desirable credit, they were actually able to make something work for us! Everyone there was kind, personable, not pushy (not the get-a-buck sales people) - their genuine goal is to make the process painless and get you the home you want. Highly recommended!

Once the money changed hands our deal became the last priority in the office. One month later and our home still wasn’t released to us in spite of having paid cash for it. Once it was finally delivered the setup was poorly done and had to be addressed twice. Even as I write this review I am unable to get the GM to respond to calls in order to have the house trimmed out and it has been sitting the last two weeks in this rain with no siding. Maybe with a lender forcing things along you might have better luck but if you’re looking to buy cash be prepared to take a backseat to new business because they don’t have any reason to focus on your deal. Aside from our first sales contact Josh every person in the place has taken a turn at giving us excuses when they return our calls at all. Hopefully the house isn’t permanently damaged.

I had been calling around multiple places until I found manny on Facebook and set an appointment with him. His partner Josh and Manny were really friendly, helped me a lot made me feel really comfortable since the beginning and got a great deal on the New Moon Daytona. They took care of all the improvements and bank paperwork, it was a really smooth and easy transaction. I was nervous about finding the right home and what I needed to do to get a home on my land. They helped me get my septic hook ups etc they really did go the extra mile to help me and my family. Sent my cousin over to them and right now she is on the process of getting a new double wide as well they even helped her find land. They’re a great team! Glad I called Manny on Facebook.

Most horrible place I have been to. Horrible customer service, false promises, why are they not honest from the beginning. My God I have been here 4 times every single time I go there they have fired the sales person I am working with and I have to start all over again. These people fire their employees from left to right. I WENT THERE BEEING HONEST ABOUT MY SITUATION AND THEY MADE ME BELIEVE THEY COULD HELP ME. They send me off trusting them that what they told me to do would benefit me and then they ignore me. I trusted them they took advantage. They only allow good reviews to stay up..all the negative ones get deleted.

Six months AFTER we have moved into our home, and there is still no skirting on our home. Nothing on our walkthrough list has been repaired, because the walkthrough was never done...oh, which means we never got a house key to our home. We ended up having to change the doorknobs on our home in order to be able to lock the door. Everything about our experience with this location was aggravating, frustrating, tedious, and painful. For your own sake, avoid this place!
