I highly recommend we love this place the washer and dryer connections are my favorite. Huge units walk in closets the kitchen has plenty of room . I am so happy they have a pool a nice place to come home and cool off. Under New Management the staff is so friendly and have the best hospitality. Thank you ladies Ms. Maira and Melinda you are the sweetest.

This is not an ideal place. Hardly any maintenance crew exists. So, nothing gets fixed. I wish that I could give a negative stsr

I have family members that live here. The apartments are infested with roaches of all kinds. Major repairs are ignored for years. Black mold in units causing severe health problems. They do what they need to do, to get people moved in and after that nothing is ever fixed. Garbage is all over and never cleaned. Management will retaliate against you for any complaints you make against the property. If you take them to court they will wait 6 months and retaliate. Do not move here or you will regret it!

What yall need to do is stop worrying about the little stuff and start cracking down on those out of control kids breaking glass, littering all over the complex, fighting, smoking, pounding on doors at all hours of the day. Or the tenant whom beats his wife, hearing her screaming so loud, and leaves his kids on the balcony crying and screaming so loudly pretty frequently. If yall walked the upstairs as well as the downstairs youd see the trail of blood leading down the stairs but ohh god forbid if yalls balconys are just a bit messy from being an OUTSIDE balcony. Such a pain that its enough to be kicked out. Yall are tripping. Good tenants get treated like villains and everyone else is Willy nilly to continue their constant disrespect of the apts. So good luck any good tenants out there. By the way Trust me calling the cops doesnt even do anything about those other problems I listed. The worst place to live looks nice but thats about it everything is for show the pool never open. They tell you how to park so your car can be easily towed, they will go in there system mess with your parking pass so youll definitely be towed I think they get a cut from it other wise why would I have to fix my pass more then 5 times this month. Smh they dont know how to even put a work order in if they did things would actually get done. They are very rude in office Ive heard a couple of units dont have hot water and havent had it for 2 months now but they dont care, Ive seen them write a request for a tenet and when they walked out she through it away. I couldnt believe it and I cant wait to leave this place. Worst experience Ive ever had in apartments. Read reviews before moving somewhere reviews dont lie.

Only lived out here a week and one day. Complained about the sink having a leak haven’t fixed yet. I have a pest problem. The trash from the old carpet and tile is still by my front door. The water has been shut off since 5 today and will not be back on until the next day at noon. I work and have to miss work due to not being able to shower. Who want to go to sleep and work dirty. I have never experienced something so horrible in apartment complex. Make me think I made a big mistake moving out here and to top it off I’m pregnant and have kids. We can’t even use the restroom. That requires running water as well.

The apartment overall is great! I only lived there for a very very short period of time due to vandalism, but one major thing that makes me highly upset is one of the managers did nothing about the vandalism. I’ve made complaints and i got nothing managed. I was previously trying to move into a new home and the manager lied to the landlord of the home and was telling the landlord that i had an animal and i didn’t pay an animal fee and that i messed up the inside of the apartment. Nothing of that is true, i never even put furniture in there or had an animal to mess anything up, and I definitely am not a destructive person so i would not mess anything up. I genuinely feel what he did was very out of pocket and very uncalled for. I will be putting his name, so Jason thank you for the apartment but you are very wrong for what you did!

This is long but if you’re even considering moving here PLEASE READ !!!!I would NEVER recommend staying here. ESPECIALLY as a military member, although it’s right next to base. You can get something for the SAME PRICE but 10x nicer for just 15 more minutes on the road. (TRUST ME it’s worth it)The staff is polite but that is about ALL I would say is good about this apartment.My friends stopped visiting me here because 4 of them had things stolen out of their car all at different times. Some things even being military property they had to pay for.I myself have been assaulted there by a women with a weapon, whom I have never seen before, and still have no idea as to who or why. (Still an open case from after the summer of last year - 2018)My car was hit and dented with no note or anything. My friends car now has a scratch all the way down the side.There is never parking spots, but if you park under the covered parking you WILL get towed, even if you think you’re going to be there for only an hour (although only about 3-4 people park under there)People speed up and down the roads regardless of the “speed bumps”I am a VERY clean person and for the life of me could not keep BUGS out of my apartment!My lights went out in three different rooms at various times and each time it took almost a month for someone to come fix it.My dishwasher never worked and although I’d put in a few requests for it to be fixed, they came and checked on it once and said it was fine. But the puddle on my floor any time it ran says otherwise.The smell of weed (or to be “proper”, marijuana) runs through the vents and you can smell it in the hallways. Which isn’t a huge problem to some, but I’m noting this as it could be for others.And don’t dare put a doormat outside or ANY decor that isn’t IN your home or it will get stolen.Did I mention the amount of bugs everywhere?And the hallways going into these home are DISGUSTING. Trash / stains / cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. They power washed this once in my year there and only had dirty/smelly puddles everywhere. And tore down pieces of the ceiling, in turn making it look worse.There was once a banana thrown on my window and by the time I saw it going to work the next morning it was rotten and sticky. Very hard to get offI have seen a condom on a car’s window a few down from mine as well.(I don’t know the story behind this one) but there was also a cars windshield completely shattered out with a huge cinder block on top of it.I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve seen police cars here (who knows why) but I’ve seen two different arrests.There’s a group of 13-17 (guessing) year olds that walk around smoking weed most days (again, not a problem to all, but could be to some)It was 37days before my lease ended that I went to go put in my notice that I was, of course, moving. They got back to me 20 days before moving saying that I needed to have put in a 60 day notice. No problem, that was my fault for not noticing that in the lease. But very disappointed to have fees to pay to move out after everything that I’ve been through here.So PLEASE think twice about moving here!! It’s not as it seems just because the people in the office are nice. It is not worth the money at all.

I have been a resident for going on 3 years. I have never had a issue till I transfered apartments. I have currently been waiting for a mailbox key for since i moved in August. There is always a excuse why. I was not going to write this review due to backlash. I have reached out to corporate offixe numerous times without a answer back. I have missed numerous important things because they cant get there stuff together.

Our lease was for a year but we left early due to the people who lived there. The cops are always there for some reason. People are always fighting, loud, have no respect for others living there, and they even let their children fight in the street! People are outside playing loud music til 2 in the morning, smoking right by the doorways, which isnt ideal when youre bringing a preemie baby home from the NICU. Not family friendly at all. Heck, the stairway by our door had a trail of blood from our neighbors getting in a physical altercation. Price is good for a nice apartment, management was awesome, but the neighbors ruin it. Do not recommend! Especially not for a family.

Brandy is amazing not only does she go beyond her job , but is very responsive to emails. I am not a resident there just yet but I am going to see them and when I called her she was more than willy to put me on hold and go find out the answer for me I am having a hard time find a place and she was willing to bring me in to help. That goes to tell me she is a person who care about her residents. Management should be very pleased 5 stars all the way!!

It looks like I Dodged a bullet based on apartment reviews.I did a viewing not too long ago and for the most part they were pretty nice....especially if they find you are seeking market value. What I find interesting, however is that they have awfully high expectations as far as potential market value renters that they do not place on Section 8 and Public housing renters. I know someone who got in not too long ago based on loose requirements, but when it came to me, because I was renting at market value, I was judged (and treated) differently.Considering they will let just about anyone in from public housing/section 8, they should not be so picky as to who they let in at market value, especially considering their not so favorable reviews...but their requirements are rather skewed and unfair. They basically expect a perfect credit/rental history from someone at market value that they DO NOT place on anyone who has subsidized housing. But the catch 22 is that you will be living in that type of environment, with people who have had prior evictions, broken leases, etc. So if you are market value, you have to be pristine....but if the government is paying your rent, then they give you a pass.Not only that, when I did a viewing, there was poop in a bedroom toilet, a bit of a pest control problem, and a lot of residue in the sinks/bathrooms.I was still willing to consider leasing (for God knows what reason), but looking at these reviews, it seems i may have dodged a bullet. Especially considering their manager seems to pull requirements out the side of his neck rather than assessing a person on a case by case manner. He is LITERALLY making up his own rules as he goes....which is kind of weird. Its not worth it.Also people, I ended up getting a BRAND NEW apartment somewhere else at market value, without the strict requirements for way less per month.My advice is to take your money elsewhere. Its not worth it, especially for what they are requiring. If you are going to rent at market value, go to a complex that has some actual organization, (ANSWERS THEIR PHONES), has structure, and fair leasing requirements. They honestly dont know what they are doing.

Bad experience with Linda.. Called to find out some info on a 3 bedroom apartment and got the run down on what information was needed, couldnt exceed over a certain amount yearly, how much rent will be, etc and was told to bring by proof of income since they are income based to pre-qualify and had asked if a unit was available to show and she she told me that they did but the unit would be on the 3rd floor and went ahead and set up an appointment. When we got there, she didnt even write down my info about the appointment and I called in the morning so I brushed it off but seemed as if we were being rushed since another person came in with an appointment. I had asked her if the unit was available to show since I already got all the info on the phone in the morning and just wanted to see the layout since it was a little bit bigger than their sister residents and she said its not ready yet which ticked me off since it was a waste of my time going over there when I was given the information on the phone. The sister residents Brandy had took care of us a couple months back and had a good experience overall but with this one, already tells you what kind of staff they have.

So these apartments at first i wasnt too happy Jason wasn’t Managing nothing! BUT come Mrs Christina and Sharefah and man these two woman made these apartments so much better they listen to you they work with you they do all they can for us here They have cleaned up and maintained so much here it is a process but these two got this thank you both for all ya did for me and my family ladies!! They truly are professionals at what they do..

Management is trash, maintenance TRASH the water has been out two days and they keep telling us it’ll be fixed in a hour! They need new management again ASAP! 🚨

One star is not even deserved. WARNING MILITARY MEMBERS (and anyone else really)!!!! DO NOT rent from this facility. I didnt do my research until after we moved in. And now Im beating myself up for not doing so. There is so much wrong with this place its embarrassing. For starters shortly after moving in, our car got scratched. Then when we put in a maintenance request, it took them nearly a month to fix the issue which caused mold to grow underneath the kitchen sink. Putting in a maintenance request is like pulling teeth. Now, my daughters bike was stolen off our patio. Luckily, it was recovered. And as of right now, the windows on our vehicle, the one that was scratched, have been busted out. This is the worst managed property. Yes, they are willing to work with you on certain things but all around this place is terrible, horrible, disgusting, trash, and all of the negative things that can be said. Oh and not to mention, not to long ago there was a drug bust in the complex. My kids and I dont deserve to live in such a crappy facility.

Im a current resident with my family. We have one of the market units. So far everyone is really nice. The apartment itself has great safety features and plenty of space!!

Been living out there going on 7 years. The Mangers are very nice and helpful.. Never had any problems getting things fix when need too.. Very clean pools and areas to let the kids play outside.. I love it.

Super upset, the big problem is so bad, I have been telling them to please come spray around the apartment, my daughter is only 2 years old and her room is the worst, brown recluse spiders in her room, and around 5:30am this morning was a damn scorpion, it got her foot, I didnt know what it was due to it still being dark outside and having little light in her room, I reached for her foot thinking she is freaking out over plastic being on her foot, I literally grabbed it and it stung me. So Im highly upset. Im thinking what else can be in her room.

Love these apts been here 5 yrs &i seen mangers &staff come &go but the 2 ladies we have now (Ms. Christine &Charifa (spell chk)) are the absolute best weve had. They make sure all my problems are met &solved. Theyve kept up these apts so well. Me &my Girls Are Proud 2 call These Apts Our HOME

DONT EVER MOVE HERE MY GRANDMOTHER LIVED HERE 5 years !! NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH USING THE POOL !! Until these new managers came and started makinh up stupid rules . They made my cousins 3, 5 , 8 years old get out the pool ! The kids started crying mind you that nobody is even using the pool !! Thats just crazy ! THAT WANNA BE COP OUT HERE HARRASSING PPL ! Just cause I told his ass off now he harrassing my GRANDMOTHER!

If I am emergency services and trying to locate a certain apartment, that person is screwed. Building numbers are NOT where you can see them, theres also no way to tell where a particular apartment is once you found the building number. Very shortsighted on the Managers part.

I put my application in last month on the 22 got denied and have not received my deposit of 400 hundred dollars . I talk with Myra and all she ever says is nothing came at this point I think there trying to take my money.

Thanks to our new manager Linda who brought the attention to the director Jason who was unaware that the problem was really bad together they worked really hard to address the issue knowing that we were handicapped they really came to our rescue.Also the place is really kept up from debris and bugs. I too have had a great experience with Brandy Ive seen the new manager but havent yet spoken with him seem on top of thing an attentive havent yet moved but saw the inside was supper nice very impressed how nice an clean✨things were updated floors professional painting was a gloss semi maybe loved that hate flat paint also loved that in the office they have a certificate for a weekly pest control park an pool for kids over all loved it five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best place Ive seen in the area

Cost 500$ for a dog and we asked the manager for a new microwave and its been four weeks and they havent came and they said it be there next week and they charge 40$ just to stay in your parking spot

YOU KNOW ITS BAD WHEN U STAY UP STAIRS AND YOU HEAR THEY NEIGHBORS RUNNING AROUND THE HOUSE, BOUNCING BALLS ON THE BALCONY AND LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10PM. After new maintenance, there is always a problem it’s Saturday the pool is close , every time I go the pool is close , second my apt has freezer burn been complaining for over a month , no one has come by.

They have a bad roach problem we had to leave early because of it we have a newborn baby preemie her car seat was infested with roaches I wouldnt move here if I were you but Jason is really cool

Not that great didnt like it at all to many problems bad parenting and the apartment it self has way to many bugs especially roaches.

DO NOT LIVE HERE I LIVED HERE LAST YEAR AND THEY HAVE A BAD ROACH PROBLEM AND DONT EVEN CARE . I HAD TO CALL MANAGEMENT MULTIPLE TIMES TO COME SPRAY THE APARTMENT.THEY COME AND SPRAY A LITTLE AND THATS IT .MY APARTMENT GOT INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND I KNOW IT WASNT ME .I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE BUT JASON IS COOL.

Male working there left me on hold 40 mins didnt care to answer my question then a woman picked up wondering what I was on hold for I would never lease here.

Its great new owners, new management that is working on cleaning up property.
