DON’T BUY HERE. Traffic from Great Hearts Northern Oaks, will make your life miserable. We have reach out to Meritage Home to support us with a big sign at each entrance that says: PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO U TURNS OR PASS THROUGH. But with no response from Meritage Homes. They don’t care about the hell that that is. Also, the north entrance, which is where the Model home is, once they finish building the houses on that entrance, will also be hell, bc cars will be parked on the street, narrowing even more the car flow, plus parents from the school I mentioned, also parking and passing through, that entrance will be impossible. The south entrance will be the only choice and in case of emergency, all of us reaching through there will be chaos. We need those signs Meritage! Also, plan something different with the north entrance. Obviously that design with NO room in north entrance lacks knowledge, character and empathy for us residents.
