I love this community and everything D.R. Horton has to offer, but their sales staff is absolutely AMAZING.Jamie and Bricia are always so nice and helpful! I always recommend people to visit these amazing girls!

This is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Very professional and I can’t say a single bad experience I’ve had. I love my new home and it’s perfect to every standard. Thought I was getting a quality home and turns out not. In the new part of Laurel Mountain Ranch and Ive seen two homes have their roof redone and THE HOMES ARE LESS THAN 4 YEARS OLD. I got an inspection on the roof stating something was wrong with the shingles so I contacted the BBB about issue and after two months I received someone to come out and fix it. I thought they fixed everything but it looks like that was a lie. I have a buyer and their inspection came back saying theres something wrong with the drip edge and other issues. So I called a roofing company to see how much it would be and he said it could cost a lot AND that he has completed a few homes in the area where THE WHOLE ROOF HAD TO BE REDONE BECAUSE OF POOR WORK. D.R is like KB homes. KB made poor quality homes and was sued for millions. D.R is throwing these homes together quickly and then want to charge you an arm and a leg. They cut corners and are money hungry. Shame on you D.R Express. You made this the last home I would buy from you all.

Very nice blueprints, quality shows in each home but prices are not within my reach.
