VIDA San Antonio (community)

Love living here at Vida. Really great and up and coming community on the southside. Great access to 410 and 35 from here and the community is close to every yet still in a quiet location.Really like the fiber internet that is probably the best price in the city that each home is connected to.Homes seem to be selling quickly which is good and lots of people moving in.

Never buy a lennar home i can literally punch through the side of the house into the garage they dont even paint the walls before they sell it to you, they leave hooes everywhere, cans and bottles IN YOUR WALLS, and not to mention cheap material cheap and unmodest worksmanship and a overall halfass feel. they dont even paint the house behind the wood if you have a deck(wobbly two stair 3x3 spot cheap AC systems, the water heater is the size of an xbox i could go on and on... I REGRET IT! do NOT buy a lennar home.

Single family homes.Highland Homes & Perry Homes.Great prestigious builders in San Antonio Texas.Vida will also be offering beautiful townhouses build by Sitterle Homes.( THUMBS DOWN ) I CANNOT believe that the developer allowed LENNAR to build in this beautiful neighborhood of VIDA.Lennar is a terrible builder. Just check out Lennars homes.. they look like disposable homes. LENNAR shouldnt be allowed to build.If you dare to build in Vida, forget about getting your money back.You cannot blend Lennar with Highland homes... Lennar is complete trash, and Highland homes is a prestigious home builder.I dont undeterstand how Highland Homes & Perry Homes are building in the same neighborhood. Terrible choice by a wonderful builder

Such a vibrant community! Love to see what VIDA is doing on San Antonios Southside. 💛 Me and my pupper really enjoyed our time at Ana Park.

It baffles me that these $450k average homes are placed to adjacent communities that are almost 90% economically disadvantaged or barely making the citys median household income.

It feels great to be a part of the best community.
