Highly recommend! Honest work at an honest price. This is my go to service team. The Evenflow team has installed our generator, serviced our HVAC system, fixed a gas leak, and they show up on time (sometimes earlier). The technicians are very nice, very respectful, and very knowledgeable. They keep us informed of what needs to happen with up front prices. I truly appreciate them and plan to use their services in the future.

I’ve had some electrical and HVAC work done by Evenflow recently and we ran into some challenges during the process. However, working with Austin and Mario, I see their commitment in genuinely wanting to help with providing exceptional service. Even the owner of the company (George) came to help with the installation of a new fan that he personally had experience in installing before. This was well after 5pm but he wanted to ensure I was a satisfied client and I’m very much appreciative of that. I would recommend considering Evenflow for your home system needs.

Company was great. Technician Austin Moore was very professional and explained everything he would be doing. He installed an outdoor ceiling fan and was diligent and showed me how to operate the fan once installed. I highly recommend this company.

My downstairs heating was not working when we woke up the day after roof was replaced. After reaching out to 2 different places & the quickest response was 2 days later w freeze approaching, I reached out to my roofers. They were able to get me a tech- Fritz to come in a few hours which was amazing! I was in & out of meetings at work but the tech was very thorough and soon found where the problem was. He took pictures of all the issues and sent them to me thru text and email at the end but had shown me the pics prior to recommendation. He informed me that one of the foil conduits came loose & will need to be clamped down. Moreover, he informed me that one of the AC unit plug prone was badly corroded and the electrical outlet had signs of burn which can cause fire. He recommended replacement and the cost would be $422. Then he told me that when his company installs AC/heating unit they automatically add an overflow switch to prevent flooding & see if I was interested. He gave me 2 options, adding the double protection the total would be about $1220 & the single protection total would be $822. I asked for a break down of parts & labor but he was not able to do so. I thought the price was quite high even for switching out the electric outlet and the cord but I needed to have heat even tho I am very capable of switching out the outlet & had done it in the past, I simply didnt have time. I am sure I can look up on YouTube DIY and learn how to switch out AC power cord easily but my mine was not set there as I was in & out of meetings so I agree to the $822 option as I had experienced the overflow water basin b4 & my AC maintenance guy had recommended the overflow protection but I didnt accept it. I appreciated the speediness of the response and Fritz able to identify additional problems to fix them. Howerver I probably could have waited to do a DIY on the overflow protection as I felt the price was way too high and techs should be able to give an itemization of parts & labor like the car mechanics do so I should have at least waited.

Contacted Evenflow for electrical service. Mr. Saldana arrived at our home the same day and was able to make the necessary repairs within a couple of hours. It was very refreshing to have a service company that actually stands by their work, is honest and personable, offers options, is reasonable and does not try to oversell their services. Highly recommend them and will happily share their contact information to family and friends.

After searching for an honest HVAC company Evenflow stepped up. Everyone from Stephanie Rose, Cecilio, Ryan, Brandon, & Felix put my concerns to ease. They answered all my questions about the process of replacing 45 year old air ducts and adding new vents, were efficient in minimizing any dust/debris, were hard workers and personable. I look forward to working with them on my HVAC needs going forward.

I had an appointment for a technician to come out for an estimate between 8 am - 11 am and no one showed, no call, no text, I tried to follow up a few times throughout the day by calling and leaving a message, even replying to the confirmation text.I have still not heard anything at all and it is 6:30 pm nowGuess they are not worried about a small job, which this one was, I do have a few other large jobs planned over the next 2 months, but I can guarantee you I will NOT be calling Evenflow at all.

Austin took care of me in fixing a new light switch in my bathroom. I was unable to turn the lights on so he fixed it which I appreciated . The cost for this service was higher then expected however so it would have been better to have received a verbal estimate from him before getting the service completed.

Anthony did an excellent customer service job . He explained in detail and showed me on his phone all the input/output data readings on his phone . Answered every single question I threw at him . I am really very very pleased with Anthony . I asked for a quote on a new unit and before he left , he sent me an email of the cost of the unit . These guys are awesome. The owner Jefff Saldana came out personally with his HVAC Tech Fritz Gutierrez late in the evening to get my heater up and functioning properly before a strong cold front was coming in. Their dedication was over the top and i would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC, electrical or any home and / or Commerical services.

Needed emergency help on a Saturday and received a very timely response. Jeff arrived, was very pleasant, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Jeff was knowledgeable and pleasant the whole time and the price for an emergence weekend service was very reasonable.

Had a great experience with Evenflow. They helped to address electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues in order to get my mom’s house sold. Evenflow saved us on Xmas eve! We had used them previously for a home repair and called them when our pipe burst from the freeze. They estimated they’d be out a couple days after Xmas but they made it a few hours after I called on Xmas eve! They had all the parts ready and fixed the issue quickly. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and willing to explain everything in detail. Was impressed and very happy with the service. I had my AC unit cleaned and diagnosed by Anthony. . He was thorough, professional and transparent. He took pics of my unit prior to the cleaning, (what I thought was supposed to have been cleaned by a prior company).,, sadly all the other company did was move things around and charged me as if they did the work. Bryan came out and did a great job getting our a/c running great. He was very professional and worked in a timely manner and explained everything and a/c is working great. Also he called me the day before to set up app’t and then texted when he was on the way the next day and he came according the time he promised. Great Job! Very pleased with this company! Was referred to by CPS for my free High Performance AC tuneup. There were several issues that were discovered during the visit which I expected given the age of the AC unit. Appointment was on Thurs 8-1-24, Andrew was nice and thorough. I had estimates from 3 companies & decided on this company. I called on Friday morning to schedule & the lady sounded a tad confused & told me she would have someone call me back to schedule, no call back. I texted Andrew & informed him & no follow up or text back. I wasted $59 for nothing. I am now with a company that returns calls. Please get better with communication. Thanks.

We called Even-Flow this morning because one of our units at our church was not functioning. The technician that came was very cordial and professional. He tested the unit and recharged it and got it working before he left.. He told me that when and if it quit working again to let them know. We had a few minutes to talk while he was working on the unit and he was very honest and upfront. I appreciated his work and the conversation we had and would recommend him and this company.

Purchased an AC unit back in Summer 2023. The unit has been functioning perfectly. Had generator running for about 18 hours straight and it turned off. I called George and he told me he would be here to address my issue by around 5:00 pm. After reviewing electrical companies, and their reviews, online, I called to set up an appointment with EvenFlow. They provided an appointment and told me about their service fee. The young lady told me that this fee fee would be waived, provided we had them do the work. This is pretty standard practice.The next day, a very nice, professional and experienced young man, Andrew Cantu, came, at the time set up, and proceeded to walk us through what the job would entail and what it might cost. We will very impressed with Andrew and when I called to set up the time for the work to be done, I told Destiny that we wanted Andrew to complete the job.Destiny referred to his schedule and set it up.True to his word, Andrew completed the work and answered additional questions that we had.We would highly recommend EvenFlow to do electrical work. I know that they provide other services; however, I cannot speak to those areas. George, the master electrician/owner of EvenFlow, came out initially for an estimate on a whole home generator. I explained that I was in the process of a solar panel addition and where they intended to connect to my house. He gave me the estimate for the entire system and also explained that it would behoove me to get a panel upgrade done at the very least given the specifics of my job and intent to eventually have a generator hooked up. His crew showed up on time and performed the work exactly as promised. I added surge protection to my home and now am ready for an eventual generator addition.

The team was professional on arrival. Team members worked well on cleaning the outside and inside a/c system. A/C is now running at higher efficiency and in general good health. I would recommend this service to all who qualify.

Keith came out to service my HVAC system. He was very polite and personable on time and identified himself. He went through the steps he was going to take to ensure my system was running at optimum efficiency. As he went through various stages. He kept me in the loop as to what he found, what the next steps were and when he finished he went through best practices invery easy to understand steps.

Even flow was extraordinarily professional, honest, and communicative. Their prices are competitive if not a little lower than others places with three times the professionalism. I felt that they honored my home as if it was their own and werent trying to manufacture or exaggerate more problems to fix and bleed me for money like a lot of contractor companies do. Their technicians, George and Jon, were gracious, communicative and (I cant say this enough), professional. They even gave some free advice on other projects I was working on separate from them.

The company did a tune up of our A/C system and the technician was quite thorough and considerate and polite. He explained everything very well. We were more than satisfied.

CPS Energy set up an appt to do a free tune by this company. They came and did the tune up and said that my AC needed cleaning and would be around $287 but that everything else looks good to go for the summer. I kindly declined the cleaning. So not even 6 days later my AC goes out. I call and let them know, they say if it deals with the tune up, itll be free of charge, if not, $200 charge to look at the AC, since its after hours. Me not wanting to go through the night without an AC agrees, because of course they will say its not the tune up that caused it (even with the technician stating that everything was good to go for the SUMMER, not 6 days) So he does his assessment, need to order a part that we cant fix it till tmrw. So, $200 down the drain, without a fixed AC and having Lupus and no AC, is not a good combination. Even if this was all by unfortunate circumstances, I do not trust this company. I feel like tmrw the part is going to be over priced and I just feel like someone that was taken advantage of, I regret trusting this company to do a free tune up. I will give credit that Keith is nice.

Mr. Keith Finch was assigned to conduct my inspection, he called me ahead of time to notify me of his expected arrival time which I appreciated. Keith was very professional and courteous from the moment I met him. I asked many questions and Keith took his time to conduct a thorough assessment. He pointed things out that were installed well, and pointed out other things that were installed poorly; thereby, increasing my energy consumption and showing me a poor installation. Keith extended having another technician come to residence at a future date to get a quote to fix the poorly installed equipment. Juan was very helpful and pointed out serious faults in our furnace and was very straightforward, which we appreciated very much. After he left, our thermostat at some point had shut off and our A/C as well. We gave him a call back and he sent an on call tech to us right away to figure out the issue. We recently had another company service our ducts and do maintenance on our A/Cs and was quoted $3000 to unclog a line and treat the mold from our AC. Mario came and took pictures and explained on the mold which was just discoloration from the condensation. I am glad I called and got another opinion. What a surprisingly fast and extraordinary experience in the heat of Texas summer when our A/C suddenly quit! We had Juan come and give us a quote for our AC and I felt good about it pretty instantly. We had just had a quote the day before with another company that was super high and honestly full of language that was meant to scare us. Juan, on the other hand, was very informational, and helped us choose the air conditioner that worked best for our family without trying to scare us or push us above where we were comfortable. He was also the only HVAC professional to walk into the house and immediately comment on the loud sound our system made.The actual installation was also great. We had Mike and Mateo who were super patient with me (I like to ask questions) and very pleasant the entire day. The install ended up going late since I had a lot of upgrades happening but they stayed incredibly professional and pleasant the entire time. I kept waiting to be told theyd have to come back the next day or that something was wrong that they wouldnt be able to fix (or that would end up being more money), but none of that happened. (They also made the sound that we had previously been told by another company would stick around, go away. Im not sure what kind of magic that was but Im relieved).We are very happy with our service and I will be scheduling to get my vents cleaned by them soon.

He saved me a lot in costs, stating that if the bubble on the ceiling is actively not leaking (which has been dry the whole 2 yrs since weve purchased the house) to not worry about it. But if it does actively leak, call them back. Even for the clog in the bathtub, which has been clogging every 3 months. He was honest to state that whatever i used to declog it, keep using it.Mario was very knowledgeable and understanding on the financial aspect of my outdoor AC. We has several estimates and theirs was in line with the others, however, we were so impressed with the Seth during the estimate process, we decided to go with Evenflow.Cecilio and his installation team were all outstanding. The install went smoothly and we are very happy with our decision to go with them. Evenflow went above & beyond in their install and taking care of other existing issues with our old systems. We highly recommend.

This company was great. They installed our generator last year and we had them come out this month to remote monitoring. John was quick, knew what he was doing, got us all set up.

I have used Evenflow for almost a year now. The first time I used them was last summer, I was out of state and my dogs were home w a sitter, and our AC broke. I panicked. I called one company and they weren’t helpful. Then I came across Evenflow. The gentleman who answered the phone put me at ease (I wish I could remember his name.) He assured me they would be able to help. Sure enough, they got someone out there that day and fixed it. Their customer service is beyond 5 stars. From the answering service to the technicians, AND management- they are amazing!! I ended up having a small issue with my AC yesterday and Juan came by today and got it all tuned up. I took advantage of a COS program to have my A/C unit tuned up. Keith from Evenflow showed up on time, actually a little early but called to make sure it was ok, checked the inside and outside units, and once he was done gave a detailed explanation of all that he did. He was friendly, professional and gave me a few money saving tips. Id certainly recommend the CPS tuneup with Evenflow to anyone.

Even flow sent master plumber Rob, who quickly assessed the situation. Removed the offending heater and looped my cold water, so insurance could begin mitigation. And he was on sight within 2 hours of when I called.This is a great family run business that I trust!

Cecilio came out for an A/C issue we were having, he arrived on time and was very professional and friendly while I explained the issue. He explained the issue I was having was due to a capacitor that wasn’t allowing the fan to start up thus overheating my system. With the system being 16 years old already I elected to hear about new systems and he was extremely knowledgeable, providing great explanations as to my options and differences between systems. I elected to purchase a new system and because of that he waived the repair cost just to keep us comfortable while we get on the schedule. I will provide another review after installation.

Needed a plumber same day since my first choice was a no show. Showed up within 1 1/2 hrs as promised. They were courteous friendly and quoted fair price. They had to go get part and returned in the time they said they would. They replaced the outdoor faucet handle, stopping water leak under 10 min. After I asked if they could give me estimate for same repair on a second faucet that was plugged for a future appt. They took a look and said they could do it now, which was great. They added second handle to second faucet as a last minute request. felt they did whatever it took to accommodate my requests while keep price reasonable and affordable. They resolved the water leak, gave me peace of mind and reassurance I could call them if I have any problems. Thank you for delivering fast dependable customer service. Highly recommend!!

Had an A/C tune-up. Tech explained everything that he did and suggested,only suggested not pushy, about things he found we could improve on. Definitely will call if I have any HVAC issues in the future or if I decide to upgrade the items he recommended.

I’m pleased with Evenflow Home and Commercial Services, the technician provided great service and was able to resolve our issue right away. We had noticed our AC was not cooling and it was getting hotter in our house. I called Evenflow scheduled an appointment, and an expert technician was ready to help the following day. The technician, Cecilio we had is very knowledgeable and was committed to help answer all our questions as to why the AC was not cooling. We were so impressed with the apprehension he had for this line of work and the quality of service he provided to us. George and the Evenflow team are great! Good customer service provided by Christy when scheduling appointment, with excellent communication and use of scheduling technology. They followed up well with confirmation notices and adjustments when they could come out earlier than scheduled. The install team of Fabian and Ray was courteous, provided good information to me during process, was efficient, and cleaned up well after install. This is our second fan installation with them. We will definitely use them again!!!! (We just had another fan installed and Fabian did an excellent job). Three’s a charm!!!!

Very impressed with the service that I received from George Saldana initially. He came out and diagnosed my problem right away and helped me with my insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company was like having teeth pulled at the dentist. George went out of his way several times trying to get my repairs approved. With much success in the end. When it came time for the repairs, Jonathan and Eric came out and took care of everything that George promised. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service upgrades. I cant stress enough how much George helped with the insurance company. Where most people would given up, he persisted to the end. And thanks again to Jonathan and Eric for all the professional work they provided. Would definitely use them again if necessary.

You have found your new go to repair place!! Our A/C went out around 9:11pm today 6/25/22. I looked for and found Evenflow Home & Commercial. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Yolanda. She sent me Seth Ortega who arrived at 10:14pm looked at the outside A/C unit. It was the capacitor and the part was $259 the service charge for weekend and after hours was $199. Seth fixed my A/C by 11pm he was very professional and he exceeded our expectations far beyond what we needed. Thank you Evenflow for the most amazing A/C service experience we have ever had! We needed to get electrical work on our home which meant upgrading both inside and outside panels, underground wiring and additional outlets. Andrew came by and assessed everything needed. The difference between them and the other company was they were very detailed including permits.They will always be our go to choice for our electrical and plumbing needs.

Mike & his son Mike Jr. came to fix our AC that wasn’t cooling. They were great at communication and answered all the questions I had. Very fair pricing compared to what we were quoted. Also, since our AC wasn’t cooling and the house was 87 degrees, Seth made a separate trip the day before to install a window ac unit to keep us cool until they could come fix it. 10/10 recommend.

This is my first time using Evenflow , the technician Raymond W. explained everything to me concerning the servicing on my homes AC system. He was very acknowledgeable, professional and very concerning to my plight as my previous serving company who without any explanation completely disappeared, out of business, no return on my contracting fee. Cecilio Guerras his name, honestys his game. I called Evenflow because Goettl told me I needed to replace my entire AC system for $12,000. Goettl told me it is a buyers market for houses. Lie. Cecilio from Evenflow arrived on time and in a very down-to-Earth way told me the only thing my AC needed was the coils cleaned. Best case scenario I thought I needed at least a several thousand dollar repair. I was price-shopping. But I couldnt even get Mr. Guerra to recommend me anything more than a $189 coil cleaning which he did on the spot. I really like Evenflow, and I really like my service technician. Theyre good people and they saved me a serious pile of money. Thanks Evenflow.

Our AC unit was having issues and thankfully Jesus , came on short notice. He assess the situation and thoroughly explained to us all our options. Within a few minutes our AC was working properly again. We are glad we called Evenflow .

Eric is the technician who visited my home. He first called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. He assessed the issue and had it resolved within 15 mins. He provided a business card and answered questions in regards to additional things I want to address in the near future. My first encounter was a great experience.
