On November 18th I was helped by two very helpful gentlemen in the plumbing section. We found what i needed to install a gas space heater. When i got home, one of the connectors was missing from the package i had purchased. On November 19th, i returned and spoke with a very helpful young lady in customer service. She asked for assistance from one of her coworkers, a lady named Belinda. Belinda brought a selection of packages to the customer service desk and was very rude, even a bit surly, asking me which piece was needed. When i replied, pointing at the connector i needed, she responded even more rudely, questioning my understanding of what i needed. Even the customer service lady was embarrassed by Belindas behavior. She does not represent what is best about Home Depot.
Home Depot services are great . Had our front door done by them with a lifetime warranty & they did an excellent job. Still doing great.
The guys hide, they dont want to help customers cashiers are friendly and courteous
