Really nice and helpful.

I hired home depot to redo my shower. It has been 6 months and its incomplete; unable to use it. I have no glass to surround the shower. They sent an incompetent contractor who removed my shower wall and replaced it with a thin material that is used on kitchen.countertops. Im making payments and have no shower. I am so disheartened. I get nothing but excuses.

Great cust service. Jackie,at the register, right away,assisted,by calling another employee,to assist us, in the lumber dept . Amador ,from plumbing dept,came to assist us. He was ,extremely helpful & offrd additional assistance, if needed. :Amador stay as kind as you are & be blessed. Jackie youre great. Home Depot,too many workers in the am but ,none avail,on the floor, after 5PM, really. None avail at all.

The worst Home Depot I have been associated with. Flawed ordering, receiving and installing and the customer service is horrible. And dont expect them to call you when they say they will because they wont. Quoted me $235 on a door install and then tried to charge me $369.

Need to do a better job keeping their stock of parts in store

If this is Home Depot, I love it. Always find what Im looking for.

Even on a Sunday I got great service.

Worse place to find employees n ask for help while looking for what you need.
