Pronto Insurance

The price is great and the customer service was awesome! So far I dont have any complaints. A plus side too is that they automatically offer Road Side Assistance without the extra cost but not sure if its only for Full Coverage or Liability since I have one of each on my policy.

Whenever I have an interaction with Pronto the care, attention, and knowledge is always what gets me. I have always had great experiences with this company and the woman who works the front desk, Mari is amazing at helping customers!!! Thank you Mari and everyone at Pronto for being a step above the rest when it comes to being there for the customer.

Contacted this place and spoke to a Marie, not really well versed to say the least. Better your customer service. The quote I received was $1200 more than State Farm!!! Rip off!

Says opens at 8am called right at 8am all tge way to 815am..if not open please change time on Google

In the past I had always insured my vehicles with a major insurance company. It wasnt until recently that my son needed insurance, that I went into a Pronto, and was pleasantly surprized! Professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I couldnt be happier!
