We had no issues getting to close and this has been our best experience with a lender (third purchase). I also appreciated that Becca was not pushy whatsoever and never made us feel like she was trying to force us into a home. She was just so easy to work with, so patient, so understanding, and so transparent. I ask a LOT of questions and always want to wrap my head around financial decisions I make. Mortgage process is convoluted but Becca patiently explained and re-explained until I had a good understanding and felt comfortable.

I liked that she was a local broker and we were able to establish face to face meet, greet, and run through different scenarios for down payments and VA loan. She was always responsive via text, phone calls, or on line. I liked all the ease of the E-signature and the E-Mail keeping me up to date on documents required for upload as well as the loan process. When the builder required me to go through their preferred mortgage broker to get me the best rates for the community, she adjusted her rate to meet the same parameters. She was also present at my closing which I appreciated. Im old school and liked the personal interaction and ease of working with her, I felt completely supported through the entire process. She was also very responsive in answering and explaining everything I had questions on through every step of the way. I highly recommend her service.
