Man they roped me in with great customer service and a nice looking interest rate, but the second closing began, Zach disappeared And I was left with Ruthie who was great! Ruthie got right on every question I had; however she had limited power when it came to things such as investigating why my interest rate went up so high at the last second, or why we need an extremely specific letter written from my CPA the day before closing!So many things made my last 2-3 weeks of closing a nightmare! To the point I almost lost the house because we kept having to reschedule my closing date.While AML got me a competitive rate the service definitely lacked. Tread carefully
