On a 28 day contract she had us clear to close almost 2 weeks early. Always keeping the team informed, and always instilling confidence in the buyer. Very disappointed with the customer service, loyalty and honoring there word. when i first spoke to my loan officer, Mike quoted me a rate on a 30 years loan at 3.25 and the total closing cost of 4750 dollar and didnt mention regarding any points and i have ask him several times via email and on phone conversation if there are any hidden fees or anything else let me know now begore i sign up with you . we began the process and i emailed everything, and when the funding got approved and we were in the last step things got changed and got ugly. he charge a rate of 3.75, with 3 point of 3.75 and the closing cost to nearly 9500 dollar. the closing cost change the double it and the rate gone up, I talk to him about it that why the closing cost change and why did he add points to it, he said my boss give you one point discount, when he send the document for second time review the price even got worsen, i just agreed and close the loan, because I had a cosigner on my current loan i just refinance with this mortgage company. they use old republics title company it took them 8 days to arrange notaries to sign the documents because I was closing online and take additional 7 days to pay off my loan. be very careful with this company they say one thing and do something else in last day of funding they will freeze you with the changes in their prices . I have all the emails as proof that what they did with me.
