I really appreciate Lennar’s whole team. Every department I worked with was awesome, Starting with my Home consultant, Jesse Villanueva, my loan officer, Michael Cantu, My concierge, Helen Garcia, the Underwriters , My Customer Care lady Lorena, my escrow officer etc. etc. Such a great team to work with everything was fast and efficient. God bless you all. This is a downsizing home, 1266 ft.² I appreciate in my retirement ♥️♥️♥️

Throughout the process, I have no clue on getting me home. I had doubts. I didn’t believe that it was possible, but at the same time I like to congratulate and thank Natasha, Maricela, Suzanne, and PhilAt first, I was frustrated. I was thinking no, but it was gonna help me that they were gonna give up and I was wrong throughout the process. They have issues on getting all my information. My two years work history having to deal with my payroll my check stuff and also I was connected with a debt consolidator and I had to completeAnd pay off my debtAlso, I had reapplied because the builders were gonna assist me with 8000 and I was low on having money reserved in the bank which is required from Lennar so as I resubmitted my form, they assisted me with $10,000 on closing costs and I provided the rest .Also, the people at the office treating me like Family. They’re very wonderful. I would recommend getting a house to Lennar and ask for Natasha. She is a wonderful and persistent optimistic Loan Officer .

Working with the team at Lennar was a great experience, but one employee in particular went above and beyond: John Pease. Throughout my first home buying journey, he provided exceptional support from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful in breaking down numbers, comparing different homes, answering all my questions, and thoroughly explaining any documents. They took the time to explain each step in the process and communicate next steps after we completed each milestone. It was a very smooth transaction and everybody had their own roles to help you every step of the way. It only took us about 3 weeks (less than 1 month) and we got our keys to our new home.

Miranda Santos went above and beyond all expectations. When we ran into difficulties, she never stopped until a solution was found. She made the whole experience of buying a home so much easier. Even though she her plate full, she makes you feel like a priority and that you matter. If it weren’t for Miranda and Flora Arriola I would most likely not be in my new home.

My home loan was sold to another lender which is what we expected. However we were told that even though our loan was sold that we still need to make a payment to Lennar. I called sooo many offices and no one could tell me how the funds will be reflected on my loan with the new lender if i paid Lennar for a loan they no longer held...? How do you not know your process? Dont you do this all the time? This phone number above is no longer in service and if you call the general customer service line get ready to wait for 45 minutes on hold, Im not exaggerating at all. I like the people that helped me get my home but damn getting help after the fact is hard.

If I could put no stars , I would. I’ll never buy a house with you guys just because of Kim and Shannon. Yeah these people owe me money. I’ll make sure to let everyone know about this and I’ll make sure they avoid this builder. Congratulations, you guys played yourself!!

Excellent service! Outstanding communication from start to finish! I was truly thankful for Jesse as he showed up and my walk though, and made sure I got everything addressed with my builder. He was my sales rep but, he was more than that, as a women doing it alone, he stepped in and made sure I had everything was covered with my builder. I got a 3rd party inspection twice and all my concerns were addressed that needed to be fixed. My loan officer was excellent in communication. It was a smooth process! I want to say thank you to ADRIANA TREVINO. If it wasnt for her, I probably would have not continued with the loan process. I got tired of being asked for the same things over and over again by CLARRISA ESTEFAN. If Clarrisa would have taken the time to look in the customer portal or even her email, she would have seen that anything and everything that was asked for had already been asked for by Adrianna. I was to the point that dealing with incompetent people was not my thing, but Adriana assured me that she would take over and make things run smoothly from this point on. I was also promised a refrigerator from Jose the construction manager and I just found out that I was not getting one. It would not have been so bad, but I just sold my refrigerator last week because I was guaranteed that I would get one and I would have to register it for the warranty. Communication is needed and I see that there is very little of that going around. If you promise someone something you need to honor that promise and NO, we dont want to hear any excuses. He ensured that all of my documents were submitted prior to going into underwriting, which simplified the underwriting process because they had everything that they needed and nothing else was required. The underwriter, Louella Hendon was a delight. She even helped me with having something on my credit removed that was not supposed to be on my credit. She kept in communication with me until I received my clear to close. I would also like to thank Sabrina Sarabia, Devon Segers, and Jesus Orona with Lennar. Their Customer Service was top tier. I read a lot of negative reviews about Lennar but my experience was totally different and we love our new home! I recommend that everyone get 3rd party inspections, no matter the builder. I will say that the few thing things that were on the report from our 3rd party inspection, were addressed in a timely manner. Everything had been corrected before the final walk through. Thank you to Lennar and our entire Lennar Team for making my family’s dream come true. This will be our forever home!

The only reason I leave one star on this review is because of a magnificent jewel named Teenie Bill. She was by far the most transparent, helpful, and caring individual in this whole process. She answered every question she could and didn’t send me straight to voicemail, she is amazing. This was my first home-buying experience and it was excruciating. Lennar is probably one of the worst corporations you could buy a home through. From the miscommunication to the last minute closing appointment, this experience was muddled and confusing. There was no communication between departments therefore, no one knew what was going on from one day to the next. You have to pick up your keys from a model home in the neighborhood you’re buying the house in and they don’t bring them to closing. They also don’t allow you to walk the house the same day as closing as many other title agencies do. If you are in desperate need of a quick, easy, and cheap home, Lennar is the way to go.

Despite the clear organizational pressure on Kim to encourage me to close on something before their end of fiscal year, she never made me feel pressured to step into anything I was uncomfortable with. She answered all my questions clearly and didnt give me any issue when I started having reservations on the first house I was under contract for. When I wanted to switch houses within Lennar, she immediately took care of everything. Despite the negativety I saw directed at Lennar Mortgage in these Google reviews, the Bulverde team gave me the best lending experience I couldve asked for as a first time home buyer.For context, I do have good credit, a solid stable income, am a veteran, and read every document they sent me from top to bottom. In short, I didnt fall into any categories that may have caused tension.

My loan officer Abraham is great. He deserves 5 stars, along with the team handling the build. But dealing with Lennar in general has been very frustrating. We requested that I be contacted for everything, and they failed to contact me and called my husband instead, who has no phone access at work. It was so bad that I believe they didnt think I was important enough in the process to be reached out to after multiple requests. If youre a man, Im sure its great, but if you are a woman who handles the business.. good luck...

This was my first home buying experience and I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. For everything being done by the same company you would think things would have gone smoothly but every chance they could make things difficult they did. I made it very clear that I have two jobs, one of which starts before the sun is even up, and they still sent documents late in the day while still expecting me to get them done immediately. But when you need to get a hold of anyone involved they dont answer half the time. Even my closing day was ruined because they didnt even send my files off to be finished until half an hour before my closing time so I didnt get my keys until almost 7 hours later. Overall the customer service was horrible with a few exceptions here and there. So thank you for the house but never again would I buy a Lennar home or recommend them to anyone I know.

We absolutely loved our sales rep, Devon. He was great and very friendly. We have no complaints about him whatsoever. The issue we had was with our mortgage lender, Natasha. She was lacking very much in communication with us. We would ask her what steps were next and she would not reach out for another week and then rush us through paperwork that was needed the next day. We would reach out to her multiple times throughout the week and she would leave us and our realtor on read. She messed up our numbers multiple times and would blame others. She made this experience extremely stressful for us. The other Lennar staff that we came in contact with were wonderful! They were very helpful to get is closed on time.

They are trash. Their company comprised my foundation with grading issues and refused to fix them. Worst decision of my life choosing to go with them for a new home. I had to spend over $2,000 to fix the issues. As a disabled veteran, my disability is my only income so Im on a tight budget to fix it. So it’s very disappointing. I was having with pooling water in my backyard due to the retaining wall that was put in behind the houses next to mine and then the irrigation systems on the houses on the hill further down the hill to the right of my house after they built my house a year later. I called and messaged several times to have someone come and fix it and no one helped or cared. I was blown off. I saw a Forman working down the street and told them what I had going on, and they told me it was the retaining wall and the irrigation and they were fixing it. A year later I was still having the issue. So thanks to them for messing up my foundation and not helping me. I’ve reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General’s office. My next step is to report them to the VA since that’s who I used to get my Home Loan. I know their company has several cases pending for lawsuits. Do better.

Lennar made it very easy for me to get through the purchase of my first home. While the process was long and very tricky, I had people who were guiding me throughout. I really appreciate the work that they put in to ensure that I knew what I was doing and that I was making the best decision for me.

I would not give any stars if this survey would allow it.Scheduling time to visit a new build went well. That was about all. This company is very unorganized. We started with a VERY aggressive, insensitive man first and it went downhill from there. There were so many people asking/requesting documents from every directions. Yet they never seemed to be on the same page EVER. Our experience with our Notary was the only positive experience during the closing. Now that we closed (virtually) we seemed to have been dropped. We still do not have keys to our new home and are now not receiving a call back from Lennar. They were very quick with responses when they were requesting us to wire our down payment. Now that closing is complete Lennar does not seem to remember we exist. I WILL never buy from Lennar and I will make sure anyone in search for a home hears about our experience.

We finally closed lon October 9 after ironing out a few kinks that prevented us from closing on the original date of Oct. 6. Thank you, Josh. Hoping to meet you in person sometime soon.

My wife and I had a lot of issues with communication and not getting back to me about documents needed until the day before we were scheduled to close which lead to pushing back the closing date at least 2-3 times for a week each time. There was one point in time when I called, texted and left multiple messages just to follow up and make sure everything was on track so we can close and did not get responses back at all for about a week if not longer, then when I did it was to let me know they need more documentation and that the closing got pushed back due to that. I understand personal stuff happens (which is what I was told when I got a response back) but at least some type of communication letting me know someone is unavailable and to get with someone else would have saved us so much time, energy and headaches instead of just getting flat out ignored. Even the Lennar sales rep was upset with the lack of communication with him and my agent as far as the mortgage side of this purchase. All in all it got done so I am grateful for that but it was a lot of work on my end having to be the one to follow up and advise all parties involved of the status changes on my loan instead of internal and external communication being done.

The inconsistency is absolutely terrible with Lennar Mortgage. If it wasn’t for Lennar Title to fix everything I would have not went through with the home buying process. Lennar Mortgage especially Christine Ordenez my loan officer did not always keep in contact with me and was never available when I needed her. She did not gather all the documents needed, my loan processor had to. Also, Christine Ordenez did not update my rate before closing, so the title company had to get everything fixed that day of my closing. I waited over 5+ hours to finally sign the CORRECT paperwork. My rating for Lennar Mortgage is absolutely low, but Lennar Title yall did amazing thank you!

I had a very smooth closing experience with Lennar Mortgage! As an investor, my earnest money deposit was 10% of the purchase price, and any hiccups with the mortgage could mean a considerable cost and headache for me. Lennar Mortgage gave me a fantastic underwriting and closing experience, and I didnt face any issues. My loan officer Natasha Wall ensured they had all the documents they needed for the underwriting, collected them early, and got clear to close almost a week before the closing date.They also gave me nearly 200 points lower interest rate as a preferred lender program, making it a killer deal overall. You also get seller credit as part of the preferred lender program. I will again choose Lennar Mortgage if I invest more in Lennars newly built properties.

I received a great rate and they paid the closing cost for me, they walked me through the whole thing hundreds of miles away, my loan officer went out of his way to help me out and for this I am thankful, the Lennar team is an awesome friend to the New Home Buyer.

Not sure where to begin but I’m going to stick to the facts. Dealing with Lennar, you can expect minimal communication throughout the process of the loan. Lennar Title was never actually reachable until closing. Charlynne, the Settlement Agent, never responded to any emails or messages within their portal. Do not go with them if you value transparency or communication. Got my final balanced CD 1 1/2 days prior to closing, kept me guessing on final cash to close and thus, had to rush to wire funds. They don’t operate as if they are working for your best interests. Glad it’s over with.

Mickey Sullivan with Lennar Mortgage is an exceptional choice. He is professional, courteous, honest and true to his word. I was able to communicate very effectively and promptly with him when I had questions. I would definitely recommend his services for your next purchase.

When we called our loan officer, there was a message saying that he is on vacation and will not be back until the second of January. That would have been something nice to know. You did leave a number to call for help until you got back. Unfortunately, no one answered. So eventually we got in touch with someone from the Proof website to talk us through. You want me to give you a what? You joking right?

At the beginning of the process was great. Chris was amazing he was very professional. Then it crashed and burned. Non-responsiveness, walk through was horrible, lack of communication with myself and my representative. The closing happened, however; as of today I do not have possession of my home.

I am a Veteran, who suffers from severe PTSD that was able to purchase my first home while sitting at my kitchen table. I travel twice during the whole process, once to select the property I want to purchase and second time was to sign all documents and pick up keys to my new home. The Lennar team handle all problems with solid solutions and efficient communication through emails, text messages and telephone calls. From the time I selected the home to buy until the time I got the keys to my new house was less than 30 day. Mortgage did outstanding and went the extra mile. Construction side, not so much. Mainly at the end. Salesman could use some help with communication and people skills.

My loan officer does not communicate well and has made my first home buying very stressful. Here is a message I texted him today. I bet I won’t even get a response back from him.Joseph,You have not been helpful in this process that should be an exciting one rather than a stressful one, but that is all you have made me feel. I know the Lennar house is just beginning to be built and my questions may not be as important to you because you have other homes that are closing, but you are my designated loan officer. I did not choose you, you were chosen for me and I have to put all of my trust in you because I am your customer. You have not shown any type of customer service that would have me recommend you or your company. I too work with people and if any of my students parents have questions I am always available to answer day or night because their children’s education is in my hands. I hope that you can change your attitude towards your customers because I can say that you have not been available to us.-Joanna Martinez

The process was easier than I expected. The people there are very helpful with all the steps.

Don’t waste your time with this company. The absolute worst and ruined any Hope I had in any lender as a first time homebuyer. Everyone with this company lacks customer service, and there is no communication at all unless they are telling you that closing has been pushed back or that you are denied for the loan. My closing date was pushed back twice with only two day notice! I left voicemails, and lengthy emails expressing my frustration and I only got a response when my realtor reached out. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is not worth the headache, nor stress. Do NOT go through Lennar Mortgage/Eagle Home AT ALL.Fast food restaurants give better customer service than these loan officers assigned to your file.

Great service from start to finish. The Lennar team was always available for contact and very friendly. This experience has been so positive!

Lennar handled things quickly and made it a easy process. We are so glad we went with them and now get to enjoy our new home.

As a REALTOR, my name is on the line when I recommend a builder or any other participant in the home buying process. Lennar is a good builder but their incentives are tied to their lackadaisical and unprofessional mortgage company.They simply don’t recommend using their mortgage company...when you are building a home, it is not like you can’t see the train coming down the tracks for MONTHS. There is no reason that closing should ever be based on a builder’s own mortgage company. Buyers deserve better.UPDATE: We finally got this one closed but it was painful. If you must use their Lennars Lender, start pushing hard 1 week out from closing. Pushing to find out what documents they will need and making sure they are reviewing the file before the last moment. Their loan processors are not local to San Antonio so there is a time mismatch so take that into account. Dont be afraid to work their chain of command to get things moving if they seem to be stalling out.

My loan officer Abraham C was attentive, thorough, friendly, and compassionate. He is a great person and better employee he did awesome.

I wish I could say it was a positive experience working with Eagle Home Mortgage Loan but it has been far from that. Throughout the process, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I would send emails, leave voicemails and have to get in contact with the realtor to receive a call back! We called weeks before closing to get a time and were told the day before our closing date that it was being pushed back two weeks. We were sent Closing Disclosures thinking that its finally moving along to hear its being pushed back and still werent told if we were approved or not. I dont recommend working with Eagle Home Mortgage. Save yourself the trouble and find a different lender to go through.
