Karen Baeza is a Loan officer I have been working with to do the financing of my new home. It was a tough sale because it involved a relocation company which is a whole other animal when it comes to doing real estate sales and he was doing the mortgage for us in Florida from Texas! From the time we made the offer to the time we closed was 33 days and each day was filled with challenges from the selling side that he was ready to except and find solutions for! Communication was not just daily but hourly with him and that is the kind of communication I needed moving 4000 miles from Seattle to Florida while trying to buy a house sight unseen! So if you’re looking for a lender I’m sure you can scroll through a Google search and find thousands of them. But if you’re looking for a lender that’s going to go to bat for you and knows how to handle any type of challenge or issues that may arise in a facilitated way then Sean is your guy and orange mortgage is your lending company!

Horrible experience! At Closing day we found out the loan officer Karen Baeza made a mistake (around eight thousand dollar mistake) and we had to cancel the contract. She accepted her mistake and we ended up losing around three thousand dollars for pulling out. Her boss still called me and my wife to try to convince us to go through with the loan even though it was something we did not agree with. Stay away from this company!!! They only care about closing the deals and they don’t care if they lie or make a mistake.
