In 2021, I contacted Caleb De La Cruz while he was working with a different company. I was moving from New Mexico to San Antonio and I needed to secure funding for a new home. I had foreclosed on a home 6 years prior but Caleb was able to secure funding for me and I was able to purchase the best home I have ever lived in. Since then our bond was secured. I call Caleb for advice and his professional opinion on many issues. In my view, he is the go too guy when it comes to financing for homes. When my neighbors decided to move, I immediately called Caleb on a weekend and he began the process of assisting me to captalize on a SECOND home! Caleb makes dreams come true! He went above and beyond to help me accomplish my goals and I will always consult Caleb first with any real estate purchases I make. Buying our second home using our VA loan with REV was an amazing experience, thanks to Wyndy, Cody, and Stephanie. The process was seamless, and their guidance made everything feel effortless. Attending the seminar was a game-changer—we wouldn’t have known where to start without it (seriously). If you’re a veteran looking to buy, especially beyond your first home, I can’t recommend REV Mortgage enough!

Today we had Chris, Caleb, Kate, and Henry come out to our unit in San Antonio to educate about 20 Airman on VA Home Loan resources. He gave an overview on the process and how we can best leverage our entitlements. Chris and the team did an amazing job. Cleared up some VA loan myths and answered a lot of our Airmans questions. Great team we have in our local area. Looking forward to working with them again.

Worked with Mayra Rojo and not a good experience at all. Numbers were ALWAYS wrong. Here we are 2 months after moving into our home and surprise, Mayra contacts us that she got our numbers wrong and can’t sell our loan because she didn’t make sure our paperwork was correct. Imagine going into closing not knowing what your final costs are because your lender can’t give you proper paperwork with correct numbers. Rev mortgage definitely sold us at their conference and got us excited about buying a home and then stuck us with Mayra who made the experience so unsettling and had us questioning what we would be paying and again, we have closed, been in the house and here she is with a new problem.would not recommend when you’re making such a huge purchase.

Where do I begin? My family got nowhere with our prior lender. Michael Berlanga, was heaven sent from day one every time I spoke with him he kept me updated. RUN AWAY and GO TO A CREDIT UNION INSTEAD.They are used car salesmen at the very core. My experience with them was the very worst part of the home buying process. Lindsey Sheltons team pestered us to sign documents to hasten the process for their sole benefit and even when presented with competing rates, they refused to match it with infinite excuses.Made calls and changes to our home insurance policy without so much as a courtesy heads up to prior to doing so.Unprofessional and turns sour when you disagree with their terms.If being taken advantage of is your goal, this is the team for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

Michael went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredible smooth process. Even outside of business hours he would be on top of things answering any questions or working to get the loan approved with any obstacle that popped up along the way. He was very knowledgeable and professional I could not have asked for someone better or willing to make it happen for us. As a first time home buyer I appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the mortgage process. We are extremely happy with Michael and his team.
