Working with David and his team was a fantastic experience. My situation when buying my home was a little complicated, and he was there to help me out every step of the way. I was never made to feel like I was a nuisance or asked a dumb question and I was never left wanting information. Any time there was an update, David was calling me to let me know and shepherd me through each step. I could not imagine a better lender to work with and will certainly reach out to them again if I find myself in the market in the future.

As a Realtor, its very important to work with a lender that will work as a team with you and your clients. Dave was a team player all the way! He was very promt with communication and getting the transaction to run smoothly. The apprasial was done so quickly and my client was able to close early! I would definitely recommend him in the future.

From the start our Lender David was very pushy and rude. I got multiple phone calls every day demanding information and documents that I was not able to retrieve at the time, even after I explained when we would be able to get them. On top of this, we were given false information about closing costs and shown a lack of understanding in basic real estate when being told we owed an entire year of property taxes up front. David gained our business because he stated he offered the best rates, which they did. Even with the low interest rates my wife and I wished we had gone with someone else, and almost did multiple times when having to deal with him. He was not only demanding of us, but to my realtor as well, calling him on multiple occasions to do his job for him. We were treated as if we worked for him, and at the slightest inconvenience he would call us demanding answers from us right away. My wife is an adult with a career and was referred to by David as “kiddo”. All in all it was a very poor experience and made the entire process much more stressful than it needed to be. For reference, this is our third time going through this process. After all of this, we’ve received multiple phones calls requesting us to leave a 5-star review. If you are willing to deal with a very difficult lender and get extremely upset every time his caller ID pop up on your phone just to get a good rate then by all means go with them, but looking back I definitely wish we would have picked someone else.

My husband and I got a reverse mortgage with the help of Dave Lindsey . He was extremely patient with us as it was a long process. He communicated regularly and always answered my calls. He was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!!!!! 5 stars!!
