Very thankful for Adam at Sente Mortgage. I contacted Sente Mortgage in late December of 2016 and just bought a home in December of 2017. Literally for a year, Adam stuck with me keeping me updated on market conditions and available lending options. Adam took the time to truly understand my need and followed through to the end with excellent service during the entire journey. I would highly recommend Adam for his knowledge, genuine care, and great customer service. Adam was truly a mortgage partner for me and my family. Thanks Adam!

I can’t begin to give enough thanks to Christian and Victoria helping us through our first home purchase. We looked around for help after a failed attempt of applying for a mortgage by ourselves with our credit union RBFCU, we decided on Sente. From day 1 they have followed up with us and guided us through the whole process and made it just super easy experience. I don’t have a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect. They have their process just locked in. Not once did I feel left out if the loop and not aware of what’s going on. They always answered our calls and emails promptly but most of the time they were ahead of any questions or concerns. We recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah and Christian Chacon. We couldnt have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable group to work with. We highly recommend the Sente mortgage team. If you have credit issues that are affecting your ability to purchase a home, they have algorithms that have proven successful. We had tried different credit building and credit repair avenues for a years now. All to come up even worse than when we started. Within 3 months of contacting Hannah and Christian, our credit scores were where they needed to be and better! Such a huge relief. Roughly 3 months later we are proud home owners.

I was given Sente Mortgages information from my realtor. I had never heard of them before but we decided to give them a call since my realtor trusted them. We got to speak to Christian Peter and he was super nice and gave me all the info to get started. We then got to speak to Stephanie Thornton who assisted us step by step by step to get us where we wanted to be. She would call us to see how we were doing and answered all my millions of questions. She was always so pleasant and genuine when talking to us. She held our hands every step of the way and we appreciate that with this being a first home purchase. We absolutely love her. I shopped around for mortgage brokers, and Tyler was the best. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process very smooth. Tyler actually calls you in a responsive manner, and is gives you what you need. Lauren the loan processor, was great to work with. I was able to start the refinance process and close within 4 weeks on 2 properties. I would definitely recommend Tyler with Sente Mortgage.

We didnt work with Sente, but REALLY wish we wouldve picked them from the start (our realtor referred us to a different company, but we shouldnt have listened).We contacted Vince after our loan officers at AmCap (different company) almost lost us the deal (multiple times) by filing some paperwork incorrectly. I saw the reviews on here, and immediately called Sente Mortgage as a plan B in case things went south. Vince eased our mind and sent us everything we needed that same day, despite the crazy market!The sellers were asking us to put more earnest money down if we switched lenders, but luckily, our loan officers were able to correct the problem after their manager got involved.Vince, on the other hand, was absolutely attentive and responsive. He was always checking in (unlike our loan officer), and we felt like he genuinely wanted to help us close on our home.I highly recommend working with Vince – he gained my trust and made us feel taken care of. We will be using Sente when we buy our next home.

Sente mortgage has been a Godsend to me! We bought a home, minus a realtor, and Victoria Bowden and Amy Lux helped me every step of the way. I am extremely grateful to these two ladies for all of their help, advice and much needed encouragement. They took what is usually a very stressful situation and made it almost completely stress free for my husband and myself.We closed on our home on Monday.If we ever sell or purchase another home they will definitely be my go to. I just moved here in October and was put in touch with Sente Mortgage through my realtor. Things went incredibly smooth with them (I worked with Michele and Stephanie). They were super-fast in processing everything and contacting us to make sure we understood everything going on (we were first timers). John Golder and Kelly Hammons were fantastic to work with. John was honest and straight forward from the beginning, that is what helped me make my decision to go with Sente Mortgage. They were extremely helpful and made me feel like I was their only client when they talked to me. As a client, that is how you want to feel like you are the number one client for them. They also went beyond what they needed to and have even offered help should we need it in the future. John is definitely the reason I would go back and use Sente Mortgage. Although the purchasing process has been the most stressful thing I have been through in some time, I am very grateful that I had John and Kelly on our side.

We dealt with THE best team ever - Carlo and Jenna. They helped us every single step of the way, working well into the night to make sure that everything ran smoothly. They were highly professional but extremely personable at the same time. I actually miss talking to them on a daily basis. :) If you are looking to get a mortgage, Sente is the way to go.

Michele Fisher has been kind, honest, professional, funny and communicative throughout the whole process. We didnt know much of anything being first time home buyers. Anytime I had a question Michele was responsive and informative and I always felt comfortable asking any question. She never made me feel like I was asking too much. She put me at ease about several of my worries. She helped us with our VA loan. Michele and her team did all the heavy lifting and all we had to do was sign. I just want to take a few minutes to share my experience with Sente Mortgage ADAM MORRIS. The 1st mortgage company I was in touch with from day one, told me two weeks before I was to close that my credit score dropped by 1 one point and she couldnt help me. The next mortgage company couldnt to a VA loan because they wasnt authorized. I was contacted by Adam & he took a look at the information we talked. Then he came up with a plan. I paid down two credit card bills & my score went up 30 to 40 points. THANK YOU ADAM & YOUR TEAM WAS GREAT!!
