Tom and his team did a great job with the purchase of my home. Tom explained every option I had throughly and patiently which I appreciated since this was my second time purchasing a home. They were very helpfully with letting me know what paper work I needed to present and where always available for any questioned I had.However, the underwriter was a bit unsettling. Im not sure if the under writer works for Legacy or is a third party but I had to keep giving financial papers to reassure them that I’m capable of paying my loan. My previous home I refinanced with another company and I remember the process being very smooth. I had that home for 6 years and I sold it to purchase my second home so I’m not sure where the uncertainty of me being a borrower was. Other than the underwriting process, I would recommend Tom and his team for your next home purchase.
