This office building is always clean, offers 24 hour security, and has ample parking. For businesses seeking a lease, it offers a large work-out center and a full-stocked snack room. It’s also tastefully decorated for all major holidays.

The facilities and building were dirty, the service was awful, and they even resorted to fraudulent invoicing. The office was cramped, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor. The promised amenities were either nonexistent or barely functional. The staff showed no interest in helping and requests were ignored. To top it off, they billed for services they didnt provide. Save yourself the headache and find a better workspace.

Where to begin with this so-called shared office space? From the moment I walked in, I was met with an array of issues that completely defied my expectations, and not in a good way.First and foremost, the cleanliness of the space was utterly deplorable. There were stains on the tables, trash overflowing from the bins, and a lingering smell that I can only describe as an unholy combination of old coffee and mildew. It seemed like the cleaning staff hadnt been through the place in weeks.Then, there was the Wi-Fi. Oh, the Wi-Fi. Advertising high-speed internet should not translate to struggling to load a simple webpage. I had to use my mobile hotspot just to get any work done, which was not only inconvenient but added to my monthly expenses.Lets talk about the noise level. The walls must have been made of paper because I could hear every conversation in the room next door. That, combined with a constant clatter from the poorly maintained shared kitchen, made it impossible to concentrate on anything. So much for a productive work environment.Space was another major concern. Despite advertising spacious work areas, I was practically elbow to elbow with strangers. The room was always overcrowded, and the cramped conditions made for an uncomfortable and stifling experience.The staff were unhelpful, to say the least. Any concerns were met with shrugs and empty promises to look into it. There was no sense of organization, and I often felt like I was in the way rather than being a valued member of a working community.The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it made me appreciate working from home. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this disaster. Theres no value to be found here; just stress, discomfort, and a complete lack of professionalism.

The customer service that Donna, Grace and Steph provide is absolutely amazing! They are always looking to help us out in anyway possible! They are very pleasant to all our visitors and constantly provide them with water and coffee. The kitchen is always stocked, clean and enjoyable to sit down and watch TV.

Nothing but great things to say about the location and the staff of this Regus office. Besides the clean and stocked kitchen, basic amenities, etc., the staff is what makes the Colonnade location shine. Grace, Donna and Rebecca are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The main reason we have stayed at this location for so long.

Regus has been wonderful to us! We have been here about a year and have no complaints. Everything from the Kitchen to the bathrooms is clean and the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful.
