We love having our office here!First things first, Denise at the front desk is the best. Shes super helpful and polite to our team and clients that visit the office.The space has conference rooms that we can reserve, open common spaces for visitors or our team members to work in, phone booths for private conversations and a kitchen! This is all before considering that theyre located in the Pearl. That in itself adds a laundry list of other benefits.If youre looking for a space to work for the day or a permanent office, you cant go wrong with Pearl Cowork.

Today was my first time here! Sarah was super helpful and friendly! As soon as I walked in she was ready for a tour and she even met me for my keys (I had lost them!) a very kind person who welcomes you immediately! I learned a lot of history along the way. Theone time day pass for $40! Super affordable and you’re able to feel motivated as others are working around you. I was not bothered by anyone. Everyone was attending to their own work. You’re able use the quite space which helps you with teams meetings or phone calls you need to make without others hearing you! They also have conference rooms. & the coffee was amazing. I paid $3 for parking by Gloria’s. It was good until 3am. Can’t beat it!

I had the opportunity to work at Pearl Cowork one afternoon and I really enjoyed my experience! I met up with a friend for lunch at Full Goods Dinner (a must try!) and Cowork was conveniently located right above the restaurant. The location is great being that it’s a little separated from all the hustle and bustle of the main plaza at Pearl, but still located near the beautiful new park. The office space is wonderfully appointed with lots of great amenities. I used the desks in the open area which suited my needs perfectly, but there are a lot of other spaces available if you need more space or privacy. Lastly, the manager of the space, Denise, was a delight to work with; she was very helpful and hospitable. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend Pearl Cowork to anyone looking for a great place to work at a true gem in SA!

This a great place to work! We have a team of 7 working in the space and it is perfect for us. Plenty of space for us to meet in the common area, the conference rooms are perfect for client and team meetings, and the atmosphere is great for productivity. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your experience is perfect! Highly recommend!!

Great place to get some work done. I love the space and options of private work areas or out in the open. Sometimes you just need a change of scenery or quiet spot to get in the zone and plug away.

Great clean work environment. The private meeting booths are great for taking important calls and meetings, and the meeting rooms are great for full team meetings. Bonus points for the kitchen with coffee always ready, and always-helpful Sara at the front desk.

As a business owner needing a workspace during my week-long visit to San Antonio, I discovered Pearl Co-working offices, and all I can say is, OMG! This is by far the best co-working space Ive experienced.Denise ensured I had everything I needed and was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived until my last day. The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is conducive to productivity. Ive found my go-to co-working space for every visit to San Antonio. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I honestly only have positive things to say. Im using a dedicated desk here, which is very spacious with 5+ feet width and 4+ feet length (also comes with a lockable cabinet), enough to place my monitor and all my personal belongings for my company. Amenities are amazing, and its located in a safe and clean spot at the Pearl, where we also have access to lot of restaurants, cafes, and food hall. Been using quite a few coworking spaces in the past (including big ones like WeWork), but I can confidently say that none of them top Pearl Cowork.

I have had a office and desk at Pearl Cowork space in San Antonio TX for 3 years now. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional, from the organization and support the staff provides to the community driven events offered by the Pearl.I was operating my business from my home near the Pearl for 3 years and Pearl Cowork was a the best option when reviewing all other Coworking spaces here in San Antonio.Convenience: 5Culture: 5Community: 5Networking: 5Staff: 5Cleanliness: 5I have expanded my team considerably since joining Cowork and have purchased many desks and offices here within Cowork as my company as grown.The flexibility fits my needs well, and in my search of looking for a get out of the house commercial and coworking spaces for my business, all came up disappointing.. except after finding the coworking space in Pearl, Im 5 stars satisfied and will be a client of Pearl Cowork in SA TX for years to come.

The co-work at the Pearl has been the nicest office I have worked at by far. I began working here not too long ago, and the transition from working environments has never been easier. The managing staff is very attentive and nice, the parking garage is just a very short walk to the offices, and the coffee, kitchen, and lounge areas are top notch. Everyone here is very friendly and respectful of everyones work and working requirements, I could not recommend working here enough!

This space is stunning. It is a large space with plenty of open desks to use. There are phone booths that can be used for calls to avoid disturbing others in the office. There is also a kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. I purchased two day passes so that I could work remotely, and I was very satisfied with my time there. Best of all, you can easily walk to restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bakery.

The conference room was perfect for our purposes. It was clean and functional and in a great location. And Denise was amazing before, during, and after our event. We felt very welcomed and look forward to renting space there again.

Great atmosphere and the management is second to none. They care about the needs of each individual tenant and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend for anyone looking for short or long term office needs.

I love my desk here! You literally cant beat the location and its always spotless and beautiful. The building has such an awesome industrial vibe, the dedicated desks are a great size and the employees are helpful and nice. I knew immediately after my tour that I had to be here!

Pearl Cowork has been the perfect space. Nothing can beat the location, atmosphere, and facilities. Great options for lunch, creative environment, and thoughtfully designed work spaces. I have been to a few other coworking spaces, but this is easily my favorite.

What a gem. It’s so nice to have a desk here with all the amenities of the Pearl at your doorstep. The office is nicely appointed with a variety of spaces to work in including conferences rooms, bench seating, phone booths, and even a balcony. Can’t wait to sit out there once the summer heat is gone.

Love this gem of a workspace in the center of the Pearl where Mon Chou Chou and Bakery Lorraine are just footsteps away! Its a great combination of quiet escape and also synergy when you need it. Im so excited that theres a co-working space at the Pearl! Much needed and appreciated.
