Regus - San Antonio - Castle Hills

I asked for a call back on their website and within minutes, Rene Thomas called me. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She walked me through the quick process and I was signed up immediately. Great company, great options for offices...all good. I only wish I had signed up sooner!

I signed up for a 10-day co-working space while visiting San Antonio. It was conveniently located, parking was easy and receptionists were nice but the business model is out-dated. I needed a 10-day membership but it came with strings attached...I had to pay for 2 months.

I have been at this location for a little over two months. I have to say I love it. The staff is always pleasant as well as the other tenants.Parking is never an issue and the location is great.If you are looking for an office where you have a top notch staff included in the rent, you have found the right place.

I just want to say thanks to Gabriela she has been great to work with. She has helped me find what I need and resolve any issues I have had. Thanks again for the help with the office.

Worst service ever. They do not send you things when they say they are going to, you have to repeatedly call back and email back to ask questions and get them to sign you up. I dont understand why it was so complicated to give them my money. I told them i needed this ASAP and it took 3 days just to get the cheapest mailbox option set up.

Great location for your business needs. The people on the 7th floor were very friendly and helpful.

Get informed with their fees, they are tricky and outrageous!
