Regus - San Antonio - Eilan

This has to be the worst Regus location in this entire city and state. They deliberately overcharge people when others are fair minded. It is run by the rudest manager in all their locations. It gives the Regus name a really bad reputation. Please do not book this location or rent space here. You will spend more time fighting them than doing your work.

It is actually a very nice place but it depends on what kind of business you are doing. It can get very expensive.

This location has been amazing for our team. Both the offices and the meeting rooms are top quality with great features if you are doing presentations. This location helped our company have a great start and appear very professional as our building was being constructed. The employees also need to be mentioned, as they go above and beyond to help out. They will make sure and help you meet your needs while keeping a professionalism that makes you feel they are as invested in your company as you are.

Paula F. Was so mean 😤to me and my boyfriend. We were just trying to deliver her Uber eats food. She called and chastised us for getting lost, then refused to give us directions. Then she said we need to call her assistant instead. She acted like she was too important to help us get her order.Then she had the audacity to leave us a bad review. We should have canceled her order after she called us and was so rude. I wouldn’t recommend working with her as she acts like she is too good to show kindness to people who work for her. 😕Plus, she has bad taste in food so I’m just putting that out there. Anyone eating kaffinated crepes and coffee likes overpriced, pretty, trash tasting food. 💯

This regus building is one of my favorite! Very modern, clean and the meetings rooms are outfitted with anything needed to hold professional meetings. Joanne and Carly are very helpful to work with at the front desk as well. No complaints and Highly recommend!

My firm has consistently been using this location for a year now and I am so grateful for Regus, San Antonio- Eilan. Its in a great location. Great accommodations with a beautiful view. Joanne and Karlee are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I feel at home there.

Would not recommend any business use this location. I had an office here for almost 2 years, during that time there was repeated overbilling, violations of privacy by entering office by management, rudeness and repeated attempts to keep the security deposit after we left.Even though we attempted to leave on good terms, the management continued to tell clients they just disappeared and they moved out in the middle of the night.I would recommend looking elsewhere, they are SUPER nice and helpful until your agreement is executed, and then its a constant attempt to sabotage your business for no logical reason.

I would not lease a space here for several reasons. I had a temporary office here and I can tell you every single month there was an error in billing I had to get corrected which usually took several hours. It was not unusual for tenants to be making sales pitches all throughout the halls making it very difficult to conduct business (especially when a client was present). Also, we were on a monthly lease, but in the 3rd month, they double your rent again for as an additional deposit and when you give your 30 days, its not 30 days from your notice date it is 30 days after the end of the last month, so you could end up paying an additional 60 days. READ THE FINE PRINT. This was awful!

I have been here for almost 20 years. Have always been treated kindly and whenever an issue has popped up with billing or something similar the ladies at the front desk have been quick to help me out. If you are needing a shared office space would highly recommend.

Worst company ever! scams you out of everything it possibly can overcharge. The San Antonio Texas offices are run by terrible management. They will overbill you and hunt you down to try to collect money. The managers are rude it seems they are not even happy with their jobs. This company does not even derserve the one star!

Regus Eilan is the perfect solution for any business looking to have a business office! The location is amazing with wonderful views. Trio HOA Management has office here for the last 7 years and since day one, JoAnn Gamboa has provided the best customer service! Highly recommend Regus Eilan!!

These guys deliberately wasted my time. I booked an appointment, showed up and the door was locked, and when I called the person answered the phone could not care less. Even if these offices were the most amazing spaces in the world I would not rent here.

I was greeted very rudely and treated unprofessional. Its been over a year since it happened, but the poor service left such a bad taste, I cant bring myself to return with or recommend this location to colleagues and/or clients. Its a shame because the location is perfect!
