Wow wow wow! After my son’s birthday party meat juice leaked into the trashcan and smelled terrible. I looked these guys up online, they came out the next day and did a fantastic job!! Ive been looking for a service to clean my horribly gross trash cans for awhile and Im so glad Triton Cleaners is who I found. They have an incredibly thorough website that outlines pricing (how rare is that?) but even better they have real people who answer the phones when you call. I honestly dont know what I love more the website, the affordability, the customer service, or the actual cleaning.I opted for a monthly cleaning which I thunk will be great in the summer months. I dont have any before photos but trust me they were nasty. I definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tye West as he took care of my neighbors trash can. Tye was so friendly and kind. He explained the process and purpose of every step he took to clean my trash can. Great service! I just moved to a new place in SA and the trash cans were gross and stinky.I found this company online, I called them because I had a few questions, the gentleman was very helpful, so I booked online with a super easy process and the following week my trash cans were clean and no odor anymore.I forgot to take pictures of the before but here is the after!Super easy payment online too. And they put my trash cans back on the side of my home, my husband really appreciated that.

We contracted Triton to perform an Electrostatic Disinfectant Service in our Daycare Center to kill Covid-19 particles or any other viruses if present. They were very professional and knowledgeable that I would rate them more than 5 ⭐ on Costumer Service and more than 5 ⭐ again on their performance, if I could. They even threw in some complimentary services without hesitation. Just to ensure our School was entirely covered from top to bottom. There was no after smell of chemicals.We have an Aquarium and this treatment didnt harm a fish or shrimp. Im a very satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone! Awesome crew and we will be seeing them again to perform other Services in our School. 👍

The professionals went over the driveway several times with different chemicals, a pressure washer, and a special machine. My trashcan was old and left in bad condition from the former occupants, but Triton improved its sanitation and appearance into pristine condition. This morning I happened to be in the garage so I was able to see the entire cleaning process. Lupe was quick and thorough and when he was done brought both cans up the driveway and placed them inside my garage. Triton continues to provide an outstanding service with keeping our trash bins cleans. We’ve been beyond satisfied for quite sometime with them and can’t imagine going with anyone else. Definitely sign up with Triton if you have a situation where keeping your trash bins sanitized is a need or desire.

Use them every summer to keep the flies away from the trash can and it works. So clean you can eat out of it, but also so clean the flies dont want to eat out of it.

Triton cleaning does a wonderful job. I’ve used them for trash can cleaning services several times and left my can smelling better than a brand new one. Soon after becoming a brand new home owner I realized that keeping a garbage can smelling somewhat bearable is an unrealistic task unless you have a great company like triton to take care of it. They make their booking and payment process very easy. I didn’t have an appointment to today but they took care of my can while providing services to a neighbor. I’m so impressed with this company. Triton came out early and cleaned our cans. Not just cleaned them but sanitized them. If you go out to your trash cans and hate to put trash in there because of the smell and dirt and just the grossness of it, you have to get these guys out to your home. The young man who came out was amazing. Nice and friendly and super quick. He washed the can and checked it out, it wasn’t cocean enough so he put it back on the rack and did it again. We originally signed up when the company was called Grime Stoppers, but this past year it was purchased by Triton. Grime Stoppers was WONDERFUL, but we havent been satisfied with Triton. I ended up cancelling months ago when they took over from GS because I never heard back from emails I had sent to them. We decided to sign back up this past week to try again. Cans were clean, but they cleaned them at 4:30am. It was incredibly loud in our quiet neighborhood- completely unacceptable. Lights flashing and truck beeping along with the sound of power washing is not ok at this hour. It is disrespectful to the neighborhood and unacceptable. We cancelled today.

I currently have Triton service for my Trash cans. I hired them to pressure wash my fence and stain it. I just had to provide the stain; they provided all the supplies. What an amazing experience with Triton at first I don’t know why my wife would have this done. Now I know. Our cans are clean and don’t smell. They are timely, kind and respectful.

So I have had Triton for quite some time now and I have been very pleased with their service that is until today. The main thing that attracted me to this company was the fact that it was a veteran owned company. I spoke to owner and informed him that I was a first responder and he immediately informed me that there was a discount for that. As a first responder I am like a lot if people living check to check right now and I am having to budget out bills each month. I was late paying one of my invoices a few months ago and once they reached out to me I informed them that I was sorry and I would pay the invoice the following Friday to which I was told that would be no problem. I ended up being charged that Thursday instead which was fine no big deal. I had my cans cleaned yesterday and when I looked at my account it was overdrawn. I was charged for the cleaning the same day. I have now been put on automatic payment apparently without me authorizing them to do so. I called and left a voice mail and got a phone call back from Chelsea. I informed her that I had been put on automatic payments and had not authorized them to do so. She was not compassionate when I spoke to her she said that they inform us that they put us on automatic payments because at the end of the month there are 200plus people they have to call and it sets them behind. Im not sure how or what that had to do with me but ok I wanted to know why my account had been changed to begin with. All she would say was she would take it off for the next visit which was still not answering my question as to why my account was changed to begin with. At this point I was frustrated and told her that yes take me off automatic and if it happened again I would have to find other services to which she replied would you prefer to do that. WHAT!!!!!!!!! Seriously that was the response to that. It wasnt a threat it was letting them know I was upset about my account being changed without my permission. I know people will say it isnt a big deal but when I have a family of 6 I budget out everything for the month and have things planned out accordingly. I was very disappointed in how she handled this situation.

I started using Triton in 2020 and was pleased with their services until recently. They scheduled my quarterly service and then did not show up. I reached out to Triton regarding rescheduling and I did not receive any communication. Triton then showed up a week later without notice and serviced 1 of my 2 cans. I reached out and they advised my can was full so they could not clean my can. How am I to know to leave my can empty when I was never notified of a reschedule? Triton did reschedule the appointment for me which I did appreciate for my recycling bin. They did this for me twice as my recycling company skipped picking up our bin. They were set to pick up my bin yesterday and yet again no one came to clean the bin. I received a communication at 7:30pm finally saying they would come out today. Well guess what? They did not show up today either. No communication sent. I am very disappointed in Triton. Maybe there was a change in management? I dont know but the lack of communication is what has made me decide to longer do business with this company.Update. After seeing my review Triton did reach out and rectify the situation. I have updated my review in good faith of the company and wish them well in their future endeavors.

My trash can was horrendous. We mad arrangements to come out the day after my trash was emptied and they cleaned my cans early, super quick. Replaced them in my driveway. There wasnt any mess in the street. Cost is fantastic! I definitely recommend.

I have been a customer from the beginning - they do a great job cleaning the bins (monthly for me) - with no spillage on the street or in my yard/driveway. Definitely worth having a clean bin without having to scrub it out myself (then scrub myself).Update: they still do a great job on the bins, but they did powerwashing of my concrete (driveway, walkways, porch, and sidewalk) and siding - really quality work! Their team is veteran-led/owned, very professional, and quickly responds.

Triton was professional from the very start. They provided an emailed quote and we were able to schedule the service at our convenience. We were notified the day before our service and the day of on their way so we knew exactly when they were going to arrive. Called this company up after hours and got an immediate response from Jordan’s wife that he was coming back from a job out of town and that she would let him know that I called. I dont know what I used to do before Triton? Yes I do... full hazmat gear and it was the worst chore to clean my trashcan especially in the summer.
