BEWARE!!!!!Scam artist at its finest!! BRITTANY DALE was our realtor and property manager for 542 ww white road.she lied about the building and terms of our contract. After leasing the building we found out we could not get an occupational certification to fill the building with 350 people that we could only allow max 50 people because the building did not have REQUIRED fire wall or fire sprinkler prevention system put into the building. She failed to mention the owner of the back of the building wanted access to our building so they could use our restrooms..we had so many problems reaching brittany to address these issues and so that she could communicate with the owners on our behalf since she was the property manager there was always a death in her family or she was out of town always some excuse. After becoming a very huge headache for her she resigned as property manager and said that she would no longer be representing the owners of the property because there was too many problems that she was apparently not aware of...come to find out after we were scammed into rebuilding the building and out of over 150k we invested into the building ....brittany is now back in business with the owners and trying to lease this very property that to this day DOES NOT HAVE THE FIRE WALL OR SPRINKLER SYSTEM PUT INTO PLACE REQUIRED BY LAW!!!!! she is back on the hunt to scam someone out of hard earned money...i would not deal with her or this company ....BEWARE
