HVAC went down and immediately reported it to MHN. A repair vendor came within a few hours and evaluated to problem. Unfortunately the HVAC system in the attic had a coil leak and needed to be replaced. The repair could not be done immediately and needed to be approved by owner. Augusto from MHN contacted me to follow on the issue and informed that the repair request was sent to owner and awaiting approval. Augusto also informed me of my renters insurance policy and to contact them to see what options I had available. Luckily the Texas heat was not bad and I was able to survive off fans for a few days. Within a day the repair was approved but since it was the weekend the repair would be done that Tuesday. Parts needed to be ordered but it got repaired and ac was working again.
After the housing crash of 2008-2009 we relocated from the Washington DC area to San Antonio in 2010. MHN had everything ready and waiting for us when we got there. The entire process was smooth and the people were fair, honest, and cared about my family. Over the next few years we rented three different houses as our family situation changed, and MHN helped make each transition just as easy and hassle free as our very first experience. We’ve since moved from SA and, after an awesome experience renting, were able to purchase a new home again in the greater DFW area. MHN Property Management helped turn a really hard situation into a great time of transition, making us feel at home everywhere we laid our heads. Absolutely recommend MHN and all of their wonderful people.

My concerns are always addressed and taken care of promptly. This management company goes above and beyond and aligns their goals with me as an investor. From my experience they function with the highest of integrity and honesty.An example is how Tye helped me with a bill that was coming to me instead of the tenant as I had not contacted cps soon enough and the tenant had not signed up with them either. As soon as Tye was notified, the problem was rectified immediately. This is a recent example of many that I have experienced over the past five years working with MHN compared to other property management companies

Edit Update January 24,2025We had thought that everything was good with MHN when we moved out, but today I received an unexpected move out bill after prepaying $500 for a full clean, pest, and carpet cleaning according to an email from Augusto. Today I received a bill stating that I owed MHN an additional $322.09. I called MHN and spoke with Augusto who told me that I should have read my lease agreement and attachments in the emails he sent to understand why this was the case. The lease stated that we were responsible for cleaning the house, cleaning the carpets, pest control if we have pets, and a $150 survey fee. Outside of the $150 survey fee the advertisement of the move out the easy way by having MHN handle the cleaning for you should have been covered as Augusto had presented to me. When I called to discuss the additional move out fees Augusto was very demeaning and passive aggressive with me and told me if I had read things more closely I wouldn’t have been surprised. When I signed the lease with MHN I paid for security deposit insurance opposed to a traditional security deposit because it was not affordable for my family and I living off of a junior enlisted salary. I had thought that a veteran owned company would have been more honest and treat their tenants, and military tenants at that, better than they have. I am displeased with how Augusto handled himself and represented MHN when I was asking about these additional costs. My lease stated a $600 move out fee, Augusto stated a $500 move out fee, MHN moving out procedures stated a $500 move out fee. The actual cost was $822.09, I would not trust MHN in the future or recommend them to others but unfortunately most property managers run similar schemes. I am now forced to pay additional fees to MHN or they will tank my credit because they report you rent to the major credit bureaus. I learned my lesson by trusting that a Veteran established and military brat owned and operated company would embody core military values like integrity and honesty.OriginalWe rented with MHN for about 2 years. This is an amazing company with amazing workers who have eased the stress of finding a rental and all maintenance issues. Tye Pinge has always been there whenever we had any issues with our rental!

MHN. Before spouting off, pleased refer to Texas Property Code, Section 92.052-92.056. If the property had working a/c at time of occupation, rent was not overdue, and the problem not caused by the tenant, the owner is required to fix it within reasonable time.RENTERS BEWARE!!We will never rent through MHN Properties again!We are current, but soon to be former tenants of a MHN property. The a/c failed in June, and again in September when temps are in the low 90s. The field manager is unaware of Texas Property Code and due to a health related issue, we may have to go to a hotel which she told me we would have to file a claim with renters insurance. The Code clearly states that it is the responsibility of the owner to make repairs in a timely (3 day) timeframe. We are 6 days into this night mare. We will NOT ever rent from MHN again.

Very picky and expensive, not worth it. I’ll keep my eye on rentals moving forward to make sure is not from them.When applying to rent it is unlikely any realtor will help you, they mostly do self-showing/tour and when you apply you do it online. I never had the chance to talk to anyone while applying, after I got denied I didn’t have anyone reach out and explain the situation. Everything was very impersonal and cold.If you do decide to apply be ready to have at least 6 paystubs, and 3 bank statements to submit.You need 700+ credit.And you will be sent to a website for a pet screening where you will need to make an account and they will use your email for spam promotion at the end of registration.Pay attention to the bad reviews, for your own sake. These people are very impersonal.-And then they respond here to spread lies. But okay.

Took good care of the place I was renting from them for 3 years. The took my whole 1000 deposit and charged another 600. They charged me for imperfections in the apartment that were already there and acknowledged on the damage sheet when I moved in, including a chipped sink. Dont expect them to be fair with your deposit when moving out.

This is literally the worst company and its fraud what they are doing I applied for a house on Saturday got charged 150$ and never heard back from them I called Monday and they took off to look at the dang eclipse called Tuesday they said it would take 2-3 days called back Thursday and they had already rented the house out the day before mind you they never called and never even sent an email its ridiculous you are so willing to take peoples money and time but never communicate on whats going on Im so upset at this situation. Seriously never again.
These people are very ignorant and money hungry. They dont fix anything, I put in three work orders for the front door. The first two attempts they quite literally marked as complete. It took my sister who is a travelling nurse on assignment in Oklahoma to call the office and get emergency service. The front door and only entrance to the property was locked shut and would not open. An impregnable fire hazard, I sent photos for and they still wanted proof. They send people to the property at will to take photos of the interior with very little notice that you are not obligated to oblige. Then attempted to charge a separate rent for an animal that did not reside at the property. Unprofessional and repugnantly ignorant, I would not recommend dealing with these a$$ clowns. If I could give 0 zero stars I would.
Who knew moving in orientation could be fun, Angelea was Very friendly and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly.
I have been leasing for 6 mos+ with this management company and so far the most disappointing experience. The only best part of the whole experience was the orientation manager got a good picture of me with the new house. Work orders take forever to complete I just do the fixing on my own now to save time and run around. I have put money into upkeeping the home Im in. They use old photos to prop you into paying extra for lease violations. They are worse then HOA. I had my lawn with weeds for one week - because my family and I were on vacation and they said I was in violation when I maintain the yard every week. Probably the best looking yard on my block. The one week I had some weeds because I was gone they immediately issued a violation with no warning. They wait for you to slip up so they can force a violation fee. If you are not planning to be home alot to kill off every little weed as soon as it grows in your yard, prepare to get a $50 violation fee added to your account. I do not recommend leasing with them because they will find every extra reason to take more money from you, even at the beginning - so many unreasonable fees that I never had to pay or have ever heard of in all my experience with renting. Scam vibes all the way

It hasn’t been good since I moved in. MHN use to be on point with customer service but when you become a tenant, it all changes. I now understand why tenants are saying what they are saying. I didn’t believe it at first and would be the first to say otherwise but then I started to be treated the same with excessive charges, no return calls, emails or text and no follow up for days. I never wanted to do reviews but the community needs to know. If your looking at MHN for business please thoroughly read all the reviews because the bad are not there just because. Something actually happened and is still happening and explanations are not being dealt with seriously. Don’t just brush it off. Thoroughly do your research and go from there. MHN is not everything they say they are. Be prepared for the treatment and charges should you choose this company. They use to be prideful about customer service but in the last few months, it has all gone elsewhere. Contact from owners, tenants and vendors have been received for the same treatment. What is going on? Be mindful.

1. The applications process is daunting. Seems like a scam asking to log into your banking info on the site and they request your pay stubs on top of that. username and password for banks?? That’s a crazy request and why I won’t complete the app.2. The property management person (maybe receptionist) that answers the phone doesn’t answer questions, she instead directs you to the MHN website and sounds irritated. She screens calls, won’t answer if you call back. She hung up on me at some point after placing me on hold and wouldn’t answer the phone until I called from a different phone. Extremely unprofessional.3. The reviews for this property company and for findigs (application site) should all be read over thoroughly. Buyer beware. They will fee you to death.4. The person replying to these reviews is extremely condescending as you can see which should be further reason not to use their services. I did in fact start an application and did NOT complete it for fear of my personal information being misused. There’s absolutely no reason for me to lie. And being fee’d to death. “Working for free” there’s something clearing up your a**, Courtney.
I stay on top and advise them about things falling apart at the house I rent, I put in work orders for them not to be fulfilled until 3months later & I always pay rent on time. It’s really frustrating when I spend money out of my pocket to fix things They should be fixing. But they take their sweeeeeet time. After reading some recent reviews makes me worried about when I move. But thankfully I’ve been documenting everything. The only reason I give the 3rd star is cause when I first moved in in 2022 everything was great as far as communication and getting work orders done. Ever since summer of 2023 it’s been down slope.UPDATE: GREEEEEDY AND INCONSIDERATE LANDLORD COMPANY THAT REALLY COULD CARE LESS FOR ITS TENANTS!

I have used MHN Properties as my property manager for many years and have found them exceptional in every regard. They do excellent job of quickly finding, qualifying and contracting tenants. They handle all aspects of tenant matters quickly, efficiently and keep me well informed. When repairs are needed they have contractors who are reasonable and do quality work . Never had a tenant complain about their responsiveness or professionalism. All their paperwork is handled electronically and provided in an accurate, timely fashion. They care which is evident to my tenants and to me. Highly recommend.

MHN is the first property management co I have ever dealt with outside of the apartment industry. We chose them because they were started by a veteran and or currently owned by the daughter of the Veteran. The property we rented had several issues from cosmetic to safety related. When filing a maintenance request for the safety related issues on several occassions, it took my daughter falling in order for the owner and co, to take corrective action. I think MHN has the making of great property mgmt. co. They have office staff that are attentive. One such person is, Augusto Palaroan. He expressed genuine concern when my daughter got hurt and even made several follow up calls. He has always been at the top of his game. Augusto is a true example of what a professional customer service representative should be. If it were not for his professionalism, I would have rated this company with 2 stars.

You will notice there are very few reviews of MHN Property Mgt by actual renters because Courtney tells residents there is a clause in the contract that restricts them from writing Google reviews. This is 100% not true. So, I encourage renters to begin to speak up about this company. You can go to Yelp and see how renters feel over there. There are plenty of reviews about security deposits being kept for erroneous reasons, as was in my case. Courtney will tell you there is a secondary review process but you have to sign a contract to have that review process done and there is a clause that states they have a right to charge you even MORE after the completion of the review. Also, the review is done by her staff so whats the point? This is a dishonest company that only cares about representing homeowners who pay their monthly fees, and keeping the security deposits of the renters who have absolutely no recourse. RENTERS BEWARE.

Do not rent from these folks!!!! They might be great for people who want to rent a house but if you rent one of their properties be ready to pay hidden fees and good luck getting all your damage deposit back. They will invent things to keep as much of your damage deposit back including $125 just to inspect the property after you move out. My rent went up by $100 and because I didn’t adjust the auto withdrawal amount which they didn’t mention. They charged me a $275 fee for late payment of the $100. These folks are very dishonest. Keep a hold of your wallet if you rent from they because they will empty it.
As a local roofing contractor in the San Antonio area, we work with over 20 property management companies and we can definitely feel the difference when working with the MHN team. Everyone at MHN is very organized and responsive and they always have the best interest of the tenants in mind to make sure they are taken care of. The most dishonest horrible experience I have had renting. they will charge you for everything, even normal wear and tear. If you dont pay they will add hundreds of dollars of fines and threaten to evict you.An old mini blind string broke. It was 20 years old. They replaced with a fancy wooden blind and charged me $100. When explained it was normal wear and tear and a very old blind they added $265 more dollars and threatened to evict me.At move out it will cost you $600 for cleaning, $150 move out inspection and they will find other fictitious repairs that werent your fault and add hundreds more onto your bill.You will end up in court with this company or pay thousands in fees and repairs.Run! Run!

Do not rent from this company.Moved into an MHN property in September of 2015 and have had issues from the very beginning. Selected a move-in date not knowing the property had already been vacated and asked to get the keys a few days early so as to not have to hire movers twice, even offered to pay the pro-rated rent for those days. MHN was completely unaccommodating.A few months later we encountered a rather large rodent issue, which MHN refused to do anything about until we called them out for violating the Statutes of Habitability. Threat of a lawsuit was the only thing that forced action on their end. One of the Three exterminators they sent for estimates was very creepy and inappropriate with us when he was here. We expressed our discomfort to MHN, even requested they send a fourth exterminator for an estimate so the owner could still select from 3 estimates and the exterminator we were uncomfortable with wouldnt be considered. They refused, and this exterminator, who made us, our neighbors, and our cleaning service extremely uncomfortable, was selected to do the work despite our previously expressed concerns.Further, if you plan on moving to another rental location, MHN charges you $20 to return the standard rental referral. Ive moved around a lot and have never incurred such a charge from any other rental company.They have been nothing but rude and unprofessional to us since we first applied for the property. Dont waste your time, money, or energy on this company.
MHN has been holding a deposit of 3k from my previous rent. I’ve called numerous times to ask what’s going on with my money! They have “sent” the check to the wrong address with a wrong name… that’s all the info I have about my security deposit. I’m very disturb at how they are handling this & cannot provide me any updates or for a manager to even call me back. They keep on giving me the round-around.

Moving out from the property, we left the house in great order after close to 3 years of renting. We never put any pictures up on the walls or hung anything, knowing if we left the property in great shape we would get our security deposit back or at least a larger portion. Hey, I get it, I was not expecting to get 100% back. We definately didnt deserve the 30% back.We have been home owners before and we treated the property like it was our own, maybe even better because it wasnt ours. Moving out, we cleaned the property and even paid the additional $500 ease of moving out fee, leaving it up to the recommendation of MHN to pay this fee. We mowed, trimmed and planted grass seed before we moved out. Overall we still lost close to 70% of our security deposit. Even sighting some of move out as repairs beyond normal wear and tear. Waiting on an explanation, but as stated when they returned less than 30% of the fee, MHN mentioned that they will not discuss over the phone. Why hide? I would rather MHN be upfront on the front end saying, you will not get much back from your security depost, instead they send a check in the mail, saying we can discuss, just not on the phone. Poor experience moving out.

I’m going to try and keep this short but I could go for days! We have lived in three different states, rented from 5 different companies and NEVER had an issue.... Never owed money even when the deposits where much less than here. MHN is wanting $2,600, yes there’s a comma in there, after 4 years of living in one of their homes in Converse, Tx. They already have $2,000 from us between deposits and the “easy clean” option they offer upon move out. Wasn’t expecting a penny back but somewhat hopeful we would finally be done with Courtney and the BS that MHN is but no, they still want another 600+ from us (not surprised). Mind you the home is in normal condition after 4 years of living there.... no doors missing, holes in the wall, etc. Nothing egregious at all. The charges just don’t match up but the attempt to collect more money from us makes perfect sense because that’s their MO. EverythIng is your fault “per your lease” as they like to say. They are not responsible, understanding, compassionate. In fact, it’s as though they are doing you a favor by letting you rent their home.Yelp has more accurate reviews and if you go to about 8 month ago you’ll see the real reviews for MHN on google. The last year they have been trying to do damage control but the truth is they still suck. Most of the good reviews they recently got are from the people they lease for, not the tenants. Trust, you do not want to deal with these people. It feels as though they are more interested in being right and sticking it you, just because they can, then actually taking care of the people who pay their salaries.Ps this is short in comparison to all the bad experience we have had throughout our stay. The only reason we stayed as long as we did is because we where working on buying then building our dream home, and we did! So happy but just got the bill from MHN so I was reminded to write this review which I have been dreaming of doing but didn’t want to while I was living there.

Very hands off management company which is great if you want all the responsibility 🙂. The house i lived in was nice and the MHN responded pretty fast with maintenance calls. All in all the experience was good. They nickel and dimed me on the move out though. The renter must pay maid service to clean. Due to covid-19 i couldnt afford that so i cleaned it myself. The place was spotless. They took the cleaning fee from my deposit regardless along with a bunch of other little fees that were caused by previous tenant and there before i moved it but i didnt note. Be sure you write down the tiniest of detail when moving in or you will pay for it when you move out.

The previous management company before MHN was totally non-existent. I had work orders open from the time I moved in until the time MHN took over the contract.Now it was not a smooth transition as I was not a happy home renter due to the fact the first words were give us time and rent increase. Courtney and I had some pretty heated conversations and in the end I love the area of which the home is located so decided to stay and apologize for my anger. A week later I received a apology from Courtney.From a renters standpoint, Not a owner please remember this before reading further.Make sure you count door stops, what one person in that office tells you today may not be what the other tells you tomorrow. When you do your walk thru of inspecting that home it really means nothing. I lived there for 3 years 3 big dogs no dog damage but a door stop, a closet track, and a screen door that was off before I moved in 80.00 dollars. Oh yes and I got to clean the house with the cleaning supplies they left me. Plus I had to give them a 500 dollar cleaning fee to secure getting my 2000 dollar deposit refunded. So 2500 deposit I got 1800 back and I payed a exterminator to spray inside and out before I left but got charged for that. Was told submit the invoice and we won’t charge “YOU”This is not being a disgruntled renter but, the truth. Oh yes and the increase in rent when they took over. I also forgot to mention I redid the landscaping and plus how nice that backyard look after I moved out with 3 big dogs!! Need pictures?? I have those as well. On the description of the posting on Zillow it mentioned that “tasteful” landscapingAgain a renter bad taste?? Nope I’m not being mean or nasty it’s all in writing and pictures. After being a home owner for over 20 years and by circumstance needing to rent this was a eye opener of how management companies really operate.

I have not and never will be renting properties from this company. I was all ready to start the process of contacting them but I wanted to read their leasing agreement first. Nothing seemed to big of a deal until I got to part of the leasing agreement that referred to pets and specifically cats. When I read that they require all cats to be declawed I immediately choose not to deal with this company. That is an inhumane procedure which the majority of veterinarians will not even perform. It can lead to behavior issues in cats due to constant pain in their feet as well as necrosis of the extremities. Technically when a cat is declawed they are removing the first digit on each toe for those that didnt know. Youve lost a tenant MHN Propery Management. Do better please!!

Highly recommend NOT rent or doing any business with this company; as they are very rude, unprofessional, and clearly dont care about their tenants or the maintenance of the property, they just want your money. The dish pan were way to small for the stove and when they came to fix them they only replaced 3 and one of them was bend and not properly installed. They said they would come out and replace the bent one and the one they never replace. Well several weeks went by and no call from the property to come out to fix the problem. Then one night I was cooking ( nothing greasy) and the stove caught on fire. ( MHN Properties is blaming it on grease) Then there is wiring problems in the house that keep tripping breakers for the dryer and the water heater, however MHN Properties doesnt want to do their job and fix the repairs and just want to make excuses. Unless you want to deal with a company that doesnt care about you or the place you live, just wants to take your money, and if you constantly want to have problem, then they might be it; but if you dont and want to live in a peaceful pleasant home where your landlord or property management takes care of you, look somewhere else.....Added after i got the response:They want to blame the tenants and make up things and also said the A/C filter wasnt changed regularly. Come to find out, a new one was never put in before I moved in. A lesson I learn real quick when moving into a new place...Well, yeah I wasnt going to change the filter every single day for the very time I was there. And having to wait weeks, calling the property management and getting no response, then calling CPS energy and electricians about the faulty wiring in the home, and having someone inspect the stove because I didnt feel safe and I wasnt sure if I could keep using it; since it was a hazard and random burst of flames from came from the stove top. Then to have someone randomly go into the place you are living and no one from the management company tells you they are coming, just to do nothing. Also, you apparently cant have family or close friends stay the night, especially around the holiday, or else they are called unauthorized tenants. ...Yeah yall were totally reasonable. NEVER RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have first hand experience with this company. They are amazing. We used them for about 6 years to manage our rental and my son’s rental as well. Then we used them as our real estate agent to sell our both ours and our son’s Home. They sold both homes in less than a month!!! Please contact them for any of your real estate needs. We are very pleased with MHN property MGMT. The staff are quick to provide service and support. Always friendly and helpful. They have changed my opinion of management companies because they really care about the Tennants.
Upon submitting work orders as instructed to do by Property Managment after completion of initial inventory condition form, 6 of 8 work orders were dismissed without further explanation. Moreover, they told me to document these items on the inventory condition form that I completed about a week prior which included pictures and notes documenting each item or concern. Of note, there are several cleanliness concerns including the washing machine having debris and foreign objects, dog hair present in the carpet and elsewhere after being told the carpet was clean. Also, the garbage disposal is rusted and not previously maintained, and a security concern for a missing door knob locking mechanism missing from the backdoor. All of which are concerns for the safety of my two small children. Prior to moving in, I was told that everything was move-in ready, but apparently that was not the case.Recommend doing a walkthrough with your property management and/or owner prior to signing a lease.

BEWARE! Crooks! After leaving my rental clean and practically ready for the next tenants to move in, way better than they way I received it, this company took over half my deposit for light bulbs and to trim trees !!! When I moved in I had to fix a lot of things that I am now being charged for and that were there before I moved in, which I put on my move in inventory. The carpets were dirty and stained when I moved in and I even rented a Carpet shampoo-er to clean before moving out and still got charged. Horrible customer service and can never answer a question directly.

MHN was kind and courteous when I called in regards to properties. Wendy was so kind to refer me to the property pages so that I can think about all of my options. This is what customer service should be like with patience.
For the owners considering using them: I rented a house managed by MHN. During my stay, we had a bad hail storm, and nearly all the houses around us had new roofs put on... except ours. Now why would our out-of-state owner not file an insurance claim and replace the roof? You can figure that out. For the tenants considering MHN, beware that some of their repair people are really unreliable and slow. Also, dont bother cleaning up when you leave. No matter what you do, you wont pass inspection (they wouldnt tell me or my attorney why). I even turned in my keys 2 weeks before my lease was up to help them out; they dont care.
This company is awful! We are relocating to San Antonio from Austin, and was approved for one of their rental properties. We should have known from the start that this was a mistake, as we had to jump through hoops just to see the property. They never answer the phone, nor do they call back! Needless to say, they quickly asked us to mail out the deposit, which we did and have not heard anything from anyone. I immediately stopped payment on my check, and left a message saying that I am no longer interested. Well the agent finally calls back, asking when can we come sign the lease?!? Go figure! I politely said, no thanks! She didnt allow me to finish talking before she said I will put the house back on the market. Extremely rude! Unprofessional! Im sure if the owner knew about this, he would be livid! As I am a homeowner myself, and I would never trust these people to manage my property!
Im actually a little surprised I got a request for feedback on repairs made. The maintenance request was turned in over 10 months ago. After me personally taking about 10 days off work to meet with vendors for quotes, part of the repairs were made. The vendors left, trash haul off material / bag of dirt onsite and the new sod was not completed. Throughout the new sod they put in brown patches. Its truly embarrassing and like I said, Im probably not the right tenant they should have reached out to.
I am so impressed with Courtney and her team for their responsiveness and personal care. They have far exceeded my expectations. As an owner, I have peace of mind knowing that my investment is taken care of.

Was told that we were the first to apply after days of the property being listed. Immediately after paying their fees and jumping through hoops to fill the fill out their ridiculous application, there were apparently multiple people in front of us. Was told they would be in contact once our application had been viewed if they needed anything else. Never heard from them until days after the property had been taken off the website. Poor time management, poor responsiveness, poor customer service, and overall a poor experience.

All they want is your money. They will find any little thing besides the normal wear and tear to charge you for cleaning aside from you paying for professional carpet cleaning and cleaners to clean the home. Worst company to go with. Would give no stars if I could.

Kept entire $1900.00 deposit after an agreement/contract was made for their home cleanup team to come in and close out home for $500.00. Upon dispute they never wanted to talk again. Reported to BBB and theu were non responsive .

Ronnah (or whatever her name is) in property management is a mean and sarcastic woman. She acts entitled and treats others as if she is better than them. They WILL rip you off and not return your security deposit....hopefully that mean witch is using it to buy a new attitude.
I had a very good experience with this property management company. Anytime I had a problem they resolved it quickly. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would be glad to lease a property with this as the property management company in the future or if I had a home that needed to be managed using this company. .

This place is the worst property management company we have ever had to deal with. Want to increase rent when there is constantly something wrong with the house we are living in, makes us wait to have things fixed that are necessary and then when it is time to leave the place they want to charge us a whole month even though we wont be there the whole month instead of pro-rating it like every other company, yet they made sure to prorate us when we moved in.
Renting a brand new home and its been 5 months with no resolution or even an estimated time frame as to when repairs will be completed. Meanwhile, Im stuck paying full rent for a house with an inaccessible garage for the remainder of my lease agreement.
