Our rental experience with Pyramis was great start to finish. Heather was our property manager and always had great communication with any issues or work orders needing attention to. Best management company I have dealt with in a long time. Would of love to stay at our property but my co-tenant wanted off lease and I couldnt afford alone.

We have been renting at the same property for 4 years. We had a nightmare with our previous Property Manager. She owned her own Property Management company and was horrible. No communication at all. Empty promises about fixing things, and then conveniently every single vendor she booked for multiple issues over the course of 2 years would just not show up, and then she would ghost us for months on end. Then she closed her company and came on board with Pyramis.We signed our renewed lease and MONTHS passed and I never received it signed by her despite my multiple attempts to reach out. I finally went to Adam and he was incredible. He explained she was no longer with their company and reassigned us to Chelsea. She has been a breath of fresh air to say the least. She actually communicates- promptly and efficiently. She cares about both the tenant and owner and is very reasonable. We are so happy and so thankful for her. If we were stuck with our old PM, we would have moved because of how horrible she was, but Chelsea is the reason we decided to stay here and renew our lease.Thank you Adam and thank you, Chelsea! My experience with Pyramis Company has been exceptional! Crystal made me feel right at home from the moment I toured the property and patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions. I’m extremely pleased with the experience my husband and I have had with Pyramis. Heather T. has been AMAZINGLY helpful and supportive. When, at the end of our lease, some unexpected changes occurred with the property we were leasing, Heather called us after hours to support us and help us feel secure. She moved FAST to help us and give us a plan. She has always been quick and pragmatic with her help and responses.We have had good experiences overall with the company. First and foremost, Chelsea is the absolute best. We had a very rocky start with Pyramis and I was really dreading continuing our lease. Chelsea took over as our property manager about a month ago and wow, my views have completely changed! She works after hours, ensures the work is up to a certain standard from each vendor, and makes you feel heard/taken care of. She is professional, but also personable. Before Chelsea, we were considering breaking lease, but she works so hard to get things taken care of, we completely trust her. I hope this speaks volumes to those reading. I had a terrible beginning with Pyramis. Probs one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had tbh. But Chelsea P. has been a wonderful property manager. She communicates in a timely fashion and addresses your needs directly. She really cares & goes above and beyond to offer assistance when certain issues are out of her hands. Really picked up the pieces as far as making this experience a better one for me & my 9mo. old.

I have dealt with numerous property management companies as a renter, landlord and as an office on several HOA boards and Pyramis is one of the worst across the nation. I wrongly entrusted them with my home to rent and they are the furthest thing from being dedicated professionals. They don’t care. They don’t listen. They don’t do their job. You never know how horrible a company is until you need their help. Avoid them!

We began leasing a home near Seaworld, through Pyramis, in 2017. The home was built in 2000, so there were occasional expected maintenance issues through the five years we were there. We never had trouble reaching our outstanding property manager Katie, and always received assistance in a timely manner. In addition, when we had to deal with other people from the Pyramis office, whether it was about our renters insurance or some billing issue, we were always treated professionally, politely, and with respect. This is an outstanding company to lease from, if our experience is anything to go by. We have now purchased a home in SA, but if we ever have to move back overseas, and decide to keep the house as a rental, we are definitely going to ask Pyramis to be our leasing company.

We rented a home through Pyramis for just short of 3 years, recently purchasing said home. Heather Tafolla, our point of contact at Pyramis, was very responsive to our questions and maintenance requests as well as being knowledgeable about our particular home. So much so, that a neighbor was considering placing his home for rent but wanted a management company to deal with the headaches of renting out your home, we highly recommended Pyramis and gave them Heathers contact information.

Ive worked with Pyramis for almost 15 years at this point! They have done a fantastic job managing my two rental properties and making sure they stay in excellent condition. Mark contacted me as soon as my application was submitted! He was very prompt and thorough through the approval process. My property manager Katie was just as awesome. She kept me updated on the process. This was an out of state move, and I had to rent the property with only a video tour. The only hiccup was move in. There was a disconnect in getting the code to the door and I had to turn the men hired to unload the truck away.Overall, I’m extremely happy with Pyramis! I look forward to working with them while I occupy this property.

Pyramis is a company I can definitely trust with my familys needs. They took care of everything I asked them too, and since we were new to the area they also told us all about the town, restaurants, and cool places to go. My property manager, Kathy, even checks up on us from time to time to ensure all of our needs are met. She is by far the best property manager I have had thus far. Dont waste your time looking for a place of residence with other companies like I did at first. Id choose Pyramis every time.

I recently decided to rent my home out instead of selling it when I moved out of state. I contacted close to 10 different property Managment companies. Of all the companies I spoke with the only one who I felt wanted my business was Pyramis. Bethany came out to my house within a couple of days to give me an estimate and walk me through the process. Once I signed up I was handed to Katie who has been absolutely amazing in helping get my house ready to be rented, and ultimately find a tenant. She has communicated with me every step of the way and helped me accomplish everything I want to with my investment property. Being new to investment property ownership it has been a relief knowing my property is in good hands while I am so far away.

I worked with Pyramis Company for about 13 years. They managed my investment property for that amount of time and also handled the sell of the home. Heather in the property management dept and Art, my Realtor, were terrific. They were always there for me when I needed them. In 13 years I never had any issues with them. If youre looking for a property manager or a real estate agent, do yourself a favor and give Pyramis a call. Ask for Heather & Art!

We are tenants in a home that is managed by Pyramis. We have been very happy with how much we feel that they are on our side. I am sure they are also on the owners side as well, but it is very nice to feel that they care about us as tenants at least as much as they care about the owners.We have had a number of maintenance issues and it is always very easy to get a hold of someone at Pyramis and to get the issues taken care of. They are very friendly and for me, one of the best things about them is they are very responsive to emails. My preferred method of contact is emails and they are very responsive and I appreciate that.We moved to San Antonio from Southern California so it was wonderful to have the support of a friendly property management company as we made the transition to a new home.There were some hiccups with rent checks via bill pay in the beginning, but they were more very accommodating and offered a solution that worked for all parties.

Pyramis Property Management has outperformed the two other property management companies I have worked with in the past. I had worked with another company to rent my home and it sat empty for 7 months until Pryamis took over management. Once onboard, Pyramis had the home rented within 2 weeks! Katie professionally managed the home ensuring its tenants, condition, and HOA fees were accounted for. I was kept in the loop for all repairs and issues. An additional benefit that another company I have worked with did not do is the expenditures and financial reports Pyramis provides. It truly simplifies tax filing each year. When it was time to sell the home, we used Pyramis as well. Art did an excellent job keeping in touch with me through each step of the process. He had the home repaired/painted quickly and sped it to the market. Art explained the pros/cons of each decision weighing likely outcomes for me. His communication with me was excellent. The home sold quickly for the price I was hoping for.

As tenants, Pryamis Company has been really great to work with. Any problems weve had with our rental theyve addressed quickly and professionally. Theyve done an excellent job of making getting a hold of their office and paying rent a convenience. Ive never had an issue with this office or the lease. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to lease out or to become tenants! I dont have experience in buying or selling through them but with their proficiency and civil and kind professionalism I would assure you wouldnt be disappointed!

I manage a condominium HOA and I had to contact heather with Pyramis regarding a HOA issue. She contacted the owner of the home right away and had a response for me the same day. In my line of work this never happens. It was refreshing to see the quick turn around and responsiveness from a property management company.

This office has been the best landlord/rental company office Ive ever done business with. Katie, Heather, and Melissa are all fantastic people. Theyre very attentive and extremely fast at responding. I dont think Ive ever waited longer than 12 hours for a response. In addition theyve sent the proper personnel over to fix and problems within 24 hours. Its never been one of those Yes Im responding to your request right away... but then you never hear from them.I can call their office anytime during the week and they actually answer or I can email and I get a response email followed by quick action that same day if not the very next (depending on the time I emailed).Im also able to pay my rent online for free and see everything in my online account.I highly recommend renting from this company! 👍 👍

I have several rental properties that I tried to manage myself from out of town.... Horrible idea, when my cousin recommended that I call Pyramis I was hesitant, but exhausted so I tried them. Six years later I cant say enough good things about my experience. Michelle is my property manager and she always goes above and beyond trying to solve any issues.Pyramis is in top of rents, maintenance and tenant satisfaction which is a plus because it translates to less tenant turnover. They get quality tenants for all of my houses and they do it quick. I like that they do house inspections regularly, always tell me when a tenant is moving out or there is some dissatisfaction so we can address it. I honestly feel my investment is protected. I highly recommend them

This company and the staff, in particular Michelle, should be considered if you are a homeowner in need of property management . I know there are hundreds of companies out there but this one is different....they are completely hands on when it comes to getting repairs and maintenance completed and effectively communicate with owners and contractors. I was impressed with the above average pleasant attitude and response time of Pyramis. I highly recommend... and believe me this company is a step above their competition!!!!

We live out of state and needed a good reliable PMC to help us out with our rental. We have nothing but great things to say about Pyramis and their staff. Easy to work with, reliable, great communication, no hidden fees, and up front with pricing and repair costs. They go above and beyond to help us and the tenants out.

Rented a property under their management for 3 1/2 Years. No problem at all. I loved the home! BUT... I was disappointed with the way they handle a move out. An inspection is done without tenant being present ( meaning that they can charge you with whatever they want without the opportunity of us disputing it) . I did not agree with the charges. For example they requested the carpet to be cleaned with a particular company of their choice but then they charged us for a whole new cleaning. Then they go and just mail out a check with what they think your refund is. I called them to discuss the charges but the property manager, Heather, was unavailable. Left a message for her to call me back. It’s been almost two months since our move out and 1 month since I called and I have yet to hear from them.Again my disappointment came with their method of handling a move out.***As a response to their reply.. this was not my only method. I called the property manager and left a voice message requesting they call me back. Whether disputes are only handled through writing they could have at least called me back to tell me How i should proceed.

I enjoyed my time at the property I rented through Pyramis. Whenever there was a work order placed they responded quickly, and if it wasnt fixed the first time they came out again until it was resolved. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the overall condition of the home that I was living in, and not because of the performance of the property management company.

As a renter...rent with someone else!1) Move out was costly. I didnt feel like cleaning the rental home so I paid a professional cleaner about $300 to clean. Pyramis turned around and listed on the move out full clean and charged me about $270. When questioned, first, it took weeks to get a response, then I get sent pictures of what needed to be cleaned. Small, insignificant stuff that in no way approached $270. I have rented my entire life and as long as I gave the cleaning my best effort, I was given a full refund minus any damages. Its unfair and my last rental, Liberty Management did not do this to me.2) The A/C went out twice while living in one of their rentals. The first time, they took their sweet time sending someone out and once they knew the problem, they then had to turn around and ask the owner for approval? What? Its 100 degrees! My family could literally, like, DIE! I had to spread my family out across San Antonio to stay with relatives because they took their time and offered NO window units. They didnt care at all. I was short on money, but I spent one night in a hotel because I was afraid of the danger of the heat, the rest of the time, the kids and dog were shipped out to relatives, like I said.3. We had a huge leak coming from the guest bathroom toilet and again, they took their time and terrible communication and we had to shut the main water line off and had to go without water the entire weekend.Rent somewhere else, folks!

Once Chelsea got orders for maintence approved, she was swift in seeimg my concerns were met. Still more to do but I believe the work will be done in a timely fashion. Thank you.

Kathy from Pyramis was wonderfully accommodating through our application and moving process, kept us updated regularly on the pace of the remodeling before we moved in, and has been quick to get people out on maintenance calls since we moved in.In the past year and a half though its been a different story - not the slightest attempt at upkeep has been made on the house since we re-signed our lease the last two times. Maintenance calls have produced no results, except a contractor coming out to do a bid on a seemingly non-existent problem that had not even been reported, and he was never heard from again anyway.

Ms. Katie D. Is truly amazing and we love her immensely! Fast, doesnt even start to articulate her speed at doing her awesomeness! She is very personable and warm! Her ability to recap and tackle issues are extremely sharp! Obviously, we think shes an incredible human being with a huge heart and equally huge brain to knock out all things PMC.Bravo, Ms. Katie! The worst company to rent from, ever. They dont fulfill any tenant request, then expect you to jump for them in 1 day. They have no broker contact information, I would never lease or recommend this company to anyone. They took over a month to get my a/c fixed last July with my 2 month old in my home. I made office visits and no broker to be found. No accountability what so ever. My rent is in a high enough price range, but was not move in ready. Me and my whole family got respiratory infections. I had a non functioning master door for 6 months until I fixed it myself. I am a previous licensed realtor and I know what is right and not. This company does not follow rental laws for security. I have been in my rental since May 2016, and now today the owners want to pop in for repairs. Not the type of company anyone should rent from. They have no rental payment drop off, so good luck with paying on time when they close at 4:45. Horrible management system.

Avoid this company if possible. They have been awful for the past 12 months and could not be more excited about leaving. Im sure their good reviews come mostly from owners (not renters) as they do not care for their tenants satisfaction. We have had problem after problem in our rental home and maybe half of them get fixed. These are real problems that have lead to having bugs and critters in our home. They assured it us some things will get fixed once we moved out. How nice of them, right? This should give you an idea of just how they do business.Edit: Thanks for the update as I didnt realize we were fighting. This is just a review of the service Ive continued to recieve which is certainly compounded by a petty response blaming me for the problems here. If your hands are so tied then I would consider vetting owners a little better. The issue is not cosmetic. In fact its not even visible but its allowing bugs to inhabit the area because its unreachable. Anyways, I hope blaming tenants works out for you and your business.

Very professional team and very prompt. We moved into an older home that was up for lease and everything that could go wrong did... they got the right people out either that day or the next and had everything fixed for us. I was extremely impressed I have never dealt with a company that cares so much and is so prompt. We havent been a client of theirs long but I can say Im highly impressed so far :)

Pyramis company is the most professional company we worked with. The owners are very genuine and work with you. Dont go anywhere else. They are proficient in their work.

Pyramis is on top of their game, as a tenant had a couple of issues with house A/C and other misc issues and they resolved within a couple of days. So far very pleased with their management capabilities.

Wont give you your application fee back after being denied. Even though it was not discussed that furlough workers shouldnt apply, because that was the reason we were denied. What a waste of time and money.

Tried to see a propriety just a few days ago and the lady who was gonna show me the house NEVER showed up, up to know I never heard about them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any family member or friends.

$825 charged from$1300 deposit,hopefully owner of the house got some of those money ,but I’m doubt.Katie,we are still waiting for your proof pictures, 2 months has passed since then,c’mon.
